I recently had someone rear-end me and was referred to Cho's through my insurance company. From the moment I got the car there, everything was stellar. The service, support, and details around getting my car repaired couldn't have been better. They finished the repairs a week early, and the car looks better than before the accident, lol. I would highly recommend Cho's if you need body work done for your vehicle, and thank you to everyone there for all the great work!

Had another body shop miss some attention to detail on a repair. Cho’s was in network and had solid reviews. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed CORRECTLY. Even after the claim adjuster with my insurance was being difficult they still handled business. My car is back in my hands. Driving how it should be thanks to them. 10/10 recommend 🙏🤝

Recently came in for an accident. Was recommended by Progressive insurance. Customer service was great. They looked at my car with me to detail de damage, arranged for the rental folks to pick me up from their shop, and stayed in constant communication throughout the ordeal. Would recommend for anyone looking for 1 stop place. Car was returned to me SUPER CLEAN and DETAILED. No issues with the car. Thank you guys!

I took my car here to get repaired through insurance. They made the entire process extremely simple, with minimal waiting time, very organized, didn't have to wait at all to be taken to get a rental after, accurately estimated when the repair was going to be done. The people were very thorough when assessing the damage, the car was very clean when returned to me. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service at Cho's.

I can't express in words fully the awesome feeling I got when I saw my truck for the first time after dropping it off at Cho's for body work. I almost cried. It looks better now than the day I bought it. If you need body work, Cho is your man!

My car's hood and side fender got dented after a giant tree branch fell onto it, but Cho's Body Shop was able to fix it completely for a very reasonable price!! The staff were all very incredibly friendly and worked with us to ensure we were knowledgeable about the work they would be doing on my car. I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone who is in need of car repair :)

These people claim to be engineers, but they said they don't work on old cars, but excuse me, but aren't old cars easier to work on, these are not mechanics, or engineers a mechanic can work on Any Car

Cho’s Auto Body shop exceeded my expectations. The shop is well deserving of 5+ stars. First of all, Cho’s opens at 8:00 am (as indicated on the website). The owner actually answered the phone at 8:00 am with a professional demeanor. Cho’s exhibited excellent communication skills (clear, concise, courteous, positive, active listening, respectful, professional, personable tone, accommodating, etc.). Cho’s wanted my business and they expressed that wholeheartedly (they didn’t t act like they were doing me a favor). Interim communication – Cho’s called me while they were completing the body work on my vehicle. Cho’s delivered my vehicle as planned (actually my vehicle was finished before the anticipated completion date). Excellent vehicle repairs and craftsmanship (auto body work was flawless based on my inspection). Vehicle was delivered clean and polished. The car really looked fantastic when I picked it up. Lastly, great follow up… A Cho’s employee called me to make sure I had no problems with my vehicle as a result of the body work completed. Nothing to complain about… A+ service.

They are so professional. They called to set up the appointment, reviewed my insurance. Once I came in person they went through it and gave me estimate, and timeline all through the phone. Also, finished before schedule. Additionally Cho the manager was kind enough cover for try Toyota parts rather than generic at no extra cost to me. Great customer service, super efficient, and organized. Referring two friends who are needed help as well.

Had my car fixed by progressive insurance, they did a very good job, explained the whole process and very detailed on what needed to be done. If you want to get your car done right, than Cho’s is it.

I didn’t think it would be possible to have a good experience at an auto shop, but we did! We had a great experience. Everyone was so nice. They must practice group prayers or something because they were all so kind. I went to drop off my car with our three little kids. G went with me to the rental shop, he helped me move the car seats and was so kind and considerate of my having my little ones. I picked up my car and it was clean and fixed. I’m so grateful! I’ll be returning back and recommending them to anyone that needs auto service.

I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on Tuesday and picked it up today, Thursday, just two days later. I was concerned about how quick the repairs were but I needn't have worried. They did an amazing job. The dents on the hood are gone and the paint job is immaculate! Bonus, they washed the vehicle and vacuumed the inside. I totally wasn't expecting that. Wow!!! What service! I made sure to get a card. I will definitely remember the kind people who took such great care of me.

I've had several instances where my insurance company sent me to Choi's for repairs. And every time they've been EXCELLENT. Even though my insurance was paying the bills, they always treat me like I'm the one paying the entire bill -- because that's how you get people to come back for other repairs not covered by their insurance. I also appreciate that they're super transparent about everything and when something wasn't done just right, they welcome you back immediately to make those fine tune adjustments rather than delaying or giving you the runaround.

So I had a fender bender and my insurance company sent me to Young Cho to get an estimate. With his estimate, Progressive decided to totaled the car. I was able to buy it back and had Young Cho fix it. He was a pleasure to deal with and the car looks amazing. So instead of paying $40,000. For a car I know nothing about I got my car that I bought new it has 70,000 miles on it and it looks like new. Thanks Young.

There are a lot of body shops between my home and Cho's, but I didn't mind the longer drive because it was such a pleasant, no-stress experience from drop-off to pick-up. Gilbert walked around the car with me when I dropped it off and wrote down everything they needed to repair. They sent me a detailed estimate that same day and called to tell me it would be ready for pick up a few days later. However, the repairs were completed a day earlier than even estimated! Sweet! The total cost was exactly what the estimate had stated, which was a pleasant surprise. Young explained to me when I picked it up what they had done and about the warranty that they offer. He told me that my insurance had requested after-market materials for replacement parts, but they chose to use genuine Toyota parts from Toyota instead, which I really appreciated. Gilbert, Young, and every single person in the office is friendly and kind and my car looks fantastic, AND they even washed it for me before I picked it up! I think the very best review one could give is if you were to need this service again, would you go back, or would you choose a different place next time. I would choose Cho's Body Shop every time! Five solid stars all the way around!
