A couple of days ago I went in to have my tire checked for a slow leak. The guy took the tire off and checked it and could not find anything wrong with it. He put it back on and I went on my way. Today the care started making a horrible noise. I took it to Brake Max to check it out and hopefully fix it. The only thing wrong with this car was THE TIRE HAD NOT BEEN TIGHTENED PROPERLY!!! They literally had ONE JOB. I wouldn’t recommend these guys

Went to 3 different shops this afternoon looking for used tires in the size needed for my car no one had any in their inventory. Chico's was the only one willing to help me out and didn't give up on looking for my size.

Called and asked if they had a specific size tire, which they said one second and then told me yes they do and gave me a price. To show up 5min after getting off the phone and them saying they don't have that size. These guys suck!

Bought 2 tires last week. Got a flat this week,( not one of the tires I bought from them) and I went back to them to buy another tire. I think that says it all. Thanks.

Bought a used tire and it went flat. Wouldn't recommend this tire service. The other 1/2 is my fault because I should of just bought a new one. Over priced for a used tire. Their quick to take money but won't back up their products. Slime service

Drove out my way to this place on a recommendation only to be disappointed. Needed some simple used tires but was given an over priced out-the-door cost and told I would have to wait over an hour outside in 110 degrees, no shade, with only 1 person ahead of me already getting their tires put on. Went somewhere else for a better price and got newer tires on my car in under 20 minutes.

Got two tires and one had a bubble you know when someone hits a curb and mess up a tire. Well I pointed out the ball and they acted like they didn’t notice. One of the guy’s tells the other guy in Spanish F@%#ing women . Why in the world would you try to send anyone out of your shop on a unsafe tire ? Don’t go to this place.

I took a friend to get a tire here once and they were treated good so I went to get 2 tires for my vehicle, and was sold dry rot tires. They brought out 3 tires from the very back but only used 2 of the worst ones. They have you pull up on an old rug that's littered with metal pieces that could get stuck in your tires as you leave. I would rather have 2 worn tires than ever go back to this place. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.
