Comfortable waiting area. I asked for a state inspection and to reset my clock. The diagnostic on the car found an undercharging battery which was replaced at CHT last year. No problem about their replacing the defective battery. I did not notice the clock when I left but it had been set to the wrong time in military time (15:02) The people are nice but the quality was not good this time.

Very professional and courious staff. Very clean and pleasant service counter and separate waiting room. Performed work as requested in a timely manner. Did not pressure to "up-sell" me services I did not need or desire. I would recommend and use them again.

Been here a couple times and not sure why I keep going back because I’ve had bad experiences. Most recent time I dropped my car off on Friday morning to have check engine light diagnostic and fixed. Come back to pick up Monday afternoon and they just got started so I have to wait 2 hours. Get my car back and they did not address my air pressure light which I asked them to. $800 later and a few days go by and my check engine light is on again. Not sure if it’s a different issue but strange that if something else was wrong they didn’t notice it when full diagnosis was apparently done. They charge a lot of money for poor service

Guys here were decent-they took videos and pictures of certain issues under my car, and explained why they couldn’t perform the service I had requested. Also gave me a list of potential repairs and replacements that they recommenced(22yr old vehicle), but didn’t pressure me to repair anything, and also didn’t charge me for getting it up on the lift and a having a look at it! Thanks

Had a great experience at Chapel Hill Tire - Crabtree. My appointment was for the NC State Inspection. The inspection was very detailed and included a few recommendations along with pictures. Done in 30 minutes!

I had a nail in my tire so I pulled over to see if there was air leakage . I looked up and I seen the tire place . I just bought my tires not too long ago and was not prepared to purchase a new tire . I was greeted by staff professionally and taken care of . I was in and out and I appreciate the staff for assuring me they would do everything to save my tire!

As I've previously written in reviews of Chapel Hill Tire (Crabtree Valley), its staff provides extraordinary service; customers are treated courteously, and you can count on prompt, thorough attention being given to your vehicle. As of 10/16/2024, CHT has serviced our cars five times. Our car's most recent problem turned out to be a faulty transmission. Chance Tschirret sent us an estimate of the cost, discussed the situation with me, and patiently waited for a decision that we had difficulty making. He consistently made himself available to communicate with me when I called the shop. After we decided to replace the transmission, Chance and the technicians managed to get the job completed sooner than we expected. I've been repeatedly amazed by the thoughtfulness and generosity of the CHT employees. I trust this business to do work that needs to be done and NOT to recommend unnecessary services.

Great people that will rotate and perform 4 wheel alignment on a Tesla! They do these services for the Raleigh Tesla Store on Glenwood Ave, so they have experience with the proper lifting technique a Tesla has due to the undercarriage battery pack. They are specialized in all models of Tesla with their alignment rack. Friendly, careful, and informative. A great resource for tire replacement and resetting TPSM in the vehicles software.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed. The lobby was also very clean and spacious with lots of outlets and I was able to get some remote work done while I waited. Chance also did a great job at giving me advice on the general state of my car and had excellent customer service. Definitely had a positive experience here as a young woman and didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of in any way. Will be back!

I went for state inspection on my Toyota on 9/13. I was told my car failed inspection due to no communication between my car and their computer. They told me get it fixed and bring it back. I took my car back to Carmax, where I purchased it and they inspected it no problem. It Passed nothing wrong with my car 😡. I will not do business with Chapel Hill Tire at Crabtree and they did charge me. They need a training class on their inspection computer.
