Great customer service. From the moment you walking you are greeted with a friendly smile from everyone. Peter (the manager) was extremely helpful. He and his team went above and beyond to get my car fixed even though the parts needed were not easily found. At the end of the day they made sure my car was fixed properly and to my satisfaction. Did I mention they will take me to work and back every time I left my car at the shop, Woody will make sure you are dropped off and picked up from work. I am a repeated customer for years and I highly recommend the Christian Brothers Automotive especially the Space Center location.

Took my car over last week for air conditioner not working. Instead of taking it in and charging me, it started working so they said when it Totally guits bring it back, they were very honest with it which I really appreciate, have been going there for awhile and they have Always been fair and done good work.

From my call to ensure they could take in my truck to signing the final paperwork, Peter was friendly and the most amazingly professional representation of Christian Brothers. Prompt and complete communication regarding every stage of work. In addition to the work on my truck he and I connected as fellow military veterans. By the time I left, I fealt like I'd made a friend. Incredible people, Incredible shop and Incredible experience!

Had a traction control light and "service stabilitrak" message. Steering wheel was crooked with wheels straight so I told them I needed an alignment. Was told it would be $165 to diagnose the problem. I asked how much just to do the alignment and was told "it's $120 but that won't fix your issue". Left it for the day and was called saying they fixed it and it just needed an alignment. Charged me over $300 for a $120 alignment.... Edit: sent an email to the response below but was never replied to...

I have to say the experience that I had with Christian brothers was very good from the Office staff to the mechanics everyone was professional and courteous I would Recommend that if you have a extended warranty, they are the place to go to.

I was not impressed. I was told my alignment was off when I just bought new tires a few days prior and had an alignment done at the Lexus dealer. So, I take the car back to the dealer, and the alignment is good. Then I'm told my engine mount has a crack an needs to be replaced $283. The dealer disagreed, hair line fracture that does not need to be repaired. Brake fluid flush needed $226 - can be done at 90,000 miles. Cooling system flush $189 - can be done at 100,000 miles, 3 part fuel injection service $312, that does not need to be done. Christian Brothers did not explain when these added services could be done. All were said to be needed now, and when I didn't do them, I had to sign that I "declined" these services. And thank goodness I did.

I definitely recommend this place. They had great service and we knew what was wrong with the car the day of and they break it down in cost and explain what is wrong and send you pictures of what is up with the car.

My first visit to CB but won’t be the last. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Completed the work I requested and gave suggestions of future service recommendations without any high pressure sales pitch. I felt that the work was of high quality and that I was treated with respect.

Service was great but office needs a little something. I had gone to Christian Brothers a few years ago and my husband decided to use them. He gave them his phone number and asked them to contact him. They continually texted me about his car. I would have to forward the text to him to arrange things. This was very frustrating.
