My 2012 Nissan Altima broke down in my friend's driveway on a saturday night and being from Okc I was a bit at a loss for what to do, but my friend suggested the South Tulsa Christian Brothers. Got a phone call early Monday morning and getting a diagnosis was pretty quick. Car was finished the same day and I was able to hitch a ride back from okc to Tulsa to pick it up after hours. The communication was a bit sticky just because I am so far away from that location and trying to schedule a ride was tough since I hadn't heard anything until about 30 minutes to closing, but all in all I am very happy with the service and my car is running good! No more emergency lights!

I have to completely brag on this location. We had our transmission replaced through our warranty back in July. Well the “brand new” transmission from the manufacturer was a total dudd and I contacted CBA to see what could be done. They had me bring my car back and took it upon themselves to deal with the manufacturer and try to get me a new transmission, all the while this was not covered by my warranty since nothing had been approved or taken responsibility by the manufacturer. This was our only vehicle and we had since moved 1.5 hours away since July so it was a bit of a mess at first. Hunter went completely out of his way and made this the easiest process for me and took a bunch of stress off of my husband and I by providing us a loaner vehicle when they did not have to since it was not their fault the part was bad from manufacturer. Hunter and Matt made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the whole process and give me updates when they had some. I never had to worry what we were going to do, everytime there was an issue they came to me with they always had the solution ready to go. Super grateful for all the techs and front office people at this location. I will ONLY go here for future needs, ITS DEFINITELY WORTH THE 1.5 HOUR DRIVE FOR SUCH GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK.

A bit frustrated with my experience at Christian Brothers in Tulsa. They performed a pre-purchase inspection for me and gave the vehicle a “clean bill of health”. Mentioned no problems or no need of repairs. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. After a couple of days of owning the vehicle, I noticed that there were a couple of issues with the vehicle, as the passenger window would only going halfway down and the automatic side mirrors would not adjust. I was also able to determine after giving the car a good “look over” myself that it had been in a previous accident. I believe that Christian Brothers should have caught this and informed me that it had been in a previous accident. They did not. Very frustrated as I would not have bought the vehicle if I had known that it had been in an accident. I am also now having to pay for the repairs to the passenger side window and auto side mirrors. This has not been cheap! A word of advice, just make sure to ask Christian Brothers if the vehicle has been in a previous accident anytime you have a pre-purchase inspection performed. I feel like Christian Brothers failed me on this.

They even have a complimentary shuttle service that is fantastic and definitely a life saver. 40 minutes before my first day of work my car broke down. They dropped everything to get me to work on time while servicing my car! They are awesome!!!!!

I brought my car Kia Sorento 2014 here and they fix all the damages quick! They are very amazing people JJ is the one fix my car and I am very blessed he’s very nice and he walk me thru all the stuff that the car need and all, this place to go if you need to check your car they are professional highly recommend this place 👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!! Terrible people! Let me tell you about my experience. First this was not my first one. First time was great which was why I went back. This time however Matt did NOT listen to what I asked him to do. I sent my son over to have his older (2O13) vehicle checked over… wanted a pre purchase inspection done… this is EXACTLY what I asked for. He asked if there were issues I knew of and said yes but he would need to clarify with my son what they were. Well long story short he didn’t do the inspection supposedly did a better inspection….but charged me less than the price than that inspection would have sooo???…and the car did have a few minor issues we new of and we fixed those and one we didn’t but it was one you could visually see. Which is what Josh TOLD me was the type of inspection they did. So much to our surprise….HIS ALTERNATER WENT OUT A FEW WEEKS LATER. Checked with a few other major dealerships and they all said the same thing if they had run the inspection properly they would have known it was failing. Did they offer to fix it …. YES…. AT FULL PRICE NO DISCOUNT FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!

Christian Brothers Automotive did such a wonderful job on my oil change! The staff is very friendly, kind and professional. The waiting area very comfortable and decorated so nicely! My oil change was completed quickly and they brought my car out to the front for me. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and will be a regular customer. Thank you!

They offer free shuttle while they repair your car. The driver was very cordial and efficient and safe. I was able to get my car repaired in a timely manner and they were very polite and thorough with everything they explained about the repair on my car

I love this place & they do a great job. I don’t love all of the prompts to submit a review. I appreciate the detailed reports of everything my vehicle needs but it can be overwhelming. I feel like they have backed off of pressing you to get all the items on that list done now. It’s more of an observe & report to the customer for our knowledge so we can budget the repairs in order of importance. I would highly recommend using Christian Brothers Automotive.

The technicians there are always very nice and easy to talk to. I love how they do a curticy check on my vehicle and how they offer a shuddle to take me home if you don't have a ride. I would 10 out 10 recommend this being anyone's first choce of service 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

We had our Kia Sorento towed to the dealership for repairs. Our vehicle was there for several days before we were told what could possibly be the problem.. We were told they had issues finding an alternator. After almost 2 weeks without a vehicle we decided to have it towed to Christian Brothers Automotiveat at 81st and Mingo. They diagnosed our car and repaired it in 1 day. They also provided a shuttle. We truly appreciate the kind people at Christian Brothers. We highly recommend Christian Brothers.

Christian Brother is always a good experience during a time that is usually very unpleasant. Not only did they fix our SUV’s issue quickly but they worked with our extended warranty program and even waived the deductible on behalf of CarMax. They didn’t have to do this-our situation wasn’t normal but they have always gone above and beyond in addition to being honest when most other mechanics are not. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else even for oil changes.

We have had great work done by Christian Brothers in AZ and we’re so thankful they have this location so close to us. They were able to fix our Toyota family car same day when we had our shifter break. They are communicative throughout the whole process, provide picture details and rate the necessary work that needs to be done and other things they find that may just need to be aware to fix in the future. Great pricing and quality automotive repairs are rare, this place has both! (We had our Audi also repaired here, they gave us great pricing and made sure to check notes from our previous repairs in AZ. They truly go the extra mile to make sure you get quality lasting repairs for a reasonable price.)
