I have a rental car and was giving this service to come get the car I called at 8:30 pm and was told they will be here at 10:19. I’m at work stuck and it is now 11:04 pm still waiting for them to pick up car. Driver didn’t answer my calls until the 7 th call. I was sent to vm. When I called Enterprise I was told he was running late he will be here at 10:49 once again it is now 11:05 the driver finally answered and said he will not be able to pick up the car until 11:30 I have been stuck at my job since 8:30 and need to go do another job plus get to the airport to pick up a rental. This service and the customer service I’ve received is horrible. If I could rate this service as a -5 I would. This is ridiculous. I never write reviews or try to complain but I have stated from the beginning I have to get to work to night. I have a cleaning service and I have been delayed. The car was just picked up at 11:40 pm.

Great place. Great prices. My water pump went out. They got me in and out and back on the road within a day and charged me half as much as other shops I called that had a two week wait. Highly recommend this place. Quick and quality service.

I called Chavez on Monday night to see if he can fix my car & tow it cause it didn’t start. He came & picked it up the next day on Tuesday & started working on it the same day letting me know step by step what it needed. By Friday he was done & just had to test drive & make sure everything was good. Chavez had my car up & running like a champ in 3 days & back to me that Saturday. I recommend him to anyone and he will be my new mechanic cause I like his work ethic, honesty, didn’t cut corners and good pricing. Thanks so much

Tengan cuidado con ellos, usan piezas viejas o usadas al reparar autos poniendo en riesgo la seguridad de la gente que maneja, a demás de que cobran como si todo fuera nuevo. Son un montón de irresponsables. Pésimo servicio y pésima calidad de partes que utilizan.

I researched an affordable mechanic with great reviews, because I received a diagnosis check from ford dealership. Their estimate bill cost was more than triple the amount that Chavez charged me. I gave him the list of 10 parts that needed to be replaced and I dropped off my car on a Thursday at 6pm and it was ready the next day at 7pm! If you want a speedy repair mechanic, excellent service, and is affordable! Please give him a call!!

I know most people are so scared that they are going to get ripped off when they take their car to a shop. Let me tell you Julio was honest , he could of charged me for an air condition compressor what we believed to be wrong with it, but it ended up only being a temp sensor saved me hundreds of dollars! I will be back if I have any more car problems. Thank you so much

Amazing! I was driving from Houston to Detroit and I broke down (fuel pump – 2009 Ford SUV) on the frwy just outside of Louisville KY on a Sunday. I called and left a vm and Julio called me back after 20 minutes. Not only was I impressed that he called back on a Sunday, he went to his shop to put my vehicle inside and was able to confirm the issue. By Monday the next day I was back on the road. Julio did an amazing job on my veichle. I took my car to different shops and didn't found the problem. This shop found it and did excellent job. Julio and his guys are amazing mechanics.
