over prices. super expensive then actual market value. just to swab the tire they charging $40 each even if you bring your own tire. other stores near them are charging just $20 each to swab the tire

Absolute gem of a place!!! Highly recommend I had a flat tire on a Sunday night .!! No one else is open . Got to them at 10 pm , they found 2 nails , fixed the tire, charged me 45 bucks and sent me home at 10.30 pm . Genuine hard working men . They deserve the five stars , for being open on a Sunday night and fixing it in 30 min. I tipped the gentleman 30% for the quick fix.

All Day and Night was our 11:15 pm saviour-took a very nasty tire jab with aluminum shrapnel on expressway. Lost tire pressure, changed to spare, but needed to replace tire with a long drive to Indiana ahead. Pulled in to the shop-the door was open-Carlos inspected the damage, and fully patched (not plugged) the tire. So friendly, price very fair, efficiency like Nascsr pit crew. All Day and Night is just one more great thing about Chicago. Sad to get a flat-wonderful to find Chicago All Day and Night..

I don’t understand people that complain on this gem of a shop. If you have a tire problem in the middle of the night they’ll care of it. If you don’t want to pay premium for someone who stays up all night to help you out then just leave your car on the street with flat tire and take uber back home. Then take uber in the morning to get back to your car and find someone to replace it for 20$. Then calculate how much wasted time and uber cost you.

Price gouging at its worse. I had a nail in my tire and called them. Guy told me they were open until 2am, but gave no price. After driving 15 minutes to the location, I was greeted by a rude man that immediately asked me if the guy on the phone told me the price. I said no, what is your price. He quoted me $40 to repair the tire. I've never in my life paid that much to have a tire repaired. To top it off, he was rude and arrogant. I'm a rideshare driver that has had his share of late night tire issues and this is by far the highest price I've ever been quoted and the least professional I've been treated. I weighed my options and decided I was worth more than to allow someone to treat me so badly when they wanted my money just as badly as I needed service. I went to the nearest gas station and put on my own spare. I would never spend a dime with rude and arrogant people. I got the sense that they were taking advantage of the people in the neighborhood as well as those in need. My recommendation is to keep an active roadside assistance service which was my other option. My recommendation is ANY other place than this place.

They will try to over charge you if you don’t look mechanically inclined, they don’t have a balance machine, what kind of a TIRE shop does not have an essential machine?! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Only call them if you need an emergency tow or boot. Called because I popped a tire on Western. Quoted $120 on the phone; was told to pay $130 when they came and put the donut on. I idiotically decided to also buy a Yokohama tire from them at 3am, even though it was an AWD car with all three other tires being Michelin. Tire was $150; later found out other stores sell the same tire for $80. Only ask them for emergency boot/tow/donut installation. After applying the tire, my car drove so funky and I immediately took my car few hours later to a tire shop in the suburbs and purchased a proper tire. Pretty typical city nonsense, but still annoying. Only reason this is two and not one star is cause they did come to put the donut on within 25 minutes of me calling at 2am.

Was quoted 50 on the phone and charged 80 in person. This shop doesn’t even have a balancer. It’s like a cop not having a gun or a carpenter not having a saw. I would only use this shop for flat repair or emergency’s but I would not purchase used tires or have them install new tires on your vehicles as when you leave your tires will very likely be out of balance

Worst experience of my life let me say this I came to this location before with my children in the car ima a single mother they put a donut on my car n charge me only 65$ and I was able to pay with Apple pay I was happy because I don’t carry cash this week the donut got flat so I went back to get a tire this time thinking that they would give me great service I only needed the front tire it didn’t have to be new or anything they told me the only tire that they had was 140$ and USED I have never paid that much for a used tire in my life it was late so I’m like ok whatever I’ll just pay with Apple Pay since I did last time they stated no we can’t do Apple Pay the men that work the machine wasnt there so I went to get the money out of the atm soon as I’m about to got the money out guess who walks in the man that can take card payments so I snatched my card out so I wouldn’t have to pay a atm fee only for him to turn around and say it’s a 10$ extra fee to use my card never have I ever heard of this remind you that they already charging me 140$ FOR A USED TIRE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE DO NOT GO HERE

La persona que me atendió no es nada amable era como molesto por la vida se le nota su amargura y el servicio por cambiar una llanta usada ahí yo llevando mi coche al lugar fue de $120. No te dan recibo y según solo aceptan efectivo. 🤷 Si pueden ir a otro lugar mucho mejor porque ahí recibirán mal trato y aparte pagaran triple por el servicio.

I went here yesterday with a flat tire. I asked how much would it be for a used tire for a 2015 Nissan Altima and they said $120. Which was unbelievable because the tire was USED not brand new. Typically a used tire costs $30-$50. I decided not to buy the tire and had them put on my spare tire. They charged me $20 for that. Typically people charge $5-$10 to put on a spare. But hey, if you want a overpriced shop they are the place to visit!
