Worse place of business ever! I took my vehicle to them, got it back within 30 miles the check engine light came on, now it's a whole other issue that the technician failed to find with the first time. He guessed on the repairs. The owner, was very rude and didn't think his technician was not at fault and refuses to give me my money back for a mistake they made. Do not take your vehicle here. It's not worth the stress or money. I am out 1700 and my vehicle is not driveable.

Christian Brothers were super helpful and quick to get me in on short notice. I moved here from KC and my friend recommended them. They were able to update me and my dad who lives out of state on the status of my car. They’re straight forward and have reasonable prices. I 100% will be using them again and would recommend them to others.

Went in for front end alignment, but safety inspection revealed steering problem that prevented the alignment. We agreed to replace the control arms and that plus the alignment was completed on the same day. We’ll done as usual

I recently went to Christian Bros on Paseo because I wanted to get a quick transmission drain and fill. I usually do at home but I have several inches of snow at my home in the east mountains and I’ve been busy so figured I would try them after I was referred. I took it in, dropped off, and after a couple hours was told over phone that they don’t feel comfortable servicing my vehicle because they found metal flakes in the fluid. I was confused because I don’t know how, and even if there was I understand the risks, I just really need my fluid changed. They wouldn’t offer me or suggest next steps, just that they needed me to pick my vehicle up by end of day. I ended up getting to it today myself, and found no sign of any metal, debris, or contaminants, and also no sign that it was even attempted. I understand that my closed transmission system in my ford might be different, or if they were busy and decided I wasn’t worth it, but I’m frustrated that an auto repair place would lie considering they pride themselves for being trustworthy. 2 stars for customer service and offering transportation, but as any auto repair place, you are at your own risk.

Exceptional customer service! I came in needing a quick EVAP sensor replacement and was in a rush. Not only did they handle it right away, but the whole process was quick and seamless. They even went the extra mile by offering to drop me off at home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. They took the time to ensure everything was running perfectly before returning the car to me. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

My car wouldn't start in the Twisters parking lot after taking my dog to the Northview vet. I asked to be towed to Christian Brothers Automotive, the closest garage. I called my other garage but they were booked out a month. CBA took me right away. I've never been to CBA before so everything was new. I was pleased they provided shuttle service for me and my dog after dropping off my car, since my dog was still with me. After reviewing my car I was sent a downloadable diagnostic doc with a video of the mechanic's visual inspection, items needing to review (based on starting my engine) and recommended repairs, all new to me. I approved the recommended starter and other needed maintenance, the oil and lube, and AC recharge. The charges were high but I was given a AAA discount and a 36k mile warranty on the starter. They picked me up a few days later to pick up my car. CBA is the most professional and courteous garage you'll ever know.

Greg, Jesse and the service manager have treated me and my vehicle to the utmost customer service in the repair industry. Christian Brothers has not only been honest and upfront but also no games, no non sense by not trying to push extra services or repairs. Recently I had them replace some leaking engine gaskets as well as routine maintenance on my transmission, transfer case and both front and rear differentials in my awd escalade. I'll be a return customer!

Do you know the saying -"You never get a second chance to make a good first impression” ? Well, my first impression wasn't very spectacular. When I called to make the appointment I was told my Tundra took 8 quarts of oil and the coupon was for 5 quarts so there would be an extra charge of $15. Yup, I knew that. Happens all the time. When I dropped of the truck the person who greeted me was not someone who I would have as a greeter. A smile would have been nice or even a good morning. I work in retail and I always try to be cheerful and helpful but he must have been having a bad day. Anyway, he tells me my truck takes 9 quarts of oil and there would be a $20 extra charge. Actually my truck takes 8.5 quarts when it is completely drained, flushed and then refilled. Even when I have taken it to the dealership, it is 8 quarts on an oil change. Ok, that is being nitpicky but still....Then he tells me it was going to take 2 hours for an oil change. Two hours? I was told 45 min to and hour. We will have it for you in an hour he then says. OK, when I went to pick up my truck I look over my receipt. On the back page it lists Declined Jobs. Declined jobs? No one called me, or discussed with me any suggested jobs!?! If someone had contacted me I would have discussed it with them so I understood the work that needed to be done and I might have had it done but honestly, they didn't earn my business at all. Maybe your experience might have or will be different but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service the repair was not what we thought and they found that by their diagnostic team. They kept us informed by text and phone. It was less money than we had anticipated. They were courteous and very helpful also having the shuttle to return us home and then back again to pick up our car was a relief as we only have that vehicle definitely will use again definitely recommend thank you Christian Brothers we appreciate your service ...1/16/24 I can't seem to write a new review so I will edit this review from 4 months ago we once again had to use Christian Brothers as our engine light came on they got us in quickly found the problem and had the car back to us the day before they promised UPDATE. 10/25. Had to have catalytic converter replacement Christian Brothers did it expertly and on time .As always they kept us updated by phone and text. It is a great help that they give us a ride as we only have one car. I highly recommend this shop the customer service is outstanding.

Took the car in for check engine light. Found out it had a major issue. I decided not to go further with the fix. They were honest in what it needed and didn’t continue until the called me. I was just charged for the diagnostics.

David is an awesome service writer, Kevin is an amazing tech! They're transparent in the way they do service, they email you the progress with photos. (edit) Kevin was able to "wiggle" his way into a repair that most other auto shops would charge you more for, because it would likely mean dropping the dash and removing some interior items to access the part. This repair cost me $800 thereabouts (It would have been $1200 easy elsewhere... and if it was that, I would have ended the repair there). So when he saved me money by doing that, it opened up more of my funds more to do more repairs. I decided to fix my car's sagging in the back, it has been doing that for over a year (another shop I used to trust botched it with cheap struts replacement... I originally wanted to fix the sagging but it didn't) so I just parked it for about 6mos and drove another vehicle. Because I had seen CB's photos from a previous service for uneven wear on a front tire and the likelihood that I needed to replace a front strut (detailed in that previous report they did), I went for all struts replacement. Mind you, this was not cheap, but it is a lot of work. They fixed a clicking noise in my heater not working (now it works thx CB) by replacing the blendor actuator, fixed a vacuum hose leak, my car no longer sags in the back, they replaced a blown front strut, $15 in gas added (LOL), new wiper blades, and an oil change. Like a new car! I spent about $3k all in for these repairs, probably the most I've spent at a repair shop. They didn't upsell me, I upsold myself based on their service reports. I will be doing all my auto repairs at this shop from now on. GIVE KEVIN A RAISE! :) (Edit) CB worked with me on my truck and did some honest repairs. I appreciate them so much, my truck now works normally

Great to work with Matt. When things went unexpectedly, he was frequently calling me to update me on the status of my car. My car runs as well as when I first drove it off of the lot. more error messages. Their system is great. They provide an image of the codes from their computer and are very transparent throughout. They were very professional and knowledgeable in their craft. It was a great experience overall and I will be back when my car needs more work. My last trip to Christian Brothers was even more impressive. They were able to get me a part that’s been discontinued and saved me thousands of dollars. I am truly grateful for their hard work and diligence in their service. Truly the best customer service I’ve ever received.

While they have a "stellar" reputation, they seriously breached my trust as a customer by lying to me. I made an appointment for 7a to have the AC checked, and brought my car in 10min early. They assured me the diagnostics and repairs would be finished same day, and I would easily have my car by the afternoon. I told them I was going out of town and needed the car back ASAP. After not hearing from them for 6 hours, I called and they told me they now needed 2-3 days to even start any diagnostics. If they needed time, I would have understood; ON THE FRONT END!!! But after 7 hours my car had not even been moved from where I parked it when dropping it off and when they gave me my keys there was NO apology for their lack of professional behavior!! They have forever lost my business, and I will be sure to tell my friends they are not trustworthy!!!
