They were very accommodating to try and make the repairs as easy as possible...from the full video explanations of what was wrong, to the scheduling of the repairs itself, and even with their shuttle service. They stand by their work and listen to their customers, and their prices are good, especially for the customer services they provide along with it.

Really friendly, and don't try to scam you especially as a young woman. In their inspections they show pictures and really make sure you understand what they're talking about. Super thorough with their explanations and inspections, and don't jump to conclusions. They also offer a ucf discount! Definitely coming back in the future

From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful and the customer service was GREAT! They made sure to understand what exactly I was looking to get done and accommodated PERFECTLY! Brake inspection took 30min in-n-out! Big shoutout to Matt for his assistance! And to the rest of the team for actually working on the cars instead of dragging it out like other shops

The building and reception look spotless...brand new,and clean. After giving my name I had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman about everything and anything which relieved my stress and made me feel good about the place and gave me more confidence. The drop off process was easy and swift. They had plenty of snacks and drinks along with a great attitude, helped to relieve my anxiety especially after the horrible experience I had with the previous mechanic last week. Hopefully they can figure my car out. Will let you know.

I brought my Mazda CX-3 in for a normal check up and a suspicion that my car’s engine sounded abnormally loud. Straight from the start Spencer made me feel right at home after I dropped my keys off. He offered me coffee and snacks a couple of times while I waited on their shuttle service to go to work. I constantly received updates in the form of texts with links that detail services for my car with levels of priority. Spencer would follow up with a call to explain these to me in more detail. At first my water pump had a leak which was gonna cost some good money, but long story short my whole engine was not in great condition. Spencer and Christian Brothers gave me many options for this newer used engine. My parents found the warranty for my car and it almost covered the whole cost of replacing my engine! This is special thanks to the Christian Brothers hard work and exceptional communication with the warranty company. I can’t thank these guys enough for the best auto experience.

I have never been treated so well or had my car so incredibly cared for! And honest wow these folks are just honest! This visit was more of a major repair on my car and the first one I've had here. Everything went smoothly. Service texts were extremely helpful, and the gentleman that worked on my car was thorough, $100 cheaper than the dealership. I'll take that all day long!

Had an oil change and noticed that there was a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Called CBS and sent a picture. They were will to take me in as soon as I could get there. I arrived and they took my car in immediately found the oil plug had been crimped changed it topped of the oil. All at no change to me. CBA was honest and was up front about what happened and resolved everything very quickly.

I cold chose this location solely based on their name and yelp rating. They were very transparent with their pricing and the communication was outstanding. Their system to review/approve/deny recommended services was easy and they were available for questions whenever needed. I would definitely choose this location again. Thank you CB.

Always so welcoming and helpful! As a woman I normally get a little anxious to bring my car into any auto shop, but I seriously feel so comfortable and heard here! And aside from this they always do such a great job!! As long as I live in this area I won’t bring my car anywhere else :))

CBA did an outstanding job performing our pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they polite and professional but they even provided videos of the inspection identifying items that were good, will need attention in the future, and items that needed immediate attention along with prices. There was zero pressure on any of their recommendations and really did a great job. I can't thank them enough for giving me piece of mind on our purchase.

Great work. But unfortunately over priced. After the work was done on my vehicle, I researched the parts that were replaced and found out that I had overpaid by 3x the wholesale price. Do yourself a favor...shop around.

I took my car to have the AC fixed . They also did inspection on my car which they found that the control arms needed replacing. They fixed Ac and control arms. My car running great. The shop staff very professional and friendly. I will definitely bring my car back in future UPDATE Well I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic couldn’t get the lug nuts off. So last shop to work on my vehicle was Cristian Brothers. They changed my lower control arms and ball joint assembly. Well now they say it was rear ones . Nope not what paperwork says. They charged my car warranty people . Anyway I tried to let make it right but they refused. The manager wouldn’t even get on phone. Spencer said that the computer says was rear . The paperwork they gave me says lower control arm ball joint Assembly 108.59! per side . Unless the vehicle has steering in rear which it doesn’t t why would Spencer tell me was rear when clearly my copy of paperwork says lower control arm and ball joint assembly. I feel like because I was lady with no ma.n they tried to take advantage of me . Mind you the bill was over 700 for lower control arm and ball joint assembly. Now they wanted over 500 or 900 to fix it when clearly they put lug nuts on too tight. I will be contacting my warranty company in am . The guy that gave me ride home was nice . When I told them I was coming to get my vehicle they didn’t even offer to send him back . I had to pay for Uber . If I could make in no stars I would!. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Matt the manager. He looked into the matter and has fixed my wheel studs . Thank you for making amends.

I’m very satisfied with the service I had at Christian Brothers. I’ve been driving over 60 years and had my cars serviced at many different places. However Christian Brothers did a much more thorough inspection than any other inspection places. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who needs any kind of service done on their cars.

Well as you must know I had taken my car to CBA and they did a great job keeping up to date with everything they did then something went wrong and I took it back to them they found the problem an offered to fix it and all I had to pay was a oil change they cover the the rest they have been amazing i will be taking my car to them for all my car problem they are true and honesty I can’t remember all they names but they know who im talking about. For who hasn’t been there I’m telling once you go you will always go back. Thank you, Millie Bayala
