I had my car serviced here years ago with no issues and was happy with the results. I made an appointment to service my car and drop it off in the morning. Since the hours posted on Google and on their front door are that they open at 7:30 A.M., I assumed I could drop my car off at 7:30 A.M. I arrive at 7:30 A.M. and the front door is locked and no one is answering the phones. I waited until 7:50 A.M., when two employees arrived in the parking lot. They saw me waiting outside the door and made no effort to get inside quickly or acknowledge me. They went inside, did not unlock the door, and didn’t answer the phone. Clearly the hours posted on Google and on their front door need to be corrected. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Brought two vehicles here both having some issues, left with both of them three weeks later with same issues and 2k out of pocket. Not sure what everyone else's experience was but seems like a run of the mill nickel and dimming auto repair shop, here's my receipts, thanks.

Moved to the area (not from California) and found them from Google reviews. Have done a few oil changes, and I will need my 60k check-up soon. Told them I'd start saving for it. They called me out of the blue one day with the quote so I'd know the number to save. Great and friendly staff.

Very respectful and patient. Made an appt. Got in on time. Told me what would be costs and time. Accurate. I trust them totally! Easy to miss building if coming from the west. Huge high-up sign, but you won't see it on street level til you've gone past it.

I had a terrible experience with them as they attempted to overcharge me and, to make matters worse, they ended up damaging my battery. It's frustrating because my battery was in perfect condition before I entrusted my car to Chris Murphy! Needless to say, I have no intention of returning there in the future!

Took my daughter's car in for a tail light issue that was running down her battery. They checked out the rest of her car and identified front brake pads that were at <0.1mm. They didn't make up some story about my alternator being bad or any other electrical issues that they could have since the brake light switch had broken. Said I had a ball joint cover that was cracked but not causing any issues and a few other things that they said they'd keep an eye on but didn't need to be fixed in the next 6 months. They fixed the brake light switch and replaced brake pads and had me diagnosed, parts ordered and replaced and in and out in 48hrs. Cost was reasonable on everything they did. I'll be back here again!!

Great team. They are very knowledgeable about hybrid vehicles as well. They always treat us with respect and never make us feel dumb about not knowing things (unlike many other shops I've experienced). They always inspect our vehicles thoroughly but never push us to service anything unless it's necessary. It's really hard to find a shop like this. Please don't ever close. We are customers for life as long as we live in this area.

Had me car towed in on Tuesday, talked to Wendy after they’d done their diagnostic. She called me and gave me full details of what was going on the next day. From that point she gave me a Best Case and worst case scenario concerning my car. Fortunately the best case scenario saved me a lot of money and my car was ready on Friday. Thank you all very much

I don’t normally leave reviews but I highly recommended steering clear of this shop. I took my 2014 ram truck here for suspension repair and some minor electrical work. Firstly, they charge 200$ just for diagnostic on your vehicle which you can get done for around 70$ at other shops. Secondly, I was quoted over 5.5k for basic suspension repair (control arms/tie rods/& minor electrical modules). Took my truck to Gomez Garage up the street and they got everything done for 3k and in half the time Nick up at Chris Murphy said he could get it done. I recommended Gomez Garage up the road on centerville! They will be honest and do amazing work!

They diagnosed and fixed a Kia Niro that the dealership techs here in El Paso were unable to. They performed correct diagnosis in a day. It was worth the drive. Dont give up go to Chris Murphy's and talk to Nick.

Today, October 18, 2023 called Chris Murphy to get my State Inspection done on my 2017 Camry SE. They had a cancellation at 3:30. I arrived a few minutes early. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting room is spotless. Before I bought my Toyota from the dealership I use to bring all my cars to Chris Murphy. I'll be returning. Thank you again for your great customer service.

This is a great shop great service great customer service and willing to take the time out to help you through other life events not only just your car I recommend him to anybody in the world they've been around this area Lake Highlands ever since I was a kid first grade in Lake Highlands mr.
