You can change the engine oil at this shop, but you MUST direct them that do not pour all the amount of engine oil described on the guide at once & do check the dipstick gauge first then add more if required. They even don't know such basic so I should take out around 0.5 qt after returning to my home. Even that, my dipstick gauge is still pointing almost "Full" point when engine is heated. Still not enough but I just stopped since i didn't want to do the procedure again. I thought to be back to the shop but it was already 6 pm and ... i have now zero expectation to them.

I started bringing both my Ford Transit and Ford Escape to Christian Brothers Automotive Cedar Park at a time when I was completely fed up with the service I was receiving at our local Ford dealer. And there was no way I was going to trust my brand new van to a 10 minute oil and lube joint! And for the past four years it has been a very positive experience. I no longer get home only to discover a lug nut missing. I don't wake up the next morning to discover slopped engine oil dripping all over my driveway. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive Cedar Park!

Great shop! Very attentive to my situation. Had my vehicle towed in and immediately inspected, issue was found promptly. Quote was sent with repair pricing. My vehicle was repaired in a much faster time compared to the dealerships surrounding. Glad I chose Christian Brothers Automotive for my needs. I do recommend them for your needs!

I have been servicing my daughters car here for more then 5 years now. But today I had a very interesting experience. Spent $600+ and found out windshield nozzle on driver side was not working. I had mentioned it to them before servicing and they missed it but it was ok when I called I was asked to bring the car in and I did right away and reply was told it will cost another $200 to replace the nozzle for $22 part as it takes time. I am sure they were right but few curt replies with no regard to service just turned me off.

Christian Brothers is my go to auto repair shop due to their excellent service and their honesty and fairness. I bought a service package through my Ford dealership so I reluctantly go in every few months. Each time, I’m given a laundry list of services that they say I need totalling hundreds to thousands of dollars. I have taken my vehicle to Christian Brothers afterwards and they have advised the services are not needed or only minimal from what I was quoted at the dealership. I highly recommend Christian Brothers!

I've waited too long to post this, but here it is at last. The first time I went to this location of Christian Brothers, I was taken aback by how no one was trying to upcharge me or sell me services I didn't need. I'm the stereotypical woman who doesn't know anything about cars, but they didn't take advantage of that. They recommended and explained services depending on the dealer's determination of urgency, and when I asked questions, they gave me all the details in a way a car-illiterate person could understand. I made my choices based on what they said, and to my surprise, everything was very affordable, and they've been my go-to mechanic ever since. They will also offer to shuttle you home if you're in location and Phil is there (shoutout to Phil, he's great!). Scott, the owner himself, took time today to fully explain everything, and his son, Harris, was kind and made me feel understood as he told me about what he would do in my place (which, with a friend's advice, was exactly what I ended up doing.) They are no-pressure while caring about results and you as a customer. I can't say enough about the Christian Brothers team here. If they are in your area (or not!) I recommend them above all other mechanics. After the initial free courtesy inspection, I decided on what work to have done and thanks to Phil, I am now comfortably at home eating pizza while they work on it. AND, when they're done, Phil's going to come pick me back up and take me back to get my car, 100% free, no uber/lyft necessary. Thank you for your great business, Scott. You and your team are doing something great here. Will always come back!

Christian Brothers crashed my car during an inspection and were unwilling to make the situation right. I'm incredibly disappointed to have to write this review. We had loved using Christian Brothers for years, but I recently took my vehicle for a sticker check inspection, and their mechanic crashed my car while moving it into the bay, doing significant damage to the rear end. Thankfully, their insurance handled paying for the damage, but we had to take the vehicle to a body shop and were without our car for 1 month while repairs were being done. I had to handle communication with the insurance company, body shop, and taking it back multiple times to fully complete the repairs. I did not hear anything from Christian Brothers for the month that the car was being repaired. After finally getting the car back from the body shop, I asked the Christian Brothers owner if we could bring the vehicle back to complete the sticker check free of charge, and he said no. To me, this is inexcusable. I bring my car there for service and CB crashes the car. The least they can do is complete the initial (cheap) service free of charge as a show of good faith

Took my 2013 Camaro for a state inspection this past TUESDAY the 27th of August at Cristian Brothers off of 620 and Batch 6 Car was fine however the inspection failed due to the tint being too dark That's how I bought the car two years ago from a dealership in San Marcos According to the technician the law is the law even though next year inspection won't require checking the tint So even if I didn't put that tint on my car I'm left holding the bag Not happy Frank T

Christian brothers has always resolved my auto issues. Even when I had an emergency and radiator fluid was coming out from multiple places and drove up without an appointment. They took my car and had it completed the next day, impressive. My latest issue found me standing in a puddle of oil and transmission fluid in my driveway. Once again they took my car and had it fixed by the next day. Outstanding. I recommend this repair shop for all of your repair needs. They even gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up if needed. Very easy to work with plus they send you an estimate with pictures of the needed repair. You get to decide what they work on. Again outstanding communication. Great job on all fronts.
