I took my car to have the AC fixed . They also did inspection on my car which they found that the control arms needed replacing. They fixed Ac and control arms. My car running great. The shop staff very professional and friendly. I will definitely bring my car back in future UPDATE Well I took my car for oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic couldn’t get the lug nuts off. So last shop to work on my vehicle was Cristian Brothers. They changed my lower control arms and ball joint assembly. Well now they say it was rear ones . Nope not what paperwork says. They charged my car warranty people . Anyway I tried to let make it right but they refused. The manager wouldn’t even get on phone. Spencer said that the computer says was rear . The paperwork they gave me says lower control arm ball joint Assembly 108.59! per side . Unless the vehicle has steering in rear which it doesn’t t why would Spencer tell me was rear when clearly my copy of paperwork says lower control arm and ball joint assembly. I feel like because I was lady with no ma.n they tried to take advantage of me . Mind you the bill was over 700 for lower control arm and ball joint assembly. Now they wanted over 500 or 900 to fix it when clearly they put lug nuts on too tight. I will be contacting my warranty company in am . The guy that gave me ride home was nice . When I told them I was coming to get my vehicle they didn’t even offer to send him back . I had to pay for Uber . If I could make in no stars I would!. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Matt the manager. He looked into the matter and has fixed my wheel studs . Thank you for making amends.

Always so welcoming and helpful! As a woman I normally get a little anxious to bring my car into any auto shop, but I seriously feel so comfortable and heard here! And aside from this they always do such a great job!! As long as I live in this area I won’t bring my car anywhere else :))

CBA did an outstanding job performing our pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they polite and professional but they even provided videos of the inspection identifying items that were good, will need attention in the future, and items that needed immediate attention along with prices. There was zero pressure on any of their recommendations and really did a great job. I can't thank them enough for giving me piece of mind on our purchase.

Well as you must know I had taken my car to CBA and they did a great job keeping up to date with everything they did then something went wrong and I took it back to them they found the problem an offered to fix it and all I had to pay was a oil change they cover the the rest they have been amazing i will be taking my car to them for all my car problem they are true and honesty I can’t remember all they names but they know who im talking about. For who hasn’t been there I’m telling once you go you will always go back. Thank you, Millie Bayala

First time bringing my car here & am very impressed! Excellent customer service from Omar, everyone was very friendly! They sent me photos & videos of things that needed to be repaired & I could approve what I wanted done. Clear estimate with details. They even had shuttle service! Byron the driver was super friendly! This is definitely my new spot!

Great work. But unfortunately over priced. After the work was done on my vehicle, I researched the parts that were replaced and found out that I had overpaid by 3x the wholesale price. Do yourself a favor...shop around.

I’m very satisfied with the service I had at Christian Brothers. I’ve been driving over 60 years and had my cars serviced at many different places. However Christian Brothers did a much more thorough inspection than any other inspection places. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who needs any kind of service done on their cars.

I took my car there to be fixed because I couldn't get in touch with my mechanic. I got great service! They update you and are very helpful and respectful. Their prices were average and i would go there again!! Also,had my daughter 's car towed there and they did well for us!! Update, once again I had my car towed there.. And the people were tremendous and friendly. They took care of my car and one of the problems had been fixed previously so they stood up to their warranty and only charged me for the rest. Very honest, very respectful, and definitely I will be going back with any problems. Glad they are there!

Needed a quick alignment done last minute and I called CBA and they were able to get me in at the end of the day! When I arrived I was greeted warmly and they got right to work on my car. The technician took great care of my car and got the alignment done quick while I sat in the waiting room enjoying a provided snack and some water. The advisors were polite and chatted with me a bit and before I knew it my car was out front ready for me. The service advisor even saw my Navy license plate and gave me a military discount without me even having to ask! Now that’s service! I will absolutely be back to this shop again if I ever need anything.

While my Vehicle took a long time this time and got expensive, the Advisor, Spencer, kept me updated everystep of the way. A Hurricane passed through the area, he sent me a message and let me know what they did to protect my Vehicle. When I got my Vehicle back it was repaired perfectly. This shop has proven the have integrity which is hard to find at other repair shops.

Christian Brothers Automotive will be my go to for automotive service and repairs. They gave a comprehensive auto inspection and verified the needed repair of my SUV. The repair was less expensive than the dealer and came with a far better warranty. Christian Brothers Automotive is a very clean facility and the technicians are professional and knowledgeable in their craftsmanship. My new place for car care.

Started with the 2000 chevy pickup. shocks , axle oil change then ford escape. fixed the fuel issue not pt cruiser for wheel bearings. Then 2021 Cadillac. Checked everything and did oil change. After I purchased the Matt and the crew are amazing

Truly amazing customer service! I went in for the first time due to the cover underneath my car was missing some clips and was dragging a bit. Matt greeted me with such kindest and respect and was able to check my car right away. He offered me some complementary snacks and coffee while I waited. They were done within 5 minutes! Would highly recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely be back.

Great customer service, Spencer and Byron were very helpful. My daughter’s car broke down far from me, I didn’t know where to take the car and I wasn’t able to help her from home, but I found them just looking around where she was. I called them right away, had the car towed there, and by Monday the car was fixed. Spencer communicated with me and explained everything that was going on with the car. Once the car was ready they offered to pick up my daughter from her house and take her to pick up the car. From now on she will bring the car there for any maintenance needed. The situation was very stressful but Spencer made sure that everything was taken care of. Thank you so much!!!

Spent over $1000 on an issue that the technician at AutoZone said should not bet very serious. After getting my vehicle back, and driving for an hour, the issue came back. Upon returning it, I was told they would re-diagnose the issue and would “do me a favor”, and not charge me another $300 for the diagnostics, in addition to wanting to take my engine apart. So, after spending over $1000 and basically getting nothing for it, I did not feel confident in investing any more time and money with them. On a positive note, the staff was VERY friendly!

We were towed here by AAA, and they did a great job of fixing the car and were extremely nice. I would use them again
