Great friendly and fast service. They provide recommendations on further service options based off what their mechanic sees, and they present it in a friendly way without making you feel pressured. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I’ve always looked to the men in my life for guidance/advice in order not be taken advantage of or over charged in world I don’t understand (cars). BUT my dad has passed, and am newly single, SO as a single woman living alone who is new to Omaha, this was an immensely transparent, collaborative, reassuring, and helpful process. I was met with kindness the moment I called in. They diagnosed my car same day, and had parts ordered, repaired, and ready for me to pick up the next. The shuttle/cab service was amazing along with the driver which greatly decreased my stress. They used a very user friendly data base to walk me through in depth detail with explanations and pictures of everything going on with my car from their diagnostic - the good and the bad (and the medium/preventative suggestions) that was also messaged and emailed to me. The gentleman took the time to personally sit down with me to share realistic helpful advice, problem solve the most pressing concerns with me, and was understanding/respectful of what I had the capacity to fix without being pushy/trying to force a sale. Idk how good the pricing is, but it seemed reasonable. I have already booked follow up appointments and likely won’t be going else where for car troubles.

Completed oil change much faster than I anticipated and the price was very reasonable. Used their complimentary WiFi while I waited on super comfy chairs. Will always return to CBA!!

Love the lobby area-very welcoming. Great customer service! Appreciated the video and pics of what was wrong with my vehicle. Our vehicle was inspected and fixed in a timely manner. Matt and the crew did a great job. Would recommend.

5 Stars guys for the excellent above and beyond service. I normally do my own mechanics, but due to a knee replacement and pain I chose this one to be outside. Bible based. Free drinks. Very clean place. Great customer service. Pictures and diagnostics text to you so you’re totally upfront with the issue, also check breaks, shocks, transmission oil to make you feel safe. Bottom line, when go outside for my mechanic needs, Christian Brothers will be my first pick. I also highly recommend based on my experience today. Thank you and God bless this business

CB is a very professional, well trained and experienced group of technicians. They always take care of my vehicle, never pressure extra services. They do recommend additional services that they are happy to complete, but give me the option if I want them or not. I always feel valued and heard when speaking about the services I need. Great company, great customer service, great people. I highly recommend CB to anyone that needs their car serviced!

From the time I brought my tahoe in for suspected suspension issues, they have been nothing but honest and up front with me. They have been helpful and explained everything to me after the inspection report was completed. They worked with me on pricing and with my warranty company, even if the warranty company was worthless. They treated me like family and are only a text away when I have questions or as they send me updates. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with and be a part of. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them if I need any future repairs. I will not go anywhere else for the life of my vehicle and any future vehicles!

I got a free oil change as part of National Service Day. Christian Brothers Automotive offered our school (Millard South Staff) a free oil change on Saturday, October 12th. There were several staff members there, beverages, popsicles, bounce houses, etc. EVERYONE there was very friendly. We were asked multiple times by different people if we needed anything. I was beyond appreciative of the oil change and the service was amazing. We will be back!

The entire staff was extremely generous and professional. The work done on the vehicle was fairly priced and done in a timely manner. The daily communication from Christian Brothers, as well as the detailed report (including pictures and videos), went above and beyond my expectations. We are extremely happy with our experience and will definitely be back.

Had a great experience here with an oil change. As a woman I always fear these experiences, but they were different in a positive way. They answered all my silly questions and explained their services as I waited in the lobby. Highly recommend to any moms looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

I appreciated their great quality service, them being pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. Much better experience here than many other places I’ve brought my car to be serviced in the past here in Omaha. I also liked their texting links to pictures and videos of work they were doing on the car and things they noticed in the inspection, with detailed descriptions of what was going on, which I feel like adds additional accountability, since many other places will try to push and sell unnecessary services, and they didn’t do that. I even verified everything they sent me with a buddy, who is extremely well versed in cars, and he agreed with their recommendations, and that they weren’t unnecessary. So, I appreciate their honesty and integrity, in addition to their great service, communication, and courtesy. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I recently took my van to Christian Brothers Automotive in Omaha to have the A/C checked after it stopped working. They diagnosed the issue and quoted me an astonishing $4,000 to fix it. Unsure about such a high price, I decided to get a second opinion. Without mentioning the previous diagnosis, I took my van to another mechanic who identified the exact same problem and quoted me only $1,500 for the repair. I was shocked by the drastic price difference. The second mechanic performed the work successfully at the lower cost, confirming that Christian Brothers was significantly overcharging. This experience has left me with serious doubts about their pricing and transparency. While their staff was courteous, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. I highly urge anyone considering their services to get a second opinion before committing. I will not be returning to Christian Brothers Automotive.

I recently took my vehicle to Christian Brothers, and like many other poor reviews here I was left dumbfounded by their estimate of 3700$ The dealership is doing the job for 1400$, with the same 3 year warranty and oem parts The job was for a water pump and tensioner pulley, which by the book is 6 hours of labor. The parts they were going to use were OEM but they wanted to charge over 1000$ for two parts that you can get at the dealer for under 300$. When I asked about the price difference I was told they have to mark up the price a little to make money, which I understand. But over 700$ markup is crazy. This is the second time I have tried using them and gotten unrealistic estimates. Its not very Christian like to charge customers over two times the going rates.

Took my car there for the time and could not have been more impressed. Clean lobby with free drinks, friendly staff, and a free ride home so I could get some work done at the house. Sales team was not pushy at all, got a few extra repairs done same day and future repairs will only be done by them.

I wouldnt take my vehicle here the staff were super condescending when asked questions pertaining to vehicle upgrades and parts. If it's a simple job that takes no mechanical skill go here if the job requires a little thought best go somewhere else. As you respond you have no record of me I have my check for 3k for new engine and documents from you as well :) never take your vehicle here

It has been over two years since they damaged my company vehicles van mirror by clipping it driving it into a bay. They haven’t made any valid attempts to repair it and or reach out to make something happen.

Christian Brothers Automotive are professional, kind, and they are Christians. There is no pressure to get extra work performed that free diagnostic says you need. My car is usually ready sooner than they originally predict. The technician does great work. They text when your car goes into the stall. They text diagnostic results for your review. They speak to you on the phone after your review to see what direction to go in. Coffee, water, Gatorade, etc available. Transportation home or to work is also available. BTW Christian Brothers mail coupons for services. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Wonderful service each time. Try them for yourself.

I have been taking my vehicles to Christian Brothers since 2014 in four different states across the Midwest. Excellent and friendly service at each one. They are not pushy on repairs and their inspection reports are easy to understand. Highly recommend.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was buying and they were able to fit me in on short notice. I don’t mean to be corny but the level of service I received was unlike anything I’ve seen in the automotive business before. From the front desk to the shuttle driver to the technician, everyone was extremely respectful, nice, and throughly answered all my questions with patience and expertise. I thought all non-dealer mechanics were the same - clearly not the case. I’ve spent hours in the waiting rooms of large chains the past several years drinking old coffee, sitting on dirty chairs and listening to the TV on the loudest possible setting. This place is clean and extremely inviting and hearing the way they greeted each customer with the same level of respect was honestly impressive. I wish I had been here sooner - will absolutely be back!

Performed a complete transmission replacement with other services in 6 days. Prices are fair, service and communication is outstanding. They provide an extensive report with pics before, with service recommendations, and after with pics of all of the repairs Performed. They have earned any and all of my future vehicle services. I wish there was one in every town. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
