My Dad told me about Charlotte Star Service - he’s been going to them for years. Good enough for Dad, good enough for me! The whole team there is honest, fast, knowledgeable, quality service, and reasonable. We trust them and they do great work.

Top notch service and first class place. I am from Birmingham and not familiar with this market. I called at least a dozen shops and Dan was the only one to answer the phone personally . I took my car and my girlfriend’s car there as well. Dan and the repair technicians were very knowledgeable and I feel like they did everything possible to repair our cars in the most cost effective way. Dan also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process to manage expectations. We drive Mercedes and BMW and will definitely use them in the future

I took my vehicle to the BMW dealership for a repair service. After receiving a quote, I called Dan. Not only did they beat the dealership price (of course), I learned that the issue was misdiagnosed and they were able to make the correct repair! Very satisfied with the customer service and they don't hold your car hostage. They get it in and get it out so that you can get back on the road again without breaking your pockets. My car is there now getting a starter put on with other minor things as I make this post.
