I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Christian Brothers, as I feel undervalued as a customer. I hope this letter prompts a resolution, or I may need to seek recourse through other avenues. During my recent visit, my front seat console leather was damaged, and despite bringing this to attention, no one accepted responsibility. The owner mentioned he would explore repair options, but I remain doubtful this issue will be adequately addressed. Additionally, I received a new battery after my old one died during pickup, following two repairs on my alternator. While I appreciate the new battery, it is frustrating to have to pay for another battery after only 8 months of use. This, combined with towing fees, raises concerns about the quality and reliability of your services. I have also experienced ongoing issues with two alternators installed at your shop. Furthermore, I had to negotiate a lower price for brake services with Brake Check, as your charges seemed excessively high in comparison. Lastly, despite having brake pads added, I have noticed no improvement in brake performance. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any auto mechanic! The most thorough diagnostic I’ve ever had was done on my car, with every detail of everything needed provided (including videos and pictures). These guys genuinely care and they make sure you understand what they have to do to take care of you. 10/10, two thumbs up, highly recommend 😎 Thank you Erin & Erik so much!

The service was excellent!! The staff greeted me with a smile , explained the service and gave upfront pricing before the service, offered coffee and water also big comfortable seating while you wait and gave coupons and discount for my next visit this place rates a 100****

Now it's like other workshops. You take your car for a reason and they end up repairing other things except for what you took it for. I spent 2k in repairs and in the next few days the same issues happened. This was a very bad experience. Also they tried to charge me for something extra. Nothing was inspected. Talking with the personal and with the manager was a waste of time. I have pictures of my car before and after. I really just prefer to find a different place.

My CTS was running hot and I took it to these guys. After they diagnosed my vehicle, I was informed that I needed a new engine, my hoses and brakes needed to be replaced, my radiator was empty & my oil was black & needed to be changed. Keep in my, I consistently get my oil changed and tires rotated every 3,000 miles, my radiator had just been flushed 2 mo prior at Firestone who previously informed me that within the next year or so that my hoses would need to be replaced but not now. Also my engine nor brakes were giving me any problems so I knew this was a bunch of crap. Christian Bros (not so Christian) gave me an estimate of $11,000 and also informed me that the engine they would be placing in my car would be a used engine with 75,000 miles on it. When I asked about the warranty for this engine, I was told that Cadillac engines could last up to 125,000+miles. At that time I knew they were full of bull. I took my car back to Firestone & they found that my car only needed a new thermostat because mine sticking. My total cost for repair was less than $1100, not the $11,000 quoted by Christian Brothers. Firestone checked the radiator & hoses & there were no problems. I had my brakes checked & there were had no problems & my oil usage was only at 49%. Christian Brothers are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Ladies get a 2nd opinion & DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS unless you just want to give away your $. BTW they charged me almost $300 for their diagnostic services & I was not informed about this charge in advance. Their diagnostic prices apparently vary depending on something because my male friend was only charged $125 for his truck diagnostic service. BEWARE!

I give then a big fat 0 star cause when someone takes there vehicle to this so called mechanic shop there supposed to fix it even if it wasn't that old and they could not fix my new vehicle and still had to pay a 1000 just to do what they did. This place is not worth your time or your money

Let me start by saying I've come to this place twice. I promise I will never come here again. I'm not going to tell others not to come I just will not be coming. My first experience was a year or so ago when I brought my car to them. It was a ac issue . They charged me 800 to tell me they could figure it out. The second time I sent my wife just to see what would happen. She went there paid 2300+ just for the check engine light to come right back on. I had her take it back and they wanted to charge her another 1300 to fix what should have been fixed right the first time. They also told her that the valve covers was leaking which was changed 2 months prior. I went in myself to see where this leak was. 2 screws on the back was lose enought to turn with my hand. Now it smells like burning oil which it didn't smell like this before . Next time I will take off and do the work myself.take it from a ASE certified mechanic. I tried to use you guys because I didn't have time to do it. This whole situation is unacceptable but what can I do besides staying away from this establishment..

I had taken my car because it wouldn’t turn on, all they did was install the wrong battery and we’re just trying to find ways to charge me. They told me the fees were gonna be around 5k. I took it to another mechanic and the only problem was a simple battery change that was installed wrong. The other mechanic charged me 400$ for the (correct buttery) we waisted time and were charged 5k over false malfunctions while other place did a simple battery change for 400$ and now my car is good again.

Everyone is very well spoken, easy to work with, explains every detail, warranty of work.Pricing is reasonable. The shuttle to and from is wonderful. This is my second repair with them and both were quick, same day service. I will tell everyone to bring your needs to them. Thanks CBA for being a trusted place during these stressful times.

My experience at Christian Brothers was a terrible experience I hope no one ever has to endure. The people managing this store exploit patrons looking for help through dishonest interactions, nebulous price quotes, and poor workmanship. As I learned recently, this is not a business that repairs cars; this is a business that takes money from people who need their car fixed. First-hand, I had a technician tell me he could fix the leak in my radiator, and quoted me a price. He "fixed" it, I paid, but just driving home from the mechanic, my check engine light came back on. I took it back to the mechanic, who made the light turn off. Driving home again, the light came back on, so I drove back to the mechanic. He said there is another leak in the radiator, different from the one repaired and I'd have to pay an even higher bill than the previous quote. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I called for a quote for a transmission converter clutch repair. NOT THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION! I had already priced the part and gotten a diagnostic prior to calling. I had to call back the next day since I never got a call back w/ the quote from the mechanic. Didn’t hear from the mechanic again, but from the guy who takes the calls. I then called back and was told that I needed to bring the car in because they could not calculate the LABOR, but located the part. I arranged to take my car there and was told though the part was $50 it would take 15 hours to fix the part since it was “somewhere in the transmission “. I wasn’t confident in the info provided considering that I had already had it looked at before. Was then told the labor wasn’t WORTH the value of the car which was 2100.. took the car to another mechanic and was advised that was an unprofessional diagnosis, that it could in fact be fixed and told me exactly what to do and where to go to get it fixed. Christian Brothers wouldn’t even take a look at the oil leak that I had also requested checked because they were so consumed w/ the transmission issue. Refused to look at the oil leaks because they said I needed to get the transmission issue fixed first. They they weren’t opened to entertaining anymore. Clearly they were not interested because they said the labor wasn’t worth the value of the car. The location I took my car to follow, not only checked the oils leak, but a few other things. I didn’t have the best experience with Christian Brothers after they were recommended. I won’t be back!!

I was definitely a loyal Kirby CB customer (impeccable customer service) for my car troubles but I might have a new favorite spot. Found this location by an accidentally misclick on the online scheduling and decided to give it a shot. Front desk was super welcoming, friendly, very informative despite checking in many customers at once. They also gave a free health check of my car, and have a VERY fair pricings for services despite other locations increasing their rates understandably due to the market. Definitely helpful for someone on a budget so I will definitely be returning in the future.

My sons car stopped and because of previous work done here we brought it back. There were several issues and we approved those repairs with a high cost. On the way to pick up the car and pay with the intention of leaving with a fixed vehicle, we were told they had bad news. Engine issues and the cost would be over $3k. The issue was not the cost but the fact that the last communication was come get the car and repairs are complete. We get there and now the engine needs repair and the cost would be more than what the car is worth. Why did this not come up during the diagnostic? Did it come up and repairs were done to get money out of us? They asked for the $1500 for the repairs they had aleady done. Again we weren't told there were major issues until we got there. So needless to say 1500 went down the drain. The concern is if the engine was bad, how did that not come up? And the last thing...after they found out and even suggested the car not being worth that, we were very insensitively told that the repairs they had done were under warranty...why would we need the warranty? Not sure but just feel like they sucked 1500 for a car they knew wouldn't run.
