Highly cordial and professional people, took their time to describe the problems my car had in detail, and never showed frustration to my many questions. They managed to do two fixes to my car's engine in only a day, which is a first timer for me. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I was taking my 2002 4Runner across the border to Mexico for a family members birthday, so I brought it by Christian Brothers for some work. Everything went great. Picked it up right before close on Friday. Much to my dismay, as I drove on the freeway I began to hear a nonstop rattling sound coming from the driver side. Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip. I just didn’t know how serious the issue was because I had gotten major repairs completed. It had taken 3 days to get all the work done. I brought it back on Monday and they agreed to fix the issue as no cost to myself, parts and labor fully covered! They even threw in 2 free oil changes! Nice difference indeed! This company stands by their work. I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and will never trust anyone else with my car.

When we lived in Arizona, Christian Brother Automotive came to us highly recommended. We found their service honest, reliable, and very thorough. Recently, as we were traveling back to Arizona, our vehicle broke down. Christian Brother Automotive promptly began repairs. They were very considerate about our needs. They have worked hard repairing all the additional items we requested, belts, and hoses that had never been changed in the 20-year-old vehicle in addition to shocks and struts that were worn out. Just prior to this trip we had taken our vehicle into a different repair shop notifying them of long the trip. We requested they investigate the car for any issues that might occur. We now recognize the vehicle was already having problems with the hydraulics on the clutch and was not identified. We wish Christian Brother Automotive was available in our area of the country for their services is outstanding.

Above and beyond experience! Had multiple issues with my car and my carmax warranty and David kept pushing and getting the job done! Awesome at staying in touch with customers Wonderful clean bathroom with baby changing station and wipes! Everyone that works there is amazing! I cannott believe how above and beyond David went to fight for my rights with carmax car care! They hardly car over 3 months and after repeated faulty parts he refused to let them send more and fought for me and being pregnant during all this it has been such a relief and blessing to have such a great team working and helping with everything! Thank you to the entire team and a special shoutout to David! 100 stars all the way across the board!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stopped by this place when the front spoiler of my Shelby GT350 fell down and was dragging under my car. Christian Brothers Automotive, welcomed me with open arms, without and appointment and removed the broken spoiler from my car. The staff are wonderful and very caring, they didn't charge me anything for the quick repair, so of course I tipped the technician for his time. Thanks again, for coming to my aid in a pinch. This was my first time visiting this shop.

We have brought our vehicle into this shop several times. They are reliable, honest, affordable and friendly. During the time they are inspecting and completing repairs we have always gotten calls with follow ups throughout the process. They have been great at working with our extended warranty as well and all the different things the warranty runs us through! I recommend this shop hands down and personally will always bring our vehicle here for every repair! A shop that feels like family.
