I had dropped my motorcycle that damaged my right pannier. I called several collision shops but none of them said they could do it. Contacted Chans and they said they could. Not only did they do it, they knocked it out of the park. The color match is on point. I really should have taken a picture of what it look like before so you can see what a difference it makes. But I had to write this review because I'm happy with the returned product. My upper 31L pannier is a little Sun faded, So I'll probably be back to have them correct the paint on that too. Thank you to Jarred and those who assisted him in this. And thank you Chans for being a shop that welcomes challenges!

Will not do business with this establishment any more . Got my car in worse condition than when I took it in. They had the car for 2 days to polish out some scratches and did a crummy job. Excuses,,, Excuses.

I’ve used Chan’s twice. 1 front end, 1 back end of car. I was worried about paint match, but no need. TOP NOTCH. On time. Cleaned spotless after the job. Friendly. Good folks to deal with. I Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this company! Our van broke down right after grocery shopping and Chans was there within the hour and delivered our vehicle home and for such a fair price! 10/10 will always recommend!

I’ve had several oil changes from there. Speedy service and friendly staff. I also bought a car from them that had some body and paint work done on the front bumper. They did an amazing job on that as well as the services I’ve had done since I bought the car. 5 star quality. Would recommend to anyone who needs there services.

They worked with the insurance company to fix the front and rear bumper on my late father's F150. Mom and I had it in a shop (AUTO DYAMNIC 'S)to get the disc brakes and brake pads replaced . Well, needless to say, the alignment was done on it and it had a ding in the bumper because the bumper was hanging 3 inches low on the driver side and 2 inches low on passenger side and the back bumper was pushed flush to the body on the drivers side. We had the rotors replaced but instead they sanded and turned them when i specifically asked them to replace them with new brake pads,and rotors. I brought it to the owners attention at the shop it was originally at, he told me it must have got hit in the Wal-Mart parking lot . I said I just parked it the handicapped spot and noticed it as I got out of the truck. I returned right after i noticed this flaw and the owner told me my dad must have did it, I reminded him my father has been deceased for over a year. I would not have been upset if they fixed it or brought it to my attention and rescheduled to fix it on there time and dime. I was suppose to reschedule and pay for it to get fixed as they had to have the alignment done on it and they left my truck at the shop who is doing the alignment and they bumped something and backed up to check out the front bumper and in process of backing up they hit the driver side rear bumper and it got pushed up to the corner of the body and scratched it..I was told by BEST ONE to take it to Chan's. Mark got new bumpers and painted them a beautiful white, which matches up to my F150. Oh it's a 2014. I noticed it did not blemish since it is a 9 year old truck. I figured there would be a difference of paint fading on the truck. I said it was flawless and matched very well. I and my mom were very happy dad would be to as he hated chrome bumpers!

Called at 8:00 am on 6/15/22 needing a battery boost. Spoke to a nice gentleman named Mark who told me he could be at my place within 15 minutes. Guess what? He was there within 15 minutes. He boosted my car and then started it, and I gave him my credit card for payment. He said that he had no card reader with him and that I could just stop by the office to pay, so I thanked him and said I'd be right there. Great customer service is still alive!!

Everyone at Chan's does a great job. They are professional, punctual, and proficient. If you have a scratch, dent, or more serious issue needing auto body repair, you don't need to go anywhere else!

I will not go anywhere else in town! I’ve been to others just simply for a oil change or rotation. And every time it was an issue. Not here. If they had to order a part it was in the next business day. Reasonably priced too! Thank you Mark, Joe, and Troy for all your help!

Nice people, front of my car looked great after they worked on it. Just a few things they missed from my accident that they were gonna take off and paint and just replace. I thought they would fix it since it was part of the wreck. I also had to order my own headlights since they were after market headlights for a 350z. Still great people tho

They did an amazing job on my girlfriend’s RAM 1500. We scraped a metal fence post and had some odd denting/scratching on the passenger side bed. Chan’s made it look like it never happened for a more than reasonable price. They were also going to fix some minor damage to the drivers side but hadn’t had a chance and gave us an opportunity to come back later to get it finished. Thanks again!

This shop has very poor communication, and a total lack of urgency. You call and they have no idea what's going on with your vehicle after 30 days it's still being worked on with pretty minor repairs. Even after reporting to insurance it would be ready Friday now its a week or more out.

Went to have a door ding looked at, very friendly and helpful. He cleaned the spot and removed the paint transfer to discover that my paint was fine, just a small dent left. Didn't charge a thing and gave me a number for a guy that does pointless dent removal. Hope to never need a body drop again, but if I do I would definitely return to Chan's.
