Brought my 2003 Ford Escape in and after their diagnostics, they were honest with me about the work needed not being worth the money I’d have to spend. It’s super hard finding mechanics with integrity, so I would recommend them to anyone based on that alone. Great experience.

Took our daughter’s car to have her heater looked at. Because we took it the day before Thanksgiving, planned on it not being looked at and repairs until the week after. However, they quickly analyzed the problem and told me what needed to be done the same day. We did have to wait until the following Monday to have it finished, but that’s on us for our timing. Overall great experience! Great communication and honest feedback. Friendly service! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for straight answers for car repair.

Christian Bros. Automotive has been our Wichita one stop shop for auto repair and good local eateries, entertainment and tourism recommendations while we were stuck waiting for the car to be fixed. They were even able to give us a loaner car to get around to everything. We definitely got lucky in what could have been a dreadful situation. With a miraculously quick turnaround, the car is road ready again. Cody, the nice counter kid told me our mechanic was their best and had amazing skills and experience, while Jules was delighted to be our excellent tourism consultant as an aside to her shop work duties. Folks have been so nice here, if needed, I wouldn’t hesitate to make Wichita a stop on a long trip again, and Christian Bros. Automotive has been the absolute best we could have hoped for.

Went in for an oil change and because they had other customers that needed taken care of before me I waited about 1.5 hours. They were so kind and courteous about it. I didn't mind waiting because life can be unpredictable. But they truly showed how much they cared for their customers in that moment. They were a blessing to my day.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I noted in the appointment scheduler that my front driver’s side tire was lower than the rest (tire pressure light was on, all tires reading at that time). Later, I received a link to my car’s inspection report, telling me that I should be expecting a link to an estimate to be forthcoming. The report itself was a little suspicious. Several of the photos were black with a date/timestamp. The report did show one thing that required attention, “Dash Warning Lights/Odometer: Tire pressure light on - we suggest further diagnostics to find the cause.” This was expected, as I had noted in the appointment notes when I scheduled. I assumed this was a pre-service finding based on the verbiage of the text regarding the “inspection report”, not a result found after completing the services I had requested. I was then notified services had been completed. I never received an estimate, which I thought was strange, but I already had a quote of what it would roughly cost. I, again, assumed that the Dash Warning Light issue from the inspection had been addressed. Upon returning, I paid, got in my car and noticed the tire pressure light was still on - I checked the pressures and they were all dashes “- - -”. I figured it might need to travel more than a few feet before it could get an accurate reading. Nothing changed after a mile, so I called CB and let them know what the issue was. I was told that they required “a specific tool/device for Lexus/Toyotas and it was really expensive - the one that had worked 50% of the time with Lexus/Toyota makes.” I brought it back on the chance that they could get the tire pressure sensors reprogrammed/relearned. They could not. I asked why they wouldn’t let me know that ahead of time, that they weren’t capable of reprogramming the tire pressure sensors to read after rotating the tires of a Lexus? The mechanic who spoke with me told me there must be a faulty sensor. I explained it wasn’t faulty when I brought my car in and now it was and asked Did something happen that could have broken it, was it dropped? His response was “No, are you accusing me of something? Plus, tires withstand much greater forces on the road than if they were dropped.” He then asked me, “How do you know it wasn't faulty before you brought it in?” I explained that all 4 tires were reading, that’s how I knew my front driver’s side tire was low. He responded “Yeah, but how do you know, since the light was on, that it wasn’t a faulty sensor?” He was dismissive and offered no apology or solution. After getting increasingly frustrated at his evading addressing the issue, I left. When I called the dealership, they told me it would be $160 to reprogram and I wasn’t able to get on the schedule for 6 days. Luckily, while I was at Sam’s Club, I went to the tire counter and explained the issue on the off chance they knew how to fix it. The associate told me to bring my car around and he’d see if he could do anything. It took less than 15 seconds from the time I had put my car in park for him to have the pressures reading again. Not only was CB incompetent in completing the job they were paid to do, but they withheld information that would have been useful when scheduling, neglected to admit they couldn’t fix it, wasted my time, and refused to refund my money. The only positive was the shuttle driver, who was friendly and pleasant to talk with while driving me to and from work, even if her praises of the team at CB was eventually shown to be exaggerated.

2nd time using them very friendly & fast my car was back in less than 2 days each time. Offer rides to get you home after dropping off and picking your car up. And waiting area is nice age comfortable if you decide to wait. Will continue to use them in the future on all my cars

Did a thorough job of checking out my car. Was lower cost than other places for getting my brake pads changed and after fixing a couple other things they found wrong my eight year old car now drives like new! Love this shop!

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I had a catastrophic transmission failure that left my truck stranded in a neighborhood. I called Christian Brothers and they arranged the tow to their shop and had a new transmission ordered, delivered, and installed in less than a week. They also identified an issue with the transfer case actuator that likely contributed to the transmission failure. They replaced the faulty actuator with a used one free of charge. Everyone I spoke with either on the phone or in person was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

My first time taking a vehicle to CB's. Very nice people. My Tundra had a water pump problem. (@ 190000 miles..so I guess it was time 😀 ..) they got me fixed up ...communicated well through the whole process... I will be returning for future maintenance and repair. 👍🏿
