I had a wonderful experience here. We take our vehicles from work here so I thought I would try it out. When I arrived I was greeted very kindly like they already knew me. The guy at the desk was so kind and let me go on reading from my sticky note of things I thought was wrong. Without interruption or acting like he had somewhere better to be. He spoke to me in a way I understood without being condescending or using “car language” and explained everything. My vehicle was fixed for a very reasonable price that was within my budget. The team communicated with me multiple times throughout the following day when they found a problem and then when I went to pick my car up (less than 24 hours later) they explained everything to me again so I understood what was going on. I will be recommending them to my family for their vehicles and I will be back for them to do the servicing on my vehicle. This is the best interaction/experience I have had at a shop in Knoxville.

I had a pre-purchase inspection done at this shop and man....were these guys classy. Super helpful and put me at ease with how thorough the inspection was. They gave me a free shuttle ride back to my house while the vehicle was looked over and even picked me back up when it was done and the driver John was very nice. I will be back, this shop has earned my business again.

Christian Brothers was excellent to deal with starting with my phone call to make an appointment for regular oil change/service on my Toyota Venza. When I brought my car in Jared was extremely helpful and plenty of snacks and drinks while I waited for my car. I’ll be back for them to take care of my car.

About a week or two ago, my poor car was shuddering so bad. I was at a loss of what I could do. A family member recommended Christian Brothers so I called. From the minute I called to the minute I pulled out of their establishment, they were the absolute best people ever. Their customer service and kind hearts are top tier. They helped me through every problem I had with my car. They offered beverages and snacks. They gave me a ride home and came and picked me up! My car was fixed that day and when I left I cried so hard in my car. Christian Brothers Automotive was a giant blessing in my life that day. Thank you all so much for all your kind words and help!!

Christian Brothers Auto have been exceptionally good when dealing with my vehicle. They gave me thorough information backed with pictures on issues with my vehicle. I recently had an issue that left me stranded and needed a tow. Jared was able to get me linked up with a towing service and Andy was able to fix my issue in a swift manner. They both conducted themselves with the upmost professionalism. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a trustworthy auto mechanic.

I was on a road trip and I had a problem with one of my wheels. So I got a hotel room and then I called Christian Brothers the next morning and they said they could get me in that morning. So I went directly over there.I didn't know anybody or know where to go, So I just sat there and waited. They found a spot for me within an hour and had me up and back on the road again. Complete with a warm chocolate chip cookie and a cup of coffee. Special thanks to Jared and Tyler the technician. Service was extremely friendly and the work was excellent.

I would highly recommend this company. I was driving across country and have problems with my tire. I contacted the company and they said they could fit me in. Even served me a warm chocolate chip cookie when I was there LOL. They helped me. Out very quickly so I could get back on the road again. I'm very happy with the service and with the Communication. My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was excellent. They did a great job on my car repairs. They were honest and made sure I knew what were safety issues and what could possibly wait. The price was reasonable and they were very knowledgeable making sure I understood everything. I would def recommend them.

The service is excellent and they will answer your questions. They will often give tips on vehicle maintenance that can keep yoir car functioning at its best. Love these guys service and work ethic.

10/29/2024 UPDATE: I had a great experience today with Jared, and Tyler did a great job on my vehicle. Tyler replaced my cabin air filter, which I had not done before, and Jared showed it to me afterward. I am so glad I had it replaced! I had a great experience today at CBA! I always go in for my oil changes and complimentary inspection. Today I worked with Paul- he was INCREDIBLE!! He is so professional and helpful and went over and above the call of duty to ensure I had the best possible experience. I will be back! Thank you, Paul!

I had often driven by the Christian Brothers automotive repair shop on multiple occasions! So I had gone to a local dealership to have my car serviced and the estimate was totally ridiculous!! I told myself go by the Christian Brothers Automotive shop to get an estimate of the same repairs quoted by the dealership, and boy I’m so glad I did. Christian Brothers and Rep.Andy estimated my work, even called me before doing the repairs! Turned out I didn’t need all the repairs quoted to me by local dealership. The dealership should be a shamed of themselves for fraud quotes. Thank God for Christian Brothers services in our community to take care of us from other dealership crooks! Again thank you so much to Andy and Christian Brothers for doing outstanding repair work on my vehicle, and at a reasonable price!!

My first experience with Christian Brothers Auto Mechanics was excellent. “First impressions are the best impressions,” they say, and I got just that on my first visit. I had a good experience with few of the staff on my second visit. They answered my questions in great detail and kept me informed about my car’s progress. Their mannerism was very professional. As long as the people remains professional, devoted, and honest, I want to stay with them. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or out of place. I appreciate it, Christian Brothers. Your mannerisms really reflects your company’s title. I hope my time spent with them will always be memorable. These truly are “Christian” Brothers. After I was given a quote for what I needed done. when I came in to have the work done, to my surprised they let me know that they had overestimated the total by $200. I would not have known but they knew and corrected it. Who does that? Only these •Christians” Brothers! Also, they transported me to and from with their free courtesy service. A clean and pleasant waiting room with snacks and drinks offered. THE BEST company and people that I have ever done business with. A+++
