Chang's offers the comfort and services of a quaint, but comfy boutique! Always on time. Peaceful environment. Professional service and unbelievably affordable pricing (difference between an actual boutique). All adds up to incredible service, which is essentially an extinct entity these days! Been in Vegas for 40 years and have dwelt with rip off con artist at the highest degree and was referred to Chang's Discount and found this awesome owner Chang Yoo...I call it the TOPSHOP...1) Integrity 2) Integrity 3) Integrity. I was given an estimate to fix my Power steering for $1,200 and another mechanic for $740. Didn't need a new rack ànd pinion. Mr. Yoo changed a seal cost me $100 parts and labor. Unheard of!!! The best and should be given some kind of Consumers Satisfaction Award by the State.

Chang was so kind and amazing! The service was so quick and he finished my front brake & rotor replacement before the estimated time he told me. I am so happy with the incredible service and friendly staff at Chang’s and this will be my regular spot I take my car too! The owner is very honest (maybe even too honest). I came here after another shop tried to scam me into replacing parts (for $500) that I didn't need. I came to Chang's Discount Auto instead and he charged me just $10 for tightening a few bolts! He's definitely honest.

Good and honest mechanics. Unlike most mechanic shops, they will not Put 20 unnecessary items for repairs are replaced and usually the only well that you know the percentage of the life of the parts allowing you to choose whether you want to replace it or not last late if you do choose he will work with you on labor price. Little hint if you're a guy getting your car fixed pick up pretty cute girl with you and always smile well help with the cost of the labor honestly. Trust me on that one
