From the minute I walked into the office at Christian Brothers Automotive, I knew I was in the right place. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did a complete inspection of my vehicle, and then sent me a very detailed estimate with photos & videos which was helpful for me to understand what was needed. They always answered whatever questions I had, and always made me feel comfortable. I'm so happy to finally have the rear differential and more repaired, and my Ford Edge is back to running like it's brand new. I had a very good experience with the team at CBA, and will never take my car anywhere else.

I wanted to try this new car shop near my house! They did a test drive and gave me an estimate. They are very professional and also friendly. They have a shuttle service, complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. Clean and comfortable chairs in the waiting room

Stripped a drain plug in the oil pan. Took it to Christian Brothers and Anthony and his mechanics got the stripped drain plug out after 10 minutes of working on it. Very professional service with all potential costs laid out up front. I will be taking my families vehicles to Christian Brothers only in the future. Great group of guys who want to help the community

Anthony at Christian Brothers was very helpful and super transparent with us. Honestly, we have struggled with finding honest and helpful automotive places to take my car. But here we felt safe, they communicated great with us and we will definitely be back!

Christian Brothers is amazing! Very prompt, professional, honest! Jay was so kind and very helpful! They were a pleasure to work with. Cesar dropped me off and picked me up while they worked on my car and he couldn’t have been more personable and a pleasure to talk to! What a nice young man. The office is very comfortable and cozy and offers snacks, coffee and cold water. I will be back for all my car needs in the future and will tell my friends and family about this wonderful establishment!!! Thank you!!

This place has been absolutely amazing. I have taken my car to many shops for repairs over the years, but I have never had one that has been so detail oriented and so upfront with their work. The fact that they take photos of every single thing they do And share them on a profile for the diagnostic of your car is above and beyond anything that I have ever received from any other place. They are quick, efficient, more than fairly priced. 10 out of 10, would recommend this place to anybody

Very professional showing great communication skills. Demonstrated desire to inform the customer with knowledge about why or why not something needed to be repaired/replaced. This was my first experience with CBA but I plan on going back.

Christian brothers is awesome. I used them in San Antonio and Houston Texas. Moved to Florida and have been disappointed with most repair shops here. We were excited to hear they were opening one in Jacksonville. They have been great with our recent repairs. Highly recommend

100% recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. I stopped in with a bad leak in a tire and they quickly took a look and were able to patch it after a nearby store told me I’d need a new tire. Great customer service and overall pleasure to work with!

Great professional service. Went in for 30,000 mile check-up and maintainance. Did not try to push any other work. Did such suggest in accordance with vehicle maintanence plan. Even the service rep stated one of the service items was not really nessessary at this time. Provided great service at reasonanle price without any attempt to squeeze more money out of me. Highly recommend and will go again.

Very clean shop and waiting room. They have a great system that will text you a very transparent inspection report with pictures. The prices are very fair, but they will do it right the first time.

Being new customer coming to CBA @Bartram the staff are courteous, friendly, Christian environment and that part I like most. Anthony the service writer did an excellent job explaining the issues on my van and provided me a video report, via email which I like mostly. Definitely, I'll have my vehicle service at this place.

Christian Brothers in Bartram was the most positive experience I’ve had at automotive shop in a long time. I was treated very kindly, respectful and professional. Their attention to detail is unmatched went in for an oil change and also receive complementary inspection complete with photos, videos and explanations of them. Anthony the GM even cleaned my headlights himself at no charge. I found them to be very honest and didn’t try to oversell me things I did not need. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. Give them a try you won’t be sorry

I just had the most amazing experience by being helped by THE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE. The place is extremely clean , very well decorated , beautiful from top to bottom in all small details. Thank God for bringing me here in such time of need with my car. They even went to my house and jumped my battery. This is one of the best experiences when it comes to dealing with automotive things. I could share many horror stories that have happened to me with essential auto services, such as oil changes I've had with local businesses. However, this is not one of them. Christian Brothers was excellent from "hello" when I called to schedule my oil change. I was quite surprised by their thoroughness from the check-in and the overall inspection, and sharing their findings to be preventive and prepare for maintenance services in the miles to come. I will be back and truly appreciate the transparency in their business practices. They are customer-focused and treat you with respect! If you are looking for quality, Christain Brothers is where you must take your vehicle.
