Our college student had car issues during the snow storm last week.Had the car towed to Christian Brothers.Unfortanetly the car had a blown engine.Mark Ramsey was an amazing help as we live 250 miles from our son.Very professional and courteous.They will have our son as a customer moving forward when he gets his new vehicle.Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and very informative representatives!! Jeff rode with me in my car to get a better idea a better idea of what I had going. Giovani took care of me at the counter and made sure I didn’t end up over paying for work that I didn’t need done. The team at Christian did a fantastic job at accommodating for me!! Even offered me a courtesy ride home. They also offer a lot option for financing. This is the only mechanic shop I’ve ever been to that takes Affrim, so service really can’t get any easier than this. 6 out of 5 stars :D

I entrusted Christian Brothers Automotive to change the radiator on my 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie since it had a cracked in it, and they did a great job. I dropped it off around 9am and it was done in 3 hours which was amazing. The staff was friendly, and they genuinely seemed like they cared too. Their warranty is also unmatched with a 36k mile or 3 year whichever comes LAST. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because my initial quote from them was one amount, but when I got there they said the quote was about $30 more than the first one. No big deal, it was only $30 more but still; one would expect to pay what they were quoted on. Other than that, I would highly recommend CBA Fossil Creek and will most likely use them again if needed! Thank y'all for your service!

After two sets of wheel bearings in over three years and 56 days I find myself grappling with more than just the frustration of mechanical failure. The significance of those 56 days—the time by which my second set of bearings exceeded the warranty—cannot be overstated. Wheel bearings aren't like tires, meaning after new tires are installed it is the owners responsibility to keep them in working order with timely rotations and proper inflation. Wheel bearings are designed for longevity, easily lasting beyond 100,000 miles or even the lifetime of a vehicle. My original bearings served me well for 186,000 miles, much of it in the harsh conditions of salty winter roads. So imagine my surprise when the bearings installed by Christian Brothers failed after only 13 months. I returned, and new hubs/bearings were installed. But then, just 25 months later, catastrophic failure struck again, sending me back to Christian Brothers. This time, I expected more than a quick fix. I expected them to confront a deeper issue: either they were sourcing substandard parts, or their mechanics lacked the expertise for proper installation. Given that Christian Brothers doesn’t even press bearings themselves but purchases pre-loaded hubs, it seems clear that the problem lies with their choice of cheap parts. Yet, despite the apparent failure of 4 wheel bearings, I was met with indifference. Why the indifference? The hubs/bearings were 56 days out of warranty. The 56 days past the warranty meant I was offered nothing but an estimate of $1,400 with no acknowledgment that perhaps the 2 sets of hubs/bearings they installed were subpar from the start. If your business is rooted in Christianity then there is a moral obligation to do the right thing. The service advisor asked me if a customer came in and stated they didn't have faith in the part that was installed on their vehicle should it be replaced? Perplexed, I just chuckled and replied "a faithless wheel bearing and a faulty wheel bearing are 2 different animals." What is most unsettling, however, is the lack of accountability. The ethos suggested by the name "Christian Brothers" was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was left with the stark realization that integrity and customer care had taken a backseat to the bottom line. The question now is not just about a failed car part, but about a failed commitment and zero compromise to the Christian values that should have been central to this experience.

These guys were excellent! They told me it would be about 20-25 minutes to get my inspection done which was great but they finished it in 15 minutes. Wonderful customer service. Jesse was willing to answer any questions I had and was extremely helpful. The team overall made me feel extremely welcomed! I’ll definitely continue to make this my number one go to for all my services.

This is the 2nd time that I just drove to Christian Brothers without an appointment and they did a complete examination for Tx registration of my car within 30 minutes of my arrival. These people are professional and personal in their work. I highly recommend them for all your auto concerns. You won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer for about a year now. I drive a Range Rover, which naturally comes with some expensive repairs, and I had an awful experience with the Land Rover service center. I had a pretty serious issue with my car and had to get it towed to Christian Brothers from the side of the Highway. They got my car diagnosed and FIXED within one day and were extremely transparent and communicative with me throughout the entire process. They truly make you feel like family and will work with you on pricing and will level with you on the severity of the work needed on your vehicle. If you are weary of dealership service centers, they are the PERFECT alternative. Mark is a solid dude & I will turn to him for any issues I may have in the future. Solid team of guys up there!

Don't know what I expected. Took my car in a long while ago for a viberation. They proceeded to give me a laundry list of well over 20k$... mind you car isn't more than 5 years old. Went to another shop and it was all remedied for 800$. Crazy yall even admitted yall could scam my car insurance into paying this 💀💀💀 yall lost my business
