I was given an over priced estimate of 1200.00 to replace an alternator and belt. This was after I already was charged 150.00 for a diagnostic to be done to find the issue. I called auto zone and was given a price of 289.00 for an alternator and 28.00 for a belt. So this place was essentially trying to charge me 900.00 for labor. Needless to say I got the work done somewhere else for less than half of what they were trying to charge me. Sad thing is that I went here because I thought it was faith based business and I wanted to support. Poor experience.

Nice place. But I would research different shops before getting anything fixed there. They have quoted $560.00 for a repair.I took my car to a different shop and got it fixed for 50 bucks. I hate that I lost $160.00 for a diagnostic when I knew the exact issue. But the majority of shops run that game.

AAA recommended Christian Brothers Automotive after my front left brake failed during a road trip from TN to FL in mid-December. I was towed there in late afternoon. The tow-truck driver had called them ahead of my arrival so they were expecting me, and had the part ready to repair my car's brakes (how handy to have a car parts business right next door)! Aaron and the crew explained what was wrong with the brake, how they were going to fix it, and how much it was going to cost. They were professional and kind, which meant alot since this was a distressing afternoon. They even gave me a ride to the Gyro Cafe across the street while they worked on my car. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service they provide. Thank you!!!

The communication was really awesome via text and phone calls for discussions after I had a diagnostic on my car. The staff of mechanics talked me through my vehicle issues and laid out my options clearly. I never felt any undue pressure. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again!

Had to go back 5 times for the same issue this is precious time that I have wasted…. I was happy with my oil change but when they did inspection I needed more things done which lead to brake pads and rotors! But to have to go back that many times is ridiculous!!!

My experience was so very professional, friendly and oh boy FAST, ok I only needed an oil change n thought I had to wait like call me when it is ready wait n or get a ride home, which Aaron ( Service Advisor ) was willing to provide. But he said I think we can get you in if you don’t mind waiting and I didn’t so I got on my cell phone to handle a few things n boom here comes Aaron informing me that my truck was ready. All under an hour and with a discount to booth, some kind of special they were running so I saved big on time and money but hey that has always been my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive/Trussville.

I was in town from Texas when my car would not go into drive on the day I was supposed to hit the road back home. I had my car towed to CBA, and their team took great care of myself and my fiance. The gentlemen were kind, communicative, and efficient. I was worried that there was an issue with my transmission and the diagnostic test showed that it just needed a minor fix. We were able to make it back home safely that day! I am so thankful to this CBA team for taking care of me!

My experience with CBA was awesome!!!! Everyone was very friendly. I especially wanna thank EJ. He was very kind and helpful and even worked with me to pay a reasonable price for my car repairs. They even left me a thank you card when my car was ready. Repairs were quick. I will be returning from here on out for car repairs.

My husband and I took our vehicle to the Chalkville Mountain location to have the front headlight bulbs replaced and it was such a pleasant experience! When my husband wanted a cup of coffee he didn't have to serve himself; the young man at the desk prepared and brought it to him! The estimated service time was an hour but they were done in 35 minutes! If you ever need a good and reliable auto service center I highly recommend these folks!

Thank you Kelvin for scheduling my last minute appointment and the time to listen to my concern for my vehicle. The service technician was able to look and my vehicles and didn't find any problems for me to be concerned about. I was able to be checked out and leave in about 2 hours. I feel very comfortable using Christian Brothers for my car care. I don't feel pressured to make unnecessary decisions. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle

CBA staff is absolutely amazing! I have slight anxiety when it comes to my car. EJ made me calm and walked me through everything. I hope I don’t need to, but if I need repairs again, I know who I’m going to call !

Customer Services was top notch. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was offered a complimentary drink. The waiting area was very comfortable and nice. The only thing I hated was I left my bottle water that they gave me😂🤣. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive

I had an average experience at the auto shop. I visited the shop due to tire problems, unsure if I had a slow leak or simply needed air. Upon arrival, I received no immediate assistance or inquiries about my needs. As a result, I left without parking or seeking further assistance. Subsequently, I discovered that I did indeed have a slow leak and purchased a new tire elsewhere. It appeared that my business was not a priority at the initial shop.
