Crew was very patient with understanding my issues. Car had to towed over to the shop as I lost my Alternator after 231,000 miles on the car. They were prompt in diagnosing the issue and had it repaired in 2 days. Very friendly bunch of guys at the shop and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working fine after the repairs.

I went in today and asked them to check the alternator they installed in late August (less than 3 months ago) because the vehicle clicks repeatedly on key turn sometimes/dodsnt start. I was told it’s guaranteed for 3 years or 36000 miles. They pulled an engine code and said it’s a gas cap or drip and refused to check the part unless I authorized a $150 diagnostic fee “in case it’s not the alternator.” I wanted the part they put in checked and replaced if necessary, not the entire car, and under guarantee it should be working. To make me pay to check something they guaranteed which is probably causing the issue, is just unacceptable. This is not the first time they’ve installed a part that, a couple months later, needed replacing. On top of that - the last time I went in, to get my alternator replaced, I asked about the brakes because they start shaking every single time I get them replaced every 3-4 months from this Christian Brothers. The manager told me that the parts were bad and low quality compared to what they used to order before he took over. Despite admittedly putting cheap and low quality parts in my vehicle, no discount at all was offered to replace them. Used to love this place but will go elsewhere for any auto needs moving forward after some pretty shady business practices. Edit: In response to below, I had my battery replaced immediately afterward once the alternator was installed...at half the price I was quoted by Christian Brothers. I immediately got the battery tested yesterday and it's a good battery. As I said, I was not asking for a diagnosis of the problem if it was outside the alternator, I was asking you to check the specific part you replaced. If it was a problem outside the alternator, I would go to a different auto shop because Christian Brothers has admittedly put low quality parts into my vehicle and won't replace them at any sort of a discount. Not to mention I've had four parts put in from this Christian Brothers that needed replacing within months.

Very professional and kind. They helped me understand the problem with my car and the needed steps to take to ensure we would be on the road in a safe and timely manner. They ordered parts and went to work on the car the next day. I won’t be freezing this winter now and I can thank the people at Christian Auto Brothers.

I had them replace upper A-Arms on my car, these are very high end for a 68 Camaro. Needed the alignment done. They destroyed the A-Arms, ball joints etc. Nuts, Bolts missing, stripped bolts. Thank GOD we didn’t get killed or have them fail while driving. Thank god we never took it to the track. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars would be a better score. Based on the response that they left, they obviously don’t know what work they do. I have the receipt for the work that you all did, YOU installed the upper arms, and then you did the alignment. Pretty ridiculous that you guys don’t even know what kind of work you do. Try to make it look like it’s my fault? What a horrible company.

Christian Brothers was very efficient and as I only have one car they provided rides so that I could take my van in and pick it up. Their work is high quality and they explained and answered all questions before they did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality car repairs.

I had a routine oil change by Christian Brothers in Broomfield . I had an appointment and was a few minutes early, I was checked in promptly. I left to run a few errands. I was called within the hour and was told my vehicle was completed. They did the work promptly and professionally. I would recommend Christian Brothers for any vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I originally wasn’t going to post a review, but CB sent me a survey link and while finishing filling it out, I was randomly told it had expired and was unable to get back in. So here’s what I had written (had no intro before): We used to love CB. Gone there many times and have had a ton of work done for multiple vehicles. Paul, the new manager (super nice guy by the way - that’s not sarcastic I genuinely enjoyed talking with him), said he took over about a year ago. Well long story short I need a bunch of work done on my truck. It cost $700+ for an aftermarket alternator to be installed even with an 15% discount and they tried to charge me about $475 for a battery, which both were outrageous. You can get an aftermarket alternator for $200 and I went 2 min down the road and got a battery and installation for $239 total. But I’m not a mechanic so I paid for the alternator. I then asked about the brakes and he said, I quote “We stopped using the parts yours were replaced with because they weren’t great. We had a lot of complaints about them” He literally admitted the parts CB put in were bad, then refused to replace them for any sort of discount aside from the original 15%. For reference, they were so bad I had them replaced under warrantee literally 4 times in the past 2-3 years. I was then told the warrantee expired last July, so I never tried to get them serviced. But then Paul told me it was April of this year, so another misdirection by CB in general to not replace them. Then, he couldn’t come up with a list of invoices for me so I could see total spent through the years despite saying he’d have it to me by end of day. As I said, Paul was very nice about all this despite it not being the outcomes I needed/deserved as a customer, so this isn’t a sleight on him personally. Though we have spent a ton there on multiple vehicles through the years, and love how close it is to the house, we will find another shop moving forward.

I took my car to Christian Brothers to get an oil change and to look at my blinker as it needed to be replaced. The day after I had some lights come on. After taking my car to get an oil change at a different place, I learned there had been a rodent nest in my car. The rodent chewed through some wires which cases those lights to come on and also the rodent chewed my blinker which is what caused my blinker to need to be replaced. This nest would have been in my car when I got my oiled changed. They should have been able to see this nest when changing my oil. No one said anything to me about it. Which is especially surprising considering it was the reason I needed the blinker repair. They either saw it and didn’t care to tell me or didn’t do a thorough enough job to see it considering it was very visible under the hood. Edit* I felt it was appropriate to add an edit since the owners reply insinuates that my review is not truthful. 1. Kae is not my legal name, therefore it would not be found in the system. For privacy reason since Google reviews are public, I use a shortened name. 2. My blinker wire was chewed through prior to my visit with CBA. Oct 22nd is when my blinker stopped working (which we now know is due to the rodent living in my vehicle). I got my car serviced in early November. We also know this to be true because the technician told me the wire was completely severed. 3. The damage from the rodent continued at least to the day after I got my car serviced. We know this because I had the lights come on, which, again, was caused by the rodent, the day after my visit with CBA. This tells us the rodent causing damage to my car was with me at least from Oct 22 until after I brought my car in. I noticed the nest in my car about 2 months later. I hope this is able to clarify as the timeline shows the rodent was in my car before and after I had it serviced.

I was very pleased with the timely manner that Christian Brothers diagnosed my jeep's problem. They took a lot of pictures and was able to get my new front axle replaced very quickly with a 3 year warranty on their work...I will be returning for any future mechanical issues.

Please train your staff on the importance between drop in vs appointments. Oil change shouldn’t take 2.5 hrs and 3 follow ups with 2 different people to work on my car. My appt was at 10, waited until 11, car still sitting in the parking, followed up and they said too many drop ins so kinda delayed and next will be mine. Almost 12 now and my car is still sitting in parking. Then it’s almost 12:20 pm and mechanic grabs a different car to work on. I asked to give my keys back and started to walk out, that’s when they start to work on my car. This gentleman apologizes and says they will do it for free. I do appreciate the free oil change but I came there to pay and be done in an hour, not wait 2.5 hrs on Monday morning. I ain’t going back there. A while ago they had to cancel my 1 pm appointment after I went there due to all mechanics on lunch. Please understand the meaning of appointment before scheduling it.
