Charlie tires always come through. Sometimes, you have to wait a little longer for service, but most of the times you don't. The end result is always good. AKing 😊

"I do not recommend Charlie's Tire. Communication was challenging as no one seemed to speak English, the wait time was very long, and there was damage to my vehicle that wasn’t there before. I showed them and they refuse to do anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS...

Only reason I gave 2 stars is because I did get the tire BUT the wait was long!! Ridiculously long for only 1 tire change. Other than the wait the guy was nice that swapped the tire out and pricing was reasonable

Very disappointed! Not only they made me wait for a long time but the do NOT keep their word. They tell you one price but when you get there the change the price to a much higher amount. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. For you own good stay AWAY!

Unfortunately I did not have the experience as others. Brought my tire in to get patched, but was unable to communicate that since the guy who helped me didn't speak ANY English. Waited an hour, just for him to tell me (in Spanish) they couldn't find/fix the leak despite showing them the spot where it was leaking air. Just a waste of time and with little to no effort on their part to repair it. I was told by a friend they offer patch repair, but they didn't appear to want to dismount the tire to repair from the inside and lost my valve cap in the process. My tire was at 38 psi when I left and by the time I placed it back on my car, it was down to 29 psi, so there's clearly a leak but this place couldn't or wouldn't find/repair it. My intention was to support a small business, but I'll stick with my local the dealership who repaired my tired previously. They got 2 stars bc they replaced my valve after I had to report (by pointing, language barrier 🫤) mine went missing

Horrible service today and I'm a little shocked. Noticed the manager wasn't present as he would make sure I was taken care of. At this point I wouldn't recommend and I'm not even confident in the quality of what I was sold.

I called 📞 Charley's 🔛 09/21/2024 asking for rims for my 2021 Honda Civic 🚘. They agent asked me what size rim and when I told him, he brushed me off and said I was better off ordering online from Ebay which I was shocked. I called 📞 another company (though I won't name their competition) and the agent said 🗣"Come in and see what you like. If there's a rim not in our store, you can order with us and they'll come to our store in 3 business days" Absolute professionalism and much better customer service. I would not recommend Charley's to anyone 👎

It may be a little difficult to always find someone to talk to here bc of everything they have going on. However if you come here you're going to get great service and good deals. These are good hard working ppl at this location & I have been going there for years and they've always treated me fair and got the work done fast! Also a good place to come when you need a cheaper option or short on time.

quick and easy solution for tire needs but the main reason I'm writing this review is to let people know that they also do brakes and rotor replacement and at very reasonable prices!! you can bring your own brake and rotors or get them from there. Bonus is they have a second location which is not as busy and Andre is great over there. 2nd location is Affordable tires and wheels.

I purchased a car from Mint Auto Sales, needed a different set of tires. I was happy Mint was willing to cover a different set of tires that work for my brand new purchase. I was not happy with the tires or the service that I received from Charley’s Tires. I went to go get them looked at and they aren’t even the correct size for my vehicle. They definitely messed me up more than when I started. Don’t recommend getting tires from them. They’ll just throw on the wrong size garbage they find in the back & make you wait in the hot sun since there’s no actual lobby there. Awful.

DO. NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SELL YOU A TIRE AND AFTER YHEY SHOW IT TO U THEY TAKE IT TO THE BACK AND GO PLUG UP A OLD TIRE AND PUT IT ON CAR I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU
