I never post reviews unless it's REALLY good or REALLY bad. In this case, SPECTACULAR!!! Pros - fast turn around. Accurate diagnosis with picture and video link emailed. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Shuttle service when you drop off your car. Cons - you might gain a couple pounds enjoying the complimentary snacks in those comfy chairs while you wait! BTW, in my case I suspected a particular issue with overheating but reserved my theory to myself. When they sent the diagnosis, it confirmed my suspicion of a stuck thermostat. The tech also used a thermal imaging camera to show where the coolant wasn't flowing to prove it. Ask for Cody or James.

We were traveling out of state when the car broke down and had to be towed on a Sunday afternoon. It was a busy holiday week but at 7:01am I received a text that they were already diagnosing the issue. Communication was great all day, repairs done well, and the staff made it clear that the customer comes first. I was totally impressed!

Clean facility. Nice professional people. Took car for alignment and check brakes. Said brakes were ok. What? You could have charged me for brakes, but instead you were honest. Not everyone does that.

I love Christian Brothers because they are kind, considerate, genuine, authentic and passionate about making the customer happy And they always have a smile. They served me well when I got 4 new tires; another customer in the store even paid it forward and purchased two of the tires for me. When I had to take the car back because the tires were off a little bit, they balanced the tires and I was in and out of there within about 35 min. They are truly the hands and feet of Jesus.

The service at CBA was amazing! Not only did they address what I asked (tire warble, post-rotation), but they were able to identify a couple other minor issues that they were willing/able to address the same day (and quickly!). They did an absolutely amazing job (my car runs so smoothly, again) and their pricing was VERY reasonable. You’ll definitely see me again!

They were able to fix my car same day. I really liked how they emailed me the quote and it was the lowest I got around town. Didn’t feel any pressure on making a decision once they gave me the quote and upon approval, my vehicle was fixed in no time. Great customer service as well from Chris

Christian Brothers did a great job from setting up the day & time to take care of a complete inspection of my vehicle of what items that need to be addressed after the engine warning light came on. I received an email back with a complete list of the items and photos to document each item. They took care of everything I needed in no time at all. I couldn't have found a better automotive shop.

Gave a great estimate for a lift on my tacoma. They took the time to explain what they did and the adjustments they made. They also told me about bring it back in to have everything tightened back up. Offered a free ride if needed. My first time going here. I highly recommend them. They definitely treat you like family. I will be coming back here.

They are so friendly and welcoming as a first time customer and they kept me informed about everything from my initial scheduling to when my vehicle was ready! I travel for work and have been to CBA locations in Texas, Colorado, Florida, and now Columbus, Ohio. The customer service is second to none in all locations and the attention to detail was regard to my automotive needs is exceptional. On this particular occasion, I was having my oil changed in preparation for my long drive back to Florida. Upon completing the complementary inspection of my vehicle, CBA found it unsafe to drive due to inner and outer tie, rods being bad. Thank you, CBA for catching this and potentially preventing a catastrophic failure at high speed. I have and always will recommend CBA to my family and friends.

My car sat for 24 hours with no update. I Called them and they said they haven't looked at it yet and probably wouldn't get to it until the following day. A simple phone call and honesty would have been nice to let me know you were too busy. I ended up picking it up and taking it to another shop that fixed it that same evening.

They’re very friendly. However, please make sure to check the work when you leave. I got an oil change and the next day my car was leaking. They did come out and fix it. I do appreciate that, but a little worrisome when routine maintenance can’t be done properly. This car has been amazing for years and I never ran into problems until I took it there. I unfortunately won’t be back and neither will my family who were clients, too.
