Great service. Great place. I got diagnosed at a car parts store for an alternator, called Chapman's and they were booked out, but said they would see if they could get me in. They called back the same day and squeezed me in 2 days later. They diagnosed it as a bad battery and took care of it. They could have told me it was a battery and an alternator and charged me for both, but they did not. This is the kind of honesty and service that will have me coming back every time I need something done.

I’m not a car person at all. All I know about cars is that I like the shiny fast ones. Unfortunately for me that meant getting screwed over by mechanics most my life….until a friend referred me to Chapman Auto Care! Not only are the owners good business people & mechanics they are also extremely honest and genuinely care about their customers. That is rare to find now a days but I’m glad I did. They always go above and beyond and never try to sell me stuff that I don’t need. I’ll be sending all my family/friends their way for sure! Honestly I can’t express enough how much they have helped me and have made going to the mechanic much much less stressful! Love these guys!

They have the best people and quality of work. Totally trust them to do a professional job without trying to make you pay for repairs you don't need. At one point, we lived in SoCal and drove all the way up there to have them do the maintenance!

Finally found a Mechanic I can trust & with 7 cars in the family this is much needed! Family business efficiently run, front office is beyond helpful & top notch work in the shop, doesn't fabricate work just diagnoses & fixes..such a find, so awesome!

I elected to fix my head gasket seal myself with blue devil, it worked for the seal but it destroyed my cooling system. The shop I took it to before Chapman's quoted me over 2000 to fix everything I screwed up. Chapman's got the job done for under 1000. Most these complaints are about how busy Chapman's is, well no s#it the place is busy, it's an honest reasonable place to get your car worked on and the dude goes out of his way to fix things cheaply instead of how dealerships just change out the entire part instead of fix the part. The second big job we took to Chapman's was when my buddy jumped a curb and damaged the subframe, once again we saved over 1000 dollars. A MECHANIC YOU CAN TRUST. Notice these negative reviews are nothing to do with service preformed (except the fake one). if you want you're problem accurately diagnosed and fixed reasonably come to Chapman's. If you want to have entire systems replaced go to dealerships. You can fix a leak in the engine by replacing the entire engine or you can hire someone to find the bolt that needs to be tightened. Your choice.

Cannot say enough good things about Chapman's Auto Care. They do quality work at a reasonable price And always go the extra mile. On more than one occasion. Greg has invested the extra energy necessary to provide me with far more cost-effective repair Solutions than the easy path that many would take. He does a great job and I recommend him without reservation

Honest company asked them to look at a fleet van for an alignment the noticed my registration out got my van ready for inspection needed a odd part didn’t charge me a fortune to install or gouge me on the part had me back making money the next day thanks mr Chapman and your staff for a great job you have earned a me loyal customer and since I have 7 trucks you are my new mechanic thanks Geno lorenzo Texas best tree company LLC

I own a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. I took it to a MB dealer for ABS lights being illuminated,they installed a new wheel angle sensor to no avail. They said I needed a new ABS module installed. I replaced that myself and MB still couldn't clear the problem. Greg Chapman took the time to determine what was in fact causing the erroneous data to be sent. It turned out to be a poory installed rack and pinion . Great detective work on their part. Greg and his team are the best! You very personal service and great results.

If i would of had the choice to put zero stars I would of done it. I pay so they could change my front brakes cause the mechanic told me it need them and they didn't change them at all still has my old brakes on.

Very poor customer service!! We made an appointment for our vehicle for an estimate and when my husband arrived they told him they were too busy to get to our vehicle. Really??? He made an ADVANCED appointment got 3 hours sleep, traveled quite a distance to the shop this morning. If there were a negative star this auto shop deserves it!!! Don't recommend this place!!!

Greg, the owner, is extremely nice and honest . I went in thinking I had a bad alternator or battery. Turns out it was just the connector to my battery that was bad. He changed the part for me in a couple minutes and didn't even charge me. I'm definitely going back for future problems. They get a 5 star rating from me.

I called several repair shops in my area and they all wanted to charge at least $100 to diagnose my check engine light in my 2002 PT Cruiser....Chapman's was the only repair shop that was not going to charge me for that so I went in and they discovered it was a broken hose and they fixed it without charging me! I highly recommend this place, you can tell that they are honest and don't rip people off. I'm so happy that I found a new repair shop! I'm sure I'm going to need car repair service again because I have an old car and I will not hesitate to take my car back to Chapman's if I have another problem.

Two of the most honest and hardworking mechanics I have ever met. Greg the owner saved me big bucks actually soldering and repairing a temperature control panel instead of replacing the entire unit like I'm sure all other places would have done. The garage is always full of cars although service is fast and efficient. As a small business owner myself, I see that Greg has done all the right things including free rides back to my business, and free service on smaller things to gain my trust. I will take all my cars to him for everything. Mike :)
