Brought my 2015 Audi Q7 to have my power steering system checked for leaks: Symptoms were an empty reservoir, power steering fluid (puddle under car) & stiff turning. I made the mistake of overfilling my reservoir before dropping the car off . . . This was the result of that mistake: 1. The mechanic was not able to find the leak bc my reservoir as overflowing & splattering. 2. They were unable to get past this (secondary problem easily (maybe siphon off the excess & clean the engine?) 4. No leak was found on my car by this shop…. 5. I paid $297 for a diagnostic. I would recommend this shop for Brakes, Battery Swap, Oil changes Finally the good. They were super friendly. They offer shuttle service. Easy to get an appointment They charged for diagnostics but told me they would waive the fee if I brought the Audi back for repair when the reservoir is empty again.

I had a weird issue with my 2019 Tundra, which resulted in having to reinstall one of the rear shocks, so i reached out to Christian Brothers Automotive 2 hours before closing hours, and they accomodated me the same day. Since I had all the hardware, and I did the uninstalling part, they charged me less than half of the book price for the job. Thank you Zachary, thank you guys, I will be a returning customer when I have car issues I can't figure out on my own 😁

Brought my moms Volkswagen in to be checked out. She is a caregiver and is constantly going and was really worried about being without her vehicle. They were able to get her car in immediately and she had it back in no time. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency on their report. The office guys are great too - and I really appreciate how they took care of my mom!

Check rates from other places, guarnateed you'll find one with friendlier and cheaper service/rates. Was over charging me for a timing belt kit by $500 and then charged an additional $300 for a waterpump that comes with the kit. Found a place in Sand Springs that will do 3 things (timing belt, water pump, radiator flush) all for the cost of what this place was going to do for JUST the timing belt. Get 3 quotes and I guarantee they'll be the more expensive.

I want to express my gratitude to Christian Brothers Automotive for fixing my jeep. They efficiently repaired the cracked transmission pan and their pricing was quite reasonable. The entire process only took a few hours, and I was quickly back on the road. Thank you once again!

The guys here were so helpful! I drove over a blown tire on my way to an appointment and it popped my engine cover out of place. They quickly got my car all fixed up and put me back on the road. I was very stressed, and they handled everything very gracefully! Thank you!!

They don't only repair cars here, they answer prayers, restore hope, and deserve every blessing 🙏. They have no idea what they did for my life. They will be the first to show you and teach you and treat you like their baby sister in your time of need. I don't have any family but they made me feel at home. I pray that their lives are full of joy and love 100x over. I know everyone who goes receives honest service they care for every person that walks in. Ironically, I am writing this as the CB Auto Tulsa Hills team did NO work on my vehicle but helped me go thru the various options to fix my vehicle and helped me strategically think thru how much $ I should really spend on this OLD vehicle. (provided for FREE by the way - some shops will charge a small fee for diagnostic work - it is not bad to charge a $ fee but I noticed they did not.) I ultimately decided to go where they referred me. (for a transmission re-build they do not do) We drive several old vehicles so they will see future repair / maintenance $ from us.

I just took in my SUV. I was told that all pre-existing conditions on the car had to be fixed before they would check it and see what was wrong. Even though I told them everything that was going on on the phone and needed ac fixed also. When you asked about financing you should be told that it's not financing if it's not. You should be told what it actually is on the phone. You don't fix pre-existing conditions on vehicles. You just described half of Oklahoma. Just about every car has a pre-existing condition on top of what's already wrong with it. Peace out Jesus be with you oh wait I forgot I'm an atheist.

I’ve used Christian Brothers for years and they always go above and beyond to make sure I have as pleasant of an experience as I can. They have always been transparent and honest. Anytime an inspection is done I have received a detailed summary of my vehicles condition and what is recommended with a range of important to maintenance type issues. I’ve never felt any pressure to have work done. They actually did some digging for me on an issue I was having with my Pathfinder and discovered an open recall, so I took it to Nissan and it was fixed! Overall I’m very pleased with this business.

I trust this guys when my car cover underneath got loss and need it to be tied they didn't even charge me even now that I have a problem about my vehicle they are so nice to make sure that you do understand why they will do it.You guys are the best keep the quality of work your people are doing definitely will come back recommend it 💯

I was having issues with my Jeep, and brought it in for help. I explained what was going on, and the problems I was having. I told them what an auto parts store told me was wrong. I handed them my keys, and left. I was never told they needed to run their own diagnostics. I was never offered this, or told it was necessary. I would not have declined such a thing if an “expert” told me it was necessary. When I picked up my car they went over additional recommended services, but never mentioned that without their own diagnostic the service was not under any type of warranty. After spending $1054 my car has the exact same issues. When I tried to go back to talk to them they informed me that there was a disclaimer on their paperwork that I signed which stated if they don’t run their own diagnostic then tough luck. I feel that this is a very dishonest way to do business, and they took advantage of a woman who obviously didn’t know any better. Jason Freed was my service advisor, and the tech has initials “JA” I hope the owner has more integrity than this, and would love for someone to reach out.

I made my appointment on Tuesday and got my car back today. Amazing. And it was a big job, the last shop I took it to couldn’t fix it. I’m happy to have my car back. I’ll be back for any other services! You guys are awesome

I made an appointment last week for Monday the 6th, for 2:00 o’clock. I was early and told them I would wait . At 2:35 they haven’t even started 🤷🏻‍♂️ by that time I just asked for my keys back and commented why make appointment if you had no one to do the ? Oil change? Will NOT recommend to anyone. Looking for someone else, I guess you live and learn don’t trust reviews.

Had my truck going from shop to shop for an electrical issue and no one could fix it. Just paying for things they thought would fix the issue until a friend recommended me to take it to Christian Brothers Automotive. Dropped the truck off, was diagnosed and they took care of the electrical issue and was very affordable. Great customer service!

I do NOT recommend this company at all. Do not be fooled by the name. My car was taken to them three times and to the tune of what would have been $10,000 for them to finally get the original problem resolved. We refused to let them take any more of our money after getting $6500. They are not experts and definitely do not give customer service or own up to their screw ups. We were even told our first tech was not as thorough as our second tech. Seriously?

First time here today and definitely 5 stars. The guy that helped me was super friendly. I liked how they gave me the price upfront and even sends a report with pictures of recommended services. Most places pressure you to do additional work, not here. They also offered a ride home while I waited. I will definitely be a continuing customer.

I'm a proud owner of an Infinti Q50, and first off, let me just express how difficult it is to find a local repair shop that even accepts Infiniti vehicles! However, my warranty company recommended this shop, so I'm grateful for that. I just called ahead and spoke with a rep who was very knowledgeable and polite. My car has not yet made it to the facility for diag, but I was informed up front that IF my warranty provider doesn't cover the diag, the cost would be $157 otd. A bit steep for a diag, but I believe it'll be covered. For those complaining about price, I have seen nothing to make me think this is the cheapest mechanic shop in town. But, you get what you pay for. If you want knowledgeable and quality service, you have to pay for that. I'll be updating this review as I receive more information, but I already have a sense of security leaving my vehichle under their care. *Car was towed in, a timely appointment for diag was scheduled within minutes of the vehicle arriving, I was sent a text with all of the information immediately.

We have used Christian Brothers for many years. Here in Tulsa as well as in Texas. We have always been happy with the service, professionalism and pricing. There is one exception and this is why they get a 4 instead of a 5 rating from me. The last two times I took my car it was misdiagnosed even after I said I believe it is the transmission. I was charged over $900 dollars both times. Literally you could drive my car one block and tell it was the transmission. When finally diagnosed properly they wanted twice the amount as transmission places wanted and will only refund part of my money if I get my transmission done there for twice the price as triple H and others. After so many years of using them and being a loyal customer I feel ripped off and may never use them again.
