Their honesty and transparency. They made a mistake, let me know how they were going to fix it at no charge. My step-father-in-law never trusts anyone and went to look at the problem. They showed him what happened and S-F-in-law came back with only compliments. This is so rare that I asked what specirically they fixed on my S-F-in-law and if the maintenance would be difficult.They were great!

I've never came across a auto service center as nice as these folks. Expect to pay what you get for. Quality doesn't come cheap.

This place was wonderful in helping me when my check engine light came on after I had my oil changed somewhere else and the original place couldn’t fix it. Christian Brothers diagnosed it and found the easy quick fix! Lauri was also great and super nice as she provided transportation to my home and back to pick up my car. 10/10 would recommend coming back here!

My daughter’s car had an issue and was covered for (warranty) repairs here. I had them repair a few other things also. They are a little higher than mom/pop places but so worth it. I didn’t expect the type of work to be completed so close to the holidays. When they called I was like…it’s done!?! They are so polite, professional, clean, and honor their work with a good warranty. We will definitely be back when repairs are needed. Btw it takes a lot to impress me these days…yes, very impressed.

We made an appointment for our truck online. The appointment was for 830AM on Friday. We told them that we needed our truck back at least by 4PM. They said no problem. When we called at 4PM, because we hadn’t heard anything, they hadn’t even put the truck in yet. Then they told us to give them just a little bit longer and I’ll they would get it taken care of. At 5:30PM because we know they close at 6PM We called them and they told us they were closed on Saturday and would have to keep the truck to at least Tuesday to complete the repair. That would be five days they needed to do a repair on the truck. Why would they think people could be without their vehicle for five days? So we told them that we would have to come pick it up if they couldn’t have it done by at least Monday And he said he couldn’t guarantee it because Mondays and Fridays, where they’re busiest days. Why would it allow us to make an appointment at 8:30 AM on Friday? If they weren’t able to service our vehicle we ended up paying 170 bucks for diagnostics but had to pick up our truck anyway what a waste of time and a waste of money would not recommend coming here

Christian Brothers provides excellent service, friendly, kind, caring staff, and I love how friendly and welcoming they are. The snacks and drinks are great too. I’ve never experienced this warm environment at an auto shop in my life. This is why I came back a second time.

For at least 2+ years of going to CBA I've never experienced less than awesome service. Professional staff always engaging and courteous. I appreciate the extra care in ride service and they even put out flavored coffee creamer at my request! Always a homey vibe with the attention to detail and friendly interactions. My go to place for auto services!
