The repairs were completed in a timely manner, considering my vehicle is 2009 with only 85, 000 miles. My dad purchased it new and maintained it well. They kept me aware of everything that was needed. They also assisted me in prioritizing the work to be done. The shuttle was very useful. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I have passed by this business thousands of times. After receiving a quote from the dealership, I decided to get a second opinion. The entire experience, from walking through the door to having my vehicle repaired at at fraction of the dealership’s cost. I highly, highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. Kudos!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars! After my wife sent me the quotes for the repair I decided not to have them fix my vehicle. Parts up charge is ridiculous over double the cost from the dealership and labor to remove the ecm on a Chevy Cruze is exaggerated. I can literally take it off in less then 10 mins with no tools. You would think the cost of flashing the module would be included in the quote it’s not! Paid over 300$ to have it checked just a scam of a company. Christians taking advantage of people…

They were so helpful! I had surgery and couldn’t get out to help my husband with Alzheimer’s and the accepted the car without us being there. He had added too much oil so they repaired that and found a problem that needed repair. After I gave the ok, the repair was done at a reasonable price and I picked up the next day. I am so glad AAA recommended them and I will only be using Christian Brothers moving forward. I thank the entire staff for their understanding in this difficult situation ❤️

I am an owner of a 1999 Cadillac Deville. I state this because NOT every one can work on these types of vehicles. Christian Brothers have performed extensive repairs on my vehicle and each time they performed those task in a matter that I was satisfied with. On one occasion there were some serious issues with my vehicle after some repairs. The staff at this facility took full responsibility for the issues and resolved those issues. Special recognition to the owner Cliff Mayton, Service Advisor Paul and the Service Manager Richard. These gentlemen worked very hard to ensure that the issues were resolved. GREAT Customer service is the reason I come to this establishment and will continue to come to you all. Thank you.

$2300 Plus Quoted For Front & Back Brakes Plus Rotors.... While I Know That The Brakes Might Have Been Worn And Needed To Be Replaced, I Cant Believe That The Real Problem With The Car Wasn't Even On The Print Out Of Problems Nor Was It Fixed. Decides To Hold Off On The Rotors But Had A Portion Of The Brake Job Done. Not Even 24 Hours Later The Car Wouldn't Start Again. Had To Have AAA Come Out After Towing The Car To This Shop 2 Nights Prior To Tell Us The Battery Connectors Needed Replacing And The Parts To Do So Were Less Than $50 Bucks And That Is Why The Car Would Not Start Again. The Battery Is Less Than A Month Old And Also Has Top Posts So Even With Me Knowing Little To Nothing About Cars It Sounded Like A Easy Fix. Parts And Labor Plus Diagnostic Testing Should Not Have Been More Than $250, $300 At Most... I Really Find It Hard To Believe That They Didn't Check For That Because There Had To Be An Inspection Done. WWCB Do? Ignore The Little Problem(Little Money) Completely And Take The BIG Money. I'm Glad It Wasn't My Car But I Was The Driver/Representative Of The Person Who Got Bamboozled. Another Reason Why I Miss My Papa This Woulda Never Happened. I Gave 2 Stars Because The Customer Service Was Decent.

I have come here twice now; the first time was for a free brake check coupon and the second time due to a breakdown. When I got my brakes checked they were extremely helpful and understanding when I said I couldn't afford to have them fix it. The technician tried to buy me more time by shaving down my rotors and counseled me on their financing options when he saw me blanch at the cost which i was extremely grateful for. When my car had an expensive breakdown, Gary worked with me and manually modified the repairs so i could get back on the road with the budget I had, and provided me with a list of the repairs I still needed with attached pricing. I took several days to agree on repairs while I looked for loans and other ways to pay for it and Christian Brothers was extremely patient and did not rush me or impound the car. Nowadays, it is rare to find a mechanic shop as successful as CB that's still honest and inexpensive. Christian brothers meets those criteria and more, and has esrned my trust when it comes to repairs and diagnostics I can't handle myself.

I went in for a brake light that was out. Turns out the socket was corroded. They dusted it off and got my light to work and charged me 189.00. Most expensive rag job I’ve ever had. But that’s not all..then told me I probably need a whole new tail light assembly and they can find the part today probably for a DEAL! Only 700.00! Wow! Luckily I found a whole tail light assembly on Amazon for 94.00. Stop hiding behind the name of Jesus and taking advantage of women. It’s sickening. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Took two cars in. One belonging to our son (first time car owner) who they very easily could've taken advantage of, but instead were great about fixing what he needed to get back on the road and then sent him with a list of needed maintenance prioritized by what needed to be done first. Our car wasn't on the schedule, but Gary stopped what he was doing to look at it and make recommendations. Everyone there was great, though, and great to our kids. Prices were reasonable and upfront. Will definitely use Christian Bros again - and recommend them to others.

An oil change on Sept. 24th. This was my 2nd time using Christian Brothers for my auto repair and certainly will not be my last. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and can explain each step of the repair process. My second trip was for an oil change but during the repair, my technician identified a possible problem, an oil leak and how to keep an eye on it for the future. He also explained that if the repair was needed, how the shop would go about fixing the issue. During the oil change, they removed the air filter, to show me it should be replaced and I agreed. They didn't have the correct air filter in stock but immediately ordered it from a local auto supply and had it delivered in about 10 mins. When the oil change was completed, in the invoice, I was shown exactly what was done and also, any other issues they found, for me to keep an eye on. I also found that using the online appointment application, very easy to use and let's you let them know what repairs are needed prior to coming. Additionally, the entire facility was very clean and you can see the owner and staff take pride in making sure you are comfortable. I would very much tell friends and family to use their services, in the event an auto repair is needed. Cheers, Christian Brothers!

Chris and Nelson are the best. I really appreciate and love how they do business. One thing for sure they got my jeep running right. The pictures.. they show you what's going on. And also what I love is if they see and additional problem they will bring it to your attention. And I love that about good hard workers and dedication that takes care of their customers. Very polite and respectful and friendly and helpful and very honest about their job and work. I really appreciate these guys and trust me if I have any problems with my jeep in the future or need something done correctly it's going to Christian brother's. I'll refer anybody to go see Chris and Nelson because they are awesome!!! Chris and Nelson has done it again...you guys have my jeep floating like a boat. My experience at CBA was beyond reproach. The pleasant and professional atmosphere only added to the lure of this business. My service advisor, Gary Flores, was so kind and professional. He explained everything to me in detail and truly cared about my concerns. Being a Christian myself, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall professionalism that was conveyed. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else except to Christian Brothers! May GOD continue to bless this business and the wonderful staff/technicians who really get the job done. My car was ready 24 hours earlier than promised! Great job!

Outstanding service, total rebuild of a Toyota tundra transmission in a total of 8 days time. Really nice people here, will be coming back. Got a couple other things I’ll probably need to have done. I won’t hesitate to go back to them if you have car problems please go by and talk to them really good folks! Update: Christian Brothers have a vehicle warranty, don’t stop reading please, they will do a vehicle inspection and let you know what needs to be fixed now or in a few weeks. Then you can get the warranty please ask them for details. I have a vehicle that is 10 years old with over 130,000 miles and now I am covered for a small monthly payment until 20 years and/or 200,000 miles. Please get in touch with them soon. It’s a great feeling to be covered, no I am not getting paid for this review. There’s no waiting period if you get the inspection done before getting the warranty. Most warranties have at least 90 days before you can get coverage. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase CBA warranties.

They hide behind their name ,too over priced and lied about my car not ever taking my car there again and will not definitely Recomend them to no one at all I had the worst experience in my opinion I consider them fraudulent and will place a formal report to the better business Bureau 🏬 and higher corporate office.
