Amazing service! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is the most inviting of any wait room. There is a culture of honesty and integrity that I sense even hanging out while waiting for my oil change as I listened to the interactions they have with multiple customers.

Big thanks to the owner Tim for the courtesy shuttle and the great conversation! Tim picked me up from home at 5am took me to work and also waited almost a hour thank you Tim! Kevin was great with assisting me with my warranty he contacted them numerous times to ensure everything went through properly thank you Kevin! CBA also has well experienced mechanics and they give you a very detailed digital courtesy inspection which was very helpful and informative. Thank You CBA Polaris!

Great service. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Very impressed with the little things like resetting the oil light and telling me upfront my truck takes extra oil. My last 3 oil changes elsewhere didn’t do either of those.

I brought my Kia Optima in for an inspection without an appointment and my first interaction was with Trey. He was very welcoming and informative of the work being performed on my vehicle. After the work was completed, Trey suggested I come back for a follow up after driving x amount of miles. I noticed each interaction began with “how may I serve you”… that and Trey suggesting I come back lets me know the staff cares about their customers’ satisfaction. I appreciate that they allowed me to actually see what was going on with my vehicle in the shop… a lot of shops don’t do that. This shop is pretty pricey but the technicians do a good job on the repairs and the service writers keep you informed throughout the whole process. Kevin was very informative the second time I came into the shop for the follow up. Overall I would recommend coming into this shop for any repair really because they’re welcoming, great customer service, very knowledgeable and informative with repairs, and CBA has a courtesy shuttle that will pick you up and/or drop you off wherever you need to be while your vehicle is being serviced!

These guy’s are great. They have a shuttle service and they give you an honest explanation of your car’s’s issues in a detailed report with pictures and prices. Not to mention they are professional and courteous and they do great work.

I went to Christian Brothers for the first time on 10/18. I ran over a screw on the way to work and needed to get my tire patched. They were open until 6 which was awesome because I got off work at 5. They are right outside the chase McCoy center where I work. The facility is new and exceptionally clean. They took care of my tire and offered me a snack and soda. I was very impressed with everything. I appreciate the Christian theme as well. I plan to come back for my future vehicle needs.

Thankful to have a trusted a full service mechanic with high level communication and thorough high quality workmanship. The only thing that would make CBA better is offering an interest free payment solution that allows families who would struggle to pay for expensive repairs the option to split the payments up over 3-4 months without getting strapped with high interest financing solutions like paying with a credit card. They do great work Highly recommend CBA and wish I had found them 3 years ago when we first came to Central Ohio.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated the digital report/ full inspection they provide; that was impressive and well done! Got brake pads and rotors replaced and their price was reasonable compared to two other shops I received quotes from as well. Work was completed on time and high quality. Very impressed and will continue working with them in the future.

Excellent customer experience! Kept me updated as my vehicle was being checked, kept me updated on the work, updated when it was complete. Provided me a detailed report of what needs done now, and what needs done soon, highly recommend calling this shop if you need anything!

Hands down the best shop I've ever taken a vehicle to. It's rare to find a mechanic that checks all the boxes: quality work, affordable, and HONEST. They care about their customers and show it with a warm and welcoming experience start to finish. Will go back for everything!

Great customer service. Fast and friendly. I was offered a ride if I didn't want to wait. They did a courtesy inspection on my vehicle and didn't try to push me into more work. The waiting area was nice and clean. They offered free Wifi while you wait. 10/10 - I will be back!

I brought my modified GR Supra to Christian brothers for an alignment and ride height adjustment after installing HKS adjustable springs. Was very impressed with Kevin & the rest of the staffs knowledge on alignments and proper setups for spirited driving. Very nice facility with NEW equipment and friendly staff. I usually like doing my own work but would trust Christian brothers again with my baby for things outside of my capabilities.

I had a good first experience with Christian Brothers at their new location. Tré in the front office was excellent -- he communicated very well keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. One suggestion for improvement would be to ask customers if they have a coupon. I chose to try them because of a $25 off coupon for spending over $250, but the fine print required it to be presented at the time of service. Since I spent over $1,000 it would have been nice to receive the discount. It's still in my planner. I forgot to present it at checkout.

I had a great experience with this car repair shop! My car repair was delayed by a day due to some unexpected issues but the owner really went above and beyond. He gave me a ride to work in the morning and then brought my car to my workplace when it was ready, which is quite far from the shop! Overall, everyone there was super friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs!

Superb customer service. I dont live far from this location , so after walking home i realized i left my house key with my car keys like a fool, but when i called to inform they offered to deliver the house key directly to my home address! Just stupendous.
