For at least 2+ years of going to CBA I've never experienced less than awesome service. Professional staff always engaging and courteous. I appreciate the extra care in ride service and they even put out flavored coffee creamer at my request! Always a homey vibe with the attention to detail and friendly interactions. My go to place for auto services!

I have used Christian Brothers services twice, on two separate vehicles. The quality of work is outstanding. They are honest and only complete necessary repairs. They are very communicative about the status of your vehicle, while in the shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

**Attention everyone!** This is something that really happened! They charged $400 just to replace an engine belt... It’s outrageous! At least double the original price! They claimed to provide the best quality parts and a 30,000-mile warranty... Dishonest businesses. They even charged us for the tools used in the repair... You’ve already charged for labor, and now you’re charging for tool usage as well? Even if you leave them a one-star review, they’ll say, “We couldn’t find your service record in our system” or “Please provide your email so we can discuss further!” Don’t believe their nonsense. Even if you email them to follow up, they won’t respond to you! Their repair prices are at least double those of other repair shops! Please be aware!

Our primary concern was a noise we kept hearing on our car, but they didn’t stop there. During the inspection, they identified an additional issue with the car’s engine mount, which we hadn’t noticed. I am extremely disappointed with this repair. On July 16th at 8 AM, when I came into the shop, I told the front desk that the outer side of the tire on the driver's side was wearing out badly. I also mentioned that the driver's side suspension was lower than the passenger's side and hoped you could fix it. If not, please replace the suspension. If your cameras are working and have audio, you can check—I am not lying. Suspension replacement is a whole assembly. The price at the dealership is just over $300 for each, so about $600 for both. But you didn't purchase the whole assembly; instead, you bought each part separately, which increased the total price by 50%, charging me over $1200, adding to labor costs. Don't you consider your customers at all? Your so-called warranty markup on parts is too high. You should offer customers two prices: one with the warranty and one without. When I got my truck back, the mileage on the document was different from when I picked it up, meaning someone drove my truck for 10 miles. I checked and found that both new and old parts had scratches on them. Despite providing the tools for the repair, you charged me a fee for the tools. And the most important issue is still unresolved: the driver's side suspension is still lower than the passenger's side. I spent money, but the problem wasn't fixed. I'm really angry. If I could give zero stars, I would give negative one star. Very disappointed!! I have already sent you an email. Will there be a good discussion result?

I have gone to this location several times and spent over 5 thousand dollars for an oil leak great people and great customer service but man are they expensive I will be bring my car to andersons automotive from now om they are more effecient and price wise more affordable and worth it
