Choice Auto - unlike other garages - really gets to the root of the problem. I have always felt that diagnosis is 90% of the job, and actually part replacement is 10%. Choice Auto is really all about understanding the issue.

Choice Auto is awesome. Plain and simple, they perform quality auto repair at reasonable prices. I've had them work on my SUV for multiple fixes (brakes, tires, wheel alignment, oil change, general maintenance) and they offer so much more expertise as Master Technicians. They provide diagnostics so you know what is starting to wear on your car and you can prepare to replace it vs being caught off guard. Highly recommend going to Choice for regular upkeep to get the full life out of your vehicle. **UPDATE** 11/18/22 - They continue to be my go to shop! Great work and friendly people. **Update** 11/26/24 - Choice remains my first choice for maintaining my vehicle. They provide timely service with accurate diagnosis on mostly anything related to common wear and tear. My Toyota is still truckin along thanks to the team.

My 350 Z is now 22 years old and I still enjoy driving it. I brought the car in for a safety inspection and Choice thoroughly went over it and offered me options as to what needed to be repaired. This year it was rear brakes and a TPS that had a low battery. The repairs were done well and professionally. Joyce has train technicians that can work on about any kind of car However for my 350 Z they are my first choice and I’ll be returning the car every year for inspection.

Had them do a pre purchase inspection and they did it perfectly they saved me a lot of money and even gave me an estimate on how much it would probably cost to fix the vehicle.

Can't say enough good things! I had Jiffy Lube break a part when changing my oil and brought it into Choice. They were super helpful and went above and beyond to find the right part and work with my schedule to have it fixed. They were super honest and up front with all costs and made it easy! Have my other car in there right now, will absolutely be getting all my maintenance and work done here. Highly recommend.

Was having shifting issues with my Wrangler, brought it in for diagnostics. The guys there were friendly and did a thorough job looking for issues. Job was done quickly and I received a list of potential fixes via email. Will return for fixes in the future. Thanks guys!

In August 11,I was on the road and my car AC stopped working in extreme hot weather. I dropped by to the Choice auto service, they conducted a thorough diagnosis , then fixed the issue. Their quality is great especially mechanical Mat and service charge is reasonable. Honest person , no price hiking Really appreciate the team.

I’m over a month overdue with this review. But I was in Raleigh visiting and I had an emergency where I parked to close to a curb and the under guard in the front of my car came partially off… any way I ended up here and they were able to help super quickly and were very friendly and professional. They also did a diagnostics to tell me all they recommended my car needed. I dealt with Court and he was great and super friendly. I’d definitely recommend and would come here if I had car problems in Raleigh again.

I left a 5 star review before a couple of years ago but have to leave another one. These guys are awesome. I had my oil changed not long ago and there is no pressure to move forward with anything you don’t want to and they will explain everything that is needed on your vehicle to you. They understand the balance in dumping money into your vehicle and doing what’s smart. Their communication to you is also top notch. Do yourself a favor and make these guys your mechanic. You won’t regret it! These guys rock!

The entire team has been extremely helpful to me. I have taken a couple vehicles to them and knocked it out of the park each time. The turn around time is incredible. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly while explaining the issues in great detail. They also provide detailed reports with photos. The absolute best mechanic service in the area and I would recommend to any and have to many people. The office staff (Court who I mainly have dealt with) communicate exceptionably and their techs are absolutely top notch, the best around. Can’t compliment Choice Auto Repair and ALL of the personnel enough. Best place to take your vehicle for regular maintenance or critical repairs!

Took my Chevy Silverado which was in really bad shape. Initially wanted to do just the oil change but after reading the reviews trusted them to look at it further they were able to get the check engine light to come off. Had a few issues afterwards once I got the truck back I got them to look at it and they took it in free of charge. Great service with these guys would recommend.

We were visiting our son and his wife in Raleigh (we live near Wilmington, NC) and our car had a minor but important issue that came up the night before we had to drive home. Cort took care of us quickly the next morning and had us safely on the road by 9 a.m.! Our son/daughter in law already love Choice Auto Repair and now we do, too! Thank you, Cort!

Great service. They were quick, efficient, and spot on with identifying the noise in my car. However, this place is expensive. Looking back I would have just done the diagnostic exam because they were spot on, but I should have taken my car elsewhere to get the actual work done. It’s about a 50% markup on everything compared to other locations. However, if you do choose to pay the money at this location it is 100% worth it. Just depends on how much you want to pay. I’m super glad they fixed the annoying noise in my car! Thanks!

This was my first time using Choice. They were friendly and accommodating about getting my car in for service and back the same day. Communication is great - they do a detailed diagnostics report w/ photos that breaks down any issues. I had a braking problem and they did a nice overview of what they recommended. You can choose which repairs/services you want from the report, convenient easy process. Overall very caring, professional team.

Everyone here is so kind & professional! The guys are thorough and give you a detailed inspection with itemized needed repairs. They were able to answer questions i had about my repairs with integrity. I have told my family & friends about the positive experience I had with the Choice Auto team. To my surprise they also followed up a few days later to check on how my car was doing...just superior & thoughtful customer service!

Convenient location, plenty of parking, very quick service, and friendly staff! They’ve almost always worked faster than the timeframe they’ve given me and their waiting room is comfortable. They have local artwork on the walls which gives it a cute charm. Kip specifically has always been personable and easygoing every time I’ve gone for servicing!

Fantastic customer service and repair work they do cost a bit but you get what you pay for and with these folks here you never have to worry about shoddy repairs or short cuts only reason I give them five stars is because I can’t give them ten
