Cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers!! We've had 2 classic cars and 1 land rover there for service over the last couple months. Their customer service is stellar and I appreciate how informed we were every step of the way. I typically do not trust many auto mechanics but these guys are top notch and do not magically find things that don't need repair/replaced. They worked quickly with my extended warranty company...which didn't delay the repair completion. We will continue to use them for all (5) of our vehicles!!! Thank you for being honest and very reasonably priced. We love you guys!!!

I dropped my car off for a front end alignment and a 100,000 mile inspection. They were very thorough and informative with their assessment. They even included videos in their diagnosis of issues with my car. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to customer service.

I had a great experience in spite having an inconvenient situation with my Durango. I was able to get the Durango to the shop which saved me from towing late at night and they have it set up to drop your key in a safe behind business doors. The envelope is detailed you have enough room to write down the issues or service you’re wanting. My luck has it where I had to wait until Monday when they opened for business but I got called first thing in the A.M. and work began. I really really like the software and system they have to communicate through text. I got a work up of all things wrong depending on severity. Next we got a link that detailed pricing and you can check mark to approve work. I’m just really impressed with how I could communicate and send them pictures and how they reciprocated with updates, diagnostics and repair approval. Basically if you don’t like being put on hold or can’t stand waiting around all day wondering when you will get a call Christian Brothers has applied a communications system that you can work on your phone and specifically through text messaging. I’d recommend them to all my neighbors and we plan on taking out old corvette in for some repair. Thank you Jimmy, Steven and Mark! I appreciate your time and hard work diagnosing my car issues. You made things easy, less stressful and ultimately enjoyable for a not so enjoyable situation.

I have visited many automotive repair shops in the past few years and this was my best experience. They provided thorough and clear explanations of all of the issues with my car and let me know which issues were safety hazards versus performance issues, but did not pressure me to get repairs that weren’t absolutely necessary, the way other shops have done in the past. I know a lot of people are weary about repair shops but I truly trust this location. They made me feel that they care about my safety as a driver and the longevity of my car. The service was timely and they gave me regular progress updates. Additionally, they are very kind! I would love to bring my car here again.

It was a great experience from the second I walked in. Everyone was friendly and greeted me and ensured I was helped. They all seem to enjoy their job. Also, I was dropping off my vehicle and taking the shuttle back to work. They were informed the shuttle was running about 20 minutes and offered to drive me in my car to get me to work on time so I appreciated that ! Definitely make it convenient for everyone and go above and beyond expectations. Thank you !

The sales team here is very misleading, almost like stereotypical used car salesmen. They’ll say anything to get you in the door. They charge $190 just to inspect your vehicle, and even if they go ahead with repairs, that fee isn’t waived—you’ll still be charged $190 plus hourly labor. I took my truck in for an oxygen sensor replacement; it took seven hours, cost me $540, and the very next day, my check engine light was back on. If you need anything more complex than an oil change, I wouldn’t recommend going here. They often assign oil change technicians to work on issues that really require a certified mechanic. Don’t be fooled by their friendliness—it’s just a facade.

Was able to get in same day and utilized their free shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up later once repairs were complete. Overall great service and reasonable pricing for what I had completed.

I cannot leave enough stars to accurately describe my experience with the Christian Brothers location. I had a 2017 Kia Sorento that needed a new engine. When I called to discuss my options, I was connected with Jimmy. He was kind, helpful, and courteous from the beginning. He arranged to have my car towed to the shop and diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively. Once it was determined we needed a new engine, he was thorough in explaining my options regarding financing. It was a huge decision to be made, but I never once felt pressured into making a decision. Jimmy was proactive in finding ways to save me money. He gave me time to weigh my options and followed up with patience and understanding. I ended up moving forward with replacing my engine and the work was done perfectly within a few days. I am so grateful to have had this experience. Christian Brothers just got themselves a lifetime customer.

I returned to Christian Brothers because they did a fantastic job with my AC last time, and this time I came in with a different issue—my car was shaking. Jason didn’t hesitate to take my car in for a courtesy check-up, and the best part was that they didn’t charge me for it! He quickly identified that my wheels needed urgent attention and sent me on my way with kind advice to get them changed right away. I really appreciate the honest and caring service from this group. Not all locations are equal!! This is my local neighborhood location and where I bring my multiple cars when it's something I can't or don't want to deal with. Even if it's just a simple diagnosis, so I can fix it myself. They are always super friendly and helpful at this location. I feel that they are fair and have even helped me out by taking the time to check my transmission fluid level after I had a leak that I had fixed. However all locations are not the same. After breaking down a good distance from home the location on Scottsdale road in North Scottsdale tried to charge me $1,500 for spark plugs and ignition coils. I called my location and same job was only $900. The other location was charging double the cost of the parts and charging several hours of labor for a 15 minute job. Either way I would have opted to do the job myself but one location was literally trying to rob me blind on the job that I literally did hood up to hood down in 15 minutes in their parking lot. Don't just trust the name, find a location that's actually trustworthy as well. We appreciate you guys, keep it up!!

The professionals at the shop delt with me and my situation in a world class way, the explained my car problems placed them in a priority list and asked me when will I schedule the needed repairs. The assisted me in developing a maintenance /repair schedule and also a transportation ride to and from the shop. There reputation from multiple people is why I went to their shop and will continue to give them my hard earned money.
