From start to finish I was treated with respect, and patience, willingness to work with my schedule. They took care of of my brake pad replacement without delay, within a day. They also provided shuttle service. Their prices among the most reasonable, and usually beat their local competitors.

After hours drop went easily. I was contacted in the morning. Initial inspection was completed and recommendations given. I was given multiple options. Calls were made to me throughout the entire fixing process. I was pleases with the final results.

Do NOT take your car here. I took my car in for making a creaking sound and the AC not working. Out of these two issues, which one should’ve been addressed first since it affects driving?? The creaking sound. They of course diagnose my AC first and quoted me over $3,000. That’s fine AC replacement can be pricey, but wasn’t in my budget so I ask about the other issue.. the main issue. They tell me if I want a diagnosis I have to pay another couple hundred dollars. At this point I’m upset cause why didn’t they do it first so I just tell them I’m going to pick up my car. When I go to pick up my car and take it home the creaking sound is gone… I did not pay for them to look at that issue, but somehow it’s magically gone after having the sound for months?? No. That lets me know they messed with my car, I just don’t know what.. yet. After a couple days my car is shaking, check engine light, ABS light, and some other lights pop up on my dashboard. Now I’m having to get my car fixed for what they messed with, of course elsewhere since they are not trustworthy.

I had a Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) come on while driving my Audi and I stopped by CB Automotive for assistance but they were swamped. One of their representatives saw me and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I said yes, my engine light came on and wanted to see if someone could assist me. Do you have any appointments available today? He said let me take a look and give you a quick diagnosis of the issue. He said the code that coming up was concerning the Cat system. I went inside schedule a next day appointment with Mr. Bryton Wolf who was and is nothing but a consummate professional. He said we will take good care of your vehicle sir and will give you a call once the job has been completed. Received a call the following day that the vehicle was ready. Rather than me going to pick up my vehicle Mr. Wolf delivered my car to me personally. Now that’s service for you. Thank you again Mr. Wolf and Christian Brothers Automotive…

From the second I pulled up into the second that I left the service was amazingly friendly and very welcoming. Oil change and auto shop stuff is not my cup of tea but felt comfortable. Bryant is an exceptional service advisor. Very professional and personable. He kept me informed every step of the process. What I thought was an issue with my brake pads ended up being no problem at all. They could have easily charged me for new brakes and rotors but did not. Supremely ethical.

Originally, I came here for wheel stud repair because of a mistake a discount tire made, but the customer service is phenomenal. They give you an inspection list and results with pictures added as to what they're seeing, so you can see what they do. Chris, who was my service writer, kept me updated on what was being done and is just an overall great guy. This shop offers shuttling as a courtesy and I think that is a massive appeal to future customers who don't have to find someone to pick them up or uber them. I recommend this place wholeheartedly, and I will definitely come back for more suggested repairs.

Super busy, buuut, they took enough time to inspect my Subaru for dmv to get our tag. It didn’t take them five minutes to get this done. Super nice and helpful staff. It took longer to find my insurance policy than to inspect it. Love the service. Thanks Rick
