I absolutely love this place. Christian Brothers Automotive treats their customers as valued guests. They provide you with an accurate timeline of when the vehicle will be completed. I absolutely love the detailed diagnostic report as well as the completion report of their work. They really go above and beyond. Thank you to Jacob for everything, you were very helpful and friendly by making us feel welcomed.

First, these guys took care of my car so quickly compared to the nightmare shop I had it before taking it there. Second, everyone there is very nice and do their job well. It’s refreshing to have great service.

I’ve always received nothing but 5-star service from this place since I started bringing my car here several years ago. On Friday 1/10, I dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wiper replacement. On the way home from work Saturday, I pulled over on the highway because I thought I was getting a flat tire, my car was shuddering and making a loud noise from the right side. I got out, inspected my tires and saw nothing wrong. I got back in my car and drove home with no issues. Today I found a lug nut in my driveway which fell off my back right wheel. There were TWO lug nuts missing out of five. This whole experience has made me uneasy about bringing my car back here. I sincerely hope this was a one-time mistake.

Inexperienced mechanics. They tried to sell me on 2 services which were completely unneeded. They were also unprepared for servicing my transmission fluid.

My car broke down after Christmas, right when I needed it most for Uber. I was worried about the cost but Christian Brothers Automotive exceeded my expectations. Jacob and Demetris were fantastic! The quick turnaround, free shuttle service, and flexible payment options made the whole process a breeze. They thoroughly inspected my car and fixed it fast. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely be back!

The facility appearance is impressive the people are very friendly helpful thorough and timely. The service is outstanding and so thorough in your estimate of diagnosis there is video footage as well as pictures with detailed explanation of issues and concerns 🧐....... Great service 👍

Completed oil change much faster than I anticipated and the price was very reasonable. Used their complimentary WiFi while I waited on super comfy chairs. Will always return to CBA!!

I’ve always looked to the men in my life for guidance/advice in order not be taken advantage of or over charged in world I don’t understand (cars). BUT my dad has passed, and am newly single, SO as a single woman living alone who is new to Omaha, this was an immensely transparent, collaborative, reassuring, and helpful process. I was met with kindness the moment I called in. They diagnosed my car same day, and had parts ordered, repaired, and ready for me to pick up the next. The shuttle/cab service was amazing along with the driver which greatly decreased my stress. They used a very user friendly data base to walk me through in depth detail with explanations and pictures of everything going on with my car from their diagnostic - the good and the bad (and the medium/preventative suggestions) that was also messaged and emailed to me. The gentleman took the time to personally sit down with me to share realistic helpful advice, problem solve the most pressing concerns with me, and was understanding/respectful of what I had the capacity to fix without being pushy/trying to force a sale. Idk how good the pricing is, but it seemed reasonable. I have already booked follow up appointments and likely won’t be going else where for car troubles.

Love the lobby area-very welcoming. Great customer service! Appreciated the video and pics of what was wrong with my vehicle. Our vehicle was inspected and fixed in a timely manner. Matt and the crew did a great job. Would recommend.

Great friendly and fast service. They provide recommendations on further service options based off what their mechanic sees, and they present it in a friendly way without making you feel pressured. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

5 Stars guys for the excellent above and beyond service. I normally do my own mechanics, but due to a knee replacement and pain I chose this one to be outside. Bible based. Free drinks. Very clean place. Great customer service. Pictures and diagnostics text to you so you’re totally upfront with the issue, also check breaks, shocks, transmission oil to make you feel safe. Bottom line, when go outside for my mechanic needs, Christian Brothers will be my first pick. I also highly recommend based on my experience today. Thank you and God bless this business

CB is a very professional, well trained and experienced group of technicians. They always take care of my vehicle, never pressure extra services. They do recommend additional services that they are happy to complete, but give me the option if I want them or not. I always feel valued and heard when speaking about the services I need. Great company, great customer service, great people. I highly recommend CB to anyone that needs their car serviced!

From the time I brought my tahoe in for suspected suspension issues, they have been nothing but honest and up front with me. They have been helpful and explained everything to me after the inspection report was completed. They worked with me on pricing and with my warranty company, even if the warranty company was worthless. They treated me like family and are only a text away when I have questions or as they send me updates. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with and be a part of. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them if I need any future repairs. I will not go anywhere else for the life of my vehicle and any future vehicles!

I got a free oil change as part of National Service Day. Christian Brothers Automotive offered our school (Millard South Staff) a free oil change on Saturday, October 12th. There were several staff members there, beverages, popsicles, bounce houses, etc. EVERYONE there was very friendly. We were asked multiple times by different people if we needed anything. I was beyond appreciative of the oil change and the service was amazing. We will be back!

The entire staff was extremely generous and professional. The work done on the vehicle was fairly priced and done in a timely manner. The daily communication from Christian Brothers, as well as the detailed report (including pictures and videos), went above and beyond my expectations. We are extremely happy with our experience and will definitely be back.

I recently took my vehicle to Christian Brothers, and like many other poor reviews here I was left dumbfounded by their estimate of 3700$ The dealership is doing the job for 1400$, with the same 3 year warranty and oem parts The job was for a water pump and tensioner pulley, which by the book is 6 hours of labor. The parts they were going to use were OEM but they wanted to charge over 1000$ for two parts that you can get at the dealer for under 300$. When I asked about the price difference I was told they have to mark up the price a little to make money, which I understand. But over 700$ markup is crazy. This is the second time I have tried using them and gotten unrealistic estimates. Its not very Christian like to charge customers over two times the going rates.
