We are very pleased with the service we received from everyone at Christian Brothers here in Midlo. Robert and his team are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and repaired my car within one day's time. Their updates and follow up are greatly appreciated. The front desk lobby area is very clean and nicely decorated. Also, they were so helpful with my transportation, giving me a ride to my house and picking me up the next day to retrieve my car. Overall, a very top notch stellar experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Christian Brothers Automotive! They provided quick and efficient service for my car inspection. What really stood out to me was their courtesy transportation—they took me home while I waited for my car and then picked me up when it was ready. This level of service made my day so much easier! 5/5 for service and knowledge. I went in for a funny noise, needed 5k worth of work, and CB worked with me to identify what issues were urgent and what could wait. They moved my kids car seat into a loaner car in 30 degrees and in the rain. My mom will only take her car here and now I know why!

Christian Brother’s serviced my 2015 Outback and not only did they do an excellent job at a reasonable price they were kind and patient. I recently relocated to the Richmond area and I had to find a mechanic who would keep my Subaru in tip top shape…..They notified me before doing any work and were patient with me when I told them “I have no clue what you are talking about…can you speak to my husband he speaks the car language”😳… Their office is immaculate for an automotive center. Really nice waiting area. Thanks Christian Brothers 🙏🏽

As you walk in, you are greeted by kind and friendly people. The receptionists are polite and explain things thoroughly. If you are unable to stay for the entirety of your appointment, there is a complimentary shuttle available. I also liked how seamless approving and declining repairs is through the link that is sent to your phone after the evaluation has been completed.

Our experiences here are always top notch. They have gone above and beyond in caring for our family and helping us with our vehicle repairs. Whether it was by fixing up our failing van so we had a working vehicle again or tightening something so the coolant didn't spray everywhere while driving. It was done quickly and given to us from the heart. They have been a true blessing to us. No other shop has shown such compassion and a giving, Christ-like spirit. They are actively demonstrating their faith. As we continue to try to live our testimony, they have become part of the goodness that we share with others to witness to God's faithfulness. Thank you for your unselfish love in Christ.

This shop is always on point i always come here for state inspection. I got a red rose yesterday from front desk ...it made my day though I wish they had some type of finance for repairs is hard for me to take care of my things alone...that could help many of us out here struggling. They are great and friendly

I recently moved to Midlothian and needed to get a Virginia inspection. My parents said they had an excellent experience at this establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial, and the lobby was very comfortable. The inspection process was very thorough and transparent. Everything was sent to me via text message so I could see what the proposed work was and make informed decisions. The gentleman at the front desk also went above and beyond by advising me that I could wait 5,000 miles for my next oil change instead of 3,000 miles, as suggested by the place I got my most recent oil change. Although I hope I do not have a need to visit an auto shop in the near future, I will definitely reach out to Christian Brothers Automotive next time I need help. Easy recommendation.

I went here for the first time today to get my State Inspection done and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop. The men working were so respectful and transparent, Paul did a great job making sure I understood everything fully. LOVE the online portal they use to communicate what services are needed, they made me feel like a valued guest while I waited in their comfortable lobby, they brewed coffee for me and even sent me on my way with a little kind gesture to brighten my day. I’m so grateful to find this shop and I think they got another lifelong customer today!! Thank you CBA!!

I had a broken air conditioning system on an older car. I wasn’t sure if it should be fixed or if I should sell it and buy a new car. Christian brothers charged a reasonable amount to identify the problem and a very reasonable amount for the repair. The manager ,Robert, and th front desk people ,Paul and Kevin, were extremely professional, respectful and explained all the problems and repairs needed. They completely fixed the problem and the air conditioning is working perfectly.

This is a great location with great customer service. I'm pretty peculiar on how I want my vehicles serviced and am glad I found a place that does that. They are also straight forward with what needs and doesn't need to be serviced. Also the shuttle service drivers are super friendly!

As someone who spent 15 years in the automotive business and formerly owned two large shops, I think I'm a good judge of character and capabilities in this field. Christian Bros is frankly the finest automotive facility I've ever been to. From start to finish, their honesty, integrity and desire to do the right thing for the customer is unparalleled. The phrase "under promise and over deliver" must be their mantra. No surprises from a straightforward and thorough inspection process; accurate quote; and a ride home and back if you need it. Came here by referal from tire doctor. From start to finish i was nothing but impressed! Firstly they fit me in last min for a problem they had no involment in. Made it happen. Get there and im blown away by the customer service. Clean waiting room...hadled other customers with a level of professionalism that seems to be forgotten now a days. And lastly i was in and out in 30 mins. I can say this accident happened for a reason, we found our new mechanic shop!

Had an issue with my vehicle when heading to work so I was able to drive it to the garage and from the time after my arrival, Christian Brothers treated as if I had been a long time customer. I had prior to going to Christian Brothers got pre approved for financing through Easy Pay and I was planning on scheduling a later visit to have some work done on my vehicle. Everyone there was very courteous and friendly. I was able to after explaining the issues about my vehicle was provided clear information on how they were going to proceed with checking on my vehicle, got me set up to leave the car and even offered me a ride by way of the courtesy shuttle. Later, was provided text messages and email communications that kept me updated and the inspection report addressing the critical areas and other maintenance items that needed attention was very concise and clearly detailed and the photos were greatly appreciated and helpful as well as being able to review and either approve or decline services noted on the report. Despite being busy with other work in their garage, my vehicle needs were handled and I was able to reclaim my vehicle later in the afternoon. I was able to process my payment online after reviewing the final billing statement that was texted to me and returned back home relieved and greatly happy to find people who are committed to excellence!

I really appreciated getting an honest estimate on my car repairs and being able to have them explain certain things to me that I didn’t understand. I also like that they provide shuttle service if you need it it also is nice to get a cold bottle of water and a rose when you are done. I hope that in my future visits, they will realize that I was being honest when I said I can write a check and not have to put this on my credit card.

Front office staff is very professional and courteous. The service has always been top notch and extremely detailed. The detail gives you the comfort that your vehicle is in good hands. The follow up is outstanding. I'm glad I made that first call a couple of years ago.

We love Christian Brothers! They keep us informed during the whole process and let us know if something is important to fix or a suggestion but could be done later. We then approve all work on our phone. Very quick and easy and they made us feel very comfortable discussing the work to be done. And then they drove the car to my house to deliver it to me! Top notch service. I highly recommend them!
