Had my truck in for a blown head gasket. They kept me informed and up to date on the progress. Will definitely go back for all my vehicle needs. Also just had my son's Ford escape in for servicing. They kept us informed and had great customer service. Will keep using them for sure.

I have found my auto repair shop!! Felt welcome immediately and was greeted promptly and started addressing my concerns. I was concerned about 2 things on my car to get repaired, they took the time to evalute the whole car and gave multiple evaluations, many that needed no attention and a few that would in the future, but no attempts to make me fix more items, although I did do a couple more after the data was presented. Communication was a premium feature and really showed the concern in knowing I was informed through the process. Highly recommended.

I went in for a safety and emissions inspection and once they got my car in, they were very fast. unfortunately I wasn’t able to pass since my car has some problems, but they were very helpful and printed out what’s wrong with my car for me for future reference. Very helpful!

Super clean shop. I loved the atmosphere and the work that was performed seems to be working well. Why the 3 stars? The estimate fees. I have been to plenty of shops and almost all of them charge 1 hour labor to diagnose your car. That's only IF you don't have it repaired there. With CBA They charged me to diagnose every single problem I told them about. I had a previous shop tell me I had a leaking head gasket. To do a compression check $75. I informed them the transmission sounded like it was, "clunking" $210 estimate then repair costs on top of it. Power steering was making noise $75 charge... all in $360 just in estimate fees. The "best part" they don't even apply that to the bill at the end. Outside what I would consider overly expensive estimate charges that don't get applied to your repairs, I would say they are worth giving a shot.

We first found out about Christian Brothers Automotive in Irving Texas. We absolutely loved the service, honesty and kindness. That lead us to believe that we only wanted to take our business to this establishment. The Christian Brothers Automotive location in Ballwin proved to a wise choice. We loved the service and we will continue to allow them to care for our vehicles.

Could not have been more pleased. Had a new engine put it, Quality work!!!!!! Everything works like it should. It sounded to me like huge job, but it was done quicker than I would have bet on. The quote was right on the mark too, no unexpected this or that. There were a couple extra things they did but asked me first. Highly recommend them!!! No need to worry this place is honest and do the job right the 1st time. If it matters I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee.

My car broke down in St. Louis needed to get back home to Arkansas and all of the workers there were so kind and went above and beyond to help get the parts and get me back on the road. I cannot express my appreciation to them enough. They even called the next day making sure that I made it back home safely.

Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday using the drop box service and they were quickly able to get my alignment and oil change done the following day. The ease of paying the invoice online while I was at work was another great feature. Very professional and attentive. Would recommend these people to anyone needing service for their vehicle. Great staff

The staff at Christian Brothers are very courteous and treat you well. They were very convenient when I needed to get inspections for 2 vehicles. The squeezed me into their schedule without any issues. I will definitely use them again.
