Christian Brothers Automotive provides top-notch service with honesty and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, transparent, and genuinely cared about my vehicle. They took the time to explain everything in detail and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The shop is clean, the work is done efficiently, and the pricing is fair. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Christian Brothers sets the standard. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable car care!

Went in for an inspection for my tabs. Yeah, they were going to fail me over a wiper. Really? I clean my wipers every time I get gas. I had just used my wipers the day before. NO streaks at all! No problems ever with my wipers! Really??? So I had to pay $33 for new wipers for my car to pass so I can get my damn tabs. Wow. I worked for a rental car company for 17 years. I know what im doing with small crap like that. I should've asked to see the wiper. Absolutely NO WAY it was cracked! BUT, I do want to say that they run through EVERYTHING on the car so you know what is wrong, and what you need to get fixed. So, that is a good thing.

I had several issues with my 2015 Buick Encore and Christian Brothers is one of the shops on my car's extended warranty. What a great shop!!! I can't say enough good things about this shop. They found a coolant leak & several other issues that needed attention. Jeremy Weir worked with me through the whole process. I am so impressed by the link I was sent that contained videos & photos of the items in question & their recommendations. We got the immediate issues fixed & will deal with other items down the line. They did not try to pressure me but were very supportive about working with me to get my vehicle back up to tip-top condition. They are my NEW shop and even the service guy at CarMax said this is where he takes his vehicle for service. I highly recommend them. They are professional, easy to work with, and want to make sure your vehicle is in great condition before you drive away. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I went there a little bit ago to get my A/C fixed, they charged me around $300 hundred dollars just to tell me basically every ac component needs replaced and quoted me around $3,000. When I looked online parts were a quarter of that. Then bought a A/C recharge kit for $60, which fixed it completely. I’m sure they are great mechanics, but will ring out your pockets.

After my car broke down and I had it dropped in their lot after hours, Jeremy and the entire service team prioritized the diagnosis of my vehicle. They communicated with me regarding their findings and made sure I understood everything they were doing and what was needing to be done. I am so lucky that I was able to get my vehicle to them, and would recommend them to anyone!

I just got nearly $4,500 worth of work done to my wife’s Chrysler 200, as it was in pathetic shape and needed tons of work done to get it running good again. I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to these guys. They did a fantastic job of getting the car running good again. I dealt with Brett, and he was great. He kept me filled in on what was going on and what needed to be done, and they got it done!! Thank you Christian Brothers. You guys do great work.

Never got around to posting but would not recommend this shop. Owner told me “they could’ve kept leading me along” all while charging me extra things that didn’t fix my problem. Please go somewhere else.

These people are some scammers beware! I needed a new starter and they gave a quote for $900 something and then a diagnostic fee of $150. For what? I already know what’s wrong and plugging in a scanning computer takes a few minutes. The oem starter ranges from $350 to $450 depending on the website. Other good quality starters for this car are about $280-$290. The labor hours is like 1 hour for this job maybe 2 max. Why are they charging a labor amount that is for around a 10 hour job? They are clearly very greedy and are attempting to rip off anyone they can.

Very disappointed I have used them several times for my Volvo and always had a good experience. However I recommended them for my son's Honda that needs a new starter and they came back with a quote of $965 plus a $150 diagnoses fee for a total of $1115. I thought it sounded to much so I was going to fix myself but didn't really have the time so I started calling other shops friends had recommended. I called 4 shops that all had high reviews and the most expensive one out of the 4 came in at $696. The other 3 were less than $600. Very sad that a Christian place has become like so many other places that are driven by greed.

Great service, friendly & Clean facilities! Also really informative! I Love that they sent me an email with my diagnostic ( pictures included) and broke down the price of everything. I see some of these other reviews saying how expensive they are, here’s the thing… you get what you pay for. You want quality service and quality parts then this is the place to go and when you compare there UPFRONT prices to other places they aren’t much different.

Don't go here unless you want to over-pay by a lot! I took my car in to have them check out what I thought was a blown head gasket, coolant was leaking into my oil. I paid $150 to get a response from the tech, who emailed me a picture holding up the dipstick showing coolant mixed with oil. Exactly what I said in the first place. Their remedy was to put in a used engine with 90k miles on it, lifetime warranty, and manufacturer recommended shocks and struts. They quoted me over $12,000 for everything. I paid $18,000 for the car 8 months prior and they acted like my only choice was to accept their remedy or junk the car. I didn't think twice about getting a second opinion. Their quote for replacing the head was less than $4,000, no other work. I was given the option for replacing the engine with factory new, no miles, for $6,400. Needless to say, Christian Brothers is a ripoff and I was warned ahead of time not to go there. However, I was desperate but learned a huge lesson NOT to do business with them. I never will again. I suggest everyone else to think twice about trusting them with their cars. There's plenty of trustworthy auto shops near Parkville and Riverside, not to mention dealerships. This is the first auto repair shop to charge me $150 to pull the dipstick and recommend replacing the engine. I don’t know a lot about car repair but treating me like a sucker is abhorrent.

My wife took our Yukon in for evaluation due to engine ticking. She selected this shop for the shuttle service. Diagnosis came back with the engine essentially needing to be replaced. Shop report was thorough and they said they would call her to discuss. They waited several hours to contact (just before the tech was leaving). I promptly returned the call and they still had the top of the engine disassembled and unavailable for pickup. I advised them to reassemble so we could pay the evaluation fee and pickup. My wife picked the vehicle up the next day and we discovered that they didn’t fully reassemble the valve covers and left bolts loose. Whether or not their opinion was that the engine required replacement is inconsequential to the necessity of properly reassembling the engine knowing it drove to the shop.and would be driven back. The inspection fee was $228 with tax and the shop even suggested it wouldn’t be worth it to repair. Their quote was laughable and I won’t even mention how astronomically expensive they quoted us to replace the engine.

I prefer to use CBA over any dealership service. They are not just friendly, they communicate through the process and you get detailed reports of everything done to your vehicle. A no brainer if you are a Costco member since you get a 15% discount. Maintenance made easy.

In and out in less time then they told me. They didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need! They showed me what maintenance was recommended for my mileage and left the rest up to me! If I could give a 6th star for how comfortable the couches are I would! I got an inspection and oil change done.

My sister car was dropped here by mistake so she had them look at it because it threw a check engine code, she was quoted 11K for a new engine. We took it back home to Illinois and the shop there rebuilt it for 3500. All I can say is, please shop around people.

Very professional and great customer service. The shuttle service is wonderful. I dropped off my truck. The shuttle took me home. So my day was not interrupted. They call you when you vehicle is done and the shuttle brings you back to pick your vehicle.
