They are amazing though pre sale inspection. Excellent service I was able get an appointment. Close.to my home very convenient . I wait there while they did pre sale inspection. Detailed report with pictures. If you are buying vehicle or home inspection is must must must don't regret later. Christian brothers is one of my best choice

Great Service- Went in with a coolant leak on my 2013 VW bug and the Service Tech explained to me what they would do to find the problem, and what he suspected it would be. Replaced cracked coolant reservoir with a new one and works perfectly now. Courteous, honest communication and service, Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience. These guys were so friendly! Brought in my vehicle for second opinion on suggested maintenance by another company and also for diagnostics on an issue. I felt that the guys at Christian Brothers were honest and did a thorough review before making their suggestions. Moved forward with two maintenance items and realized a third was not needed after their review. To top it off, their prices were lower than the first shop’s estimate and service was complete same day. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me for sure.

Fantastic work. I brought my car in on a Wednesday evening because I was leaving for a road trip on Friday. The Christian Brothers team helped fix all my issues before I needed to leave for my trip, and my car hasn’t driven this smoothly in years. I’m very satisfied with the work they did, their team’s professionalism and kindness, the very clear breakdown of problems with my vehicle including photos and a detailed report, and a straightforward reasonably priced quote (which includes a warranty for their work). I’m thrilled with my experience from Christian Brothers and I will be a regular customer here moving forward. Highly recommend!

I took my vehicle in for a simple inspection which they provided, but they provided video and photo evidence of each section of the inspection checklist which was amazing! Great staff and great service!

Cleanest Automotive Shop bathrooms in the game, the front desk entertainment is 5 of 5 as well. Brake job in < 3 hours and back on the road to work. The pricing is more fair than others as well, ask for Dave.

I just came from Christian Brothers, where I went to fix my headlight. They ordered the bulb quickly and fixed it in no time. They were also welcoming, transparent, and offered a very fair price. I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

I was referred here from another business due to my particular car issue. Christian Brothers showed me exactly what was the problem, and they even showed me pictures. My car has serious problems and I'll have to get another one. However, I plan on bringing my next vehicle here for any repairs or maintenance.

Typical Texas shop. I made an appointment for an oil change, transmission & brake flush. Reid asked why I wanted a transmission flush if it was slipping or not, no I replied it has 128k & was due at 120 & I specifically mentioned you’re a BG shop (additive that provides a warranty). I dropped it off and was quoted 505$. When I picked it up the total was over 700$ & I never received a call to approve the additional expense which nothing changed. Then I noticed no warranty papers were attached to receipt and BG was not used and had told another brand billed. Was told they’d send warranty papers in email which would be useless without it on the receipt. They did rightfully discount it 200$ but I never received a corrected receipt & warranty papers. I waited a couple of days & nothing was sent. I called & left a message for the owner to call but apparently he’s not concerned with the level of service provided. And to think they market themselves as Christian’s & do ethical work. Not true, after 18 years in automotive it was shops like this in Texas that made me get out of automotive.

Went in to request an alignment after having replaced my steering box on a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado K1500. I actually didn't feel like I needed one as the truck seemed perfectly aligned. However, I felt to better be safe than sorry. Service writer told me they would be charging me extra because it's a 4x4 and a little longer of a job. I agreed to the price and mentioned I was referred to them by discount tire. After about an hour the service writer tells me it is complete but that they couldn't get the toe alignment right and that I'd have to go to a place that handles 4x4 vehicles. I left the establishment with my steering wheel now pulling to the right some and is noticable at higher speeds. Which seems really odd to leave a shop to get an alignment with a worse situation and then get charged extra for something they apparently don't do (4x4's). I'm giving them 2 stars because the nice service writer at least discounted me as a discount tire referral about $20. I guess she can't help her policy, but I now feel scammed. They told me the toe being off won't affect the tire having uneven wear but here we are 1,000 miles later and a couple months and it's definitely an issue. I inquired about a diagnostic for my air conditioner and was quoted $275 and that they wouldn't apply it to the repair. Understandable that some shops do and don't apply it if you do the repair but it seemed excessively high so I passed. I had great experiences at another location in Garland many years ago to fix an alignment issue on just a Nissan Sentra that other shops couldn't figure out. I would recommend not using this location.

Went for a noise in front end. Said it was McPherson struts. Replaced them for $1700. Next day same noise. Brought to another shop and it was the control arms and ball joint. I would not go here again. It was a rip off
