After being treated poorly at Discount we brought my Son’s first car here to Chapman. SO GLAD WE DID. They treated his so well. They help him by diagnosing some issues on the car above what they were hired to work on and even suggested how he could do a couple of small jobs himself to save some money. They sold him quality tires without pushing unnecessary extra spending. ONE OF THE BEST SHOPS I’VE EVER FOUND.

brought my prius in for a tire patch they did it super fast for 20$ and they also replaced another tire that had a bad puncture that i had even noticed with a practically brand new used tire for an additional 40$ the guys were professional and super friendly. i was even able to set an appointment with them so i didn't have to wait around, but if you do have to wait around there is a great thai restaurant in the same parking lot and a fantastic cheap breakfast/lunch diner there too. or you could be boring and go to Starbucks which is also right next door.

After years of good service, I received an estimate from Chapman that seemed quite high. Got a price check from Big Brand. Ended up using Big Brand as they were $1,700.00 cheaper, and am pleased with the results. This is a correct review, and my honest opinion. UPDATE: I did not have any unnecessary work done on my well cared 2007 Camry with 80k miles. Providing an estimate for work that doesn't need to be performed, is in itself, dishonest.

I would like to thank them for helping me and my spouse on a challenging day. We encountered a flat tire with our rental car while on vacation in Scottsdale. We had to pull over and find the closest tire shop to fix the flat as the tire was down to 18psi. The staff at Chapman fit us in immediately, and we were back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you for being so kind and courteous. We will never forget this day!

Took my car in this morning with a flat tire, staff were virtuous and helpful and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Also, overheard the owner talking to a woman who needed her lights fixed, they cleaned them and repaired free of charge as she was an existing customer. Will be using them for my needs moving forward. Excellent service!!

Been going there for service for 20 plus years. Yesterday went for front end alignment and need tires desperately. My size was on back order! I get get my second covid shot within couple days and its over 100 miles both ways. So without me asking he fixed me up with another size that fit perfectly. Thats service were everyone is family thx guys

This place will always get my business. The way they treat you, the honesty...just wouldn't trust anyone else to look at my car. Even if I knew it was something they couldn't fix, I'd trust what they'd tell me as far as how much I should be looking to pay and a recommendation of who to go to. Great place!

I went to four other big name tire stores to have one new tire mounted and balanced, as it was an emergency because my Wife's Kia had a flat so I had her new tire and wheel from her vehicle with me, but a four other places said to leave the new tire and wheel with them for several hours and come back for it when they call. I then drove around and found Chapman Tires & Services and walk in and explained I had a new tire and wheel from my Wife's vehicle and needed to have the tire mounted and balanced, the owner said, of course, and had one of his employees do the job right away. I then explained to the owner, that several other big names tire stores would not do the job on the spot as I waited, so he just shook his head. I am so happy that I connected with this Chapman Tire & Service Store, as I received on the spot excellent customer service and they made a new customer today because of their excellent customer service. I have taken my Honda Accord to this shop several times over this past year, and I will not go anywhere else for service. Matt Chapman is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair. My neighbor has been going to this shop for years, and I am so glad he recommended Chapman to me. They are by far the most trustworthy and professional auto shop I have ever been to. Matt was very helpful in fixing a tricky issue with my Accord that the dealership was unable to correctly diagnose. He takes the time to explain the repair in clear language, answer questions, and offer honest advice on what needs to be done and what can be delayed. They are the absolute best, and I highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable mechanic!
