I took a recently acquired 2014 ford escape to them recently after the vehicle started to overheat a month after I bought it from a dealership. Parker and Bob and Steve were amazing! They told me whoever worked on that car last had things hooked up incorrectly and even some parts not hooked up at all and that the cooling sensor needed to be replaced. They only took a few days and fixed it right up. It’s been a week and there’s absolutely no errors in the dashboard and the car is running great. I REALLY appreciate the professionalism and the service they provided!

It’s SO hard to find honest mechanics that also do high quality work, don’t upsell you and offer transportation to pick you up or drop you off. BEST place I’ve ever taken my vehicles to. All 4 of them of different makes and models. They always get it right!

My mother’s car quit on our way to her dialysis appointment, with help we got it off the highway into parking lot. Have heard good things about CBA so I gave them a call and they sent a wrecker to pick it up for decent price. Unfortunately it was going to cost more to fix than the car was worth so they allowed me to leave it parked there until I could arrange for it to be delivered back to her house. They were very polite and respectful throughout entire process, never treated me like some shops treat women (like we have no brains in our heads especially when it comes to anything mechanical) which I appreciated immensely. Any other automotive work I cannot do myself will be taken to CBA!!

Highly recommend after my experience! It was my first time ever using CB and it was a very pleasant experience. Derek, Erik, and Bob were great! My car sounded like crap on startup, idle, and driving. The tech’s diagnosis was deteriorated front motor mount so they asked my permission to replace it. After giving the go ahead they replaced the mount. Affordable and seemingly reasonable price for the total. Now my car sounds and drives like new. It was an instant difference and I’m very happy with the result. Y’all were awesome thanks!

I have a 2012 Chevrolet (Holden) Caprice PPV (Police Pursuit Vehicle) I bought it in 2022, and have had the engine rebuilt, the front bumper, radiator, and exhaust replaced, plus other minor repairs, and had the word "POLICE" taken off the hood. But in July of 2024, suddenly the brake light came on, cruise control stopped working, and the car had no power! 2 repair shops checked it out but could not diagnose or repair it. One shop said it was an electronic issue not a mechanical one, but an auto electric shop could not find any problem. HOWEVER: Christian Brothers discovered there were 2 issues. One mechanical, and one electronic. The brake master cylinder reservoir had a faulty relay, AND the drivers side rear speed sensor was failing. They diagnosed and repaired it swiftly. Now no warning lights remain lit on the instrument cluster. The cruise is functional, and best of all, full power has returned. Christian Brothers did an amazing job, at a fair price. I also have a 1981 Thunderbird which they worked on when I moved here. They adjusted the carburetor for Oklahoma and the T-Bird is still running Great! Have had several interactions with this location and I have to say they are first class Christian men. They have been extremely honest every time with me and my family. I have deep automotive experience and knowledge. I would know instantly if they were trying to take advantage of us and not one time. Have always told me exactly what I knew to be true.

I am peculiar about using my own oil but I didn't want to do the oil change myself. Christian Brothers not only did the oil change, They dropped me home and picked me up so I didn't have to wait there. Great service will come here again.

They qouted me things that were not wrong and had nothing to do with the problem I asked looked at. Never got a call to explain any of the qoutes, or problems. Barely said 2 words to me when I picked the car up and did not get it worked on through them. I will never bring my car here again and won't suggest this place to anyone. As a Veteran I was severely let down!

They were not able to find out the problem so I got towed to the dealership after I broke down again. And I had a big dent in my door that wasn't there before I brought it to them. The real friendly though but it's a fake friendly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My light on my x7 came on. When I called to speak to someone about it, the guy on the phone was super nice. I love a good customer service call and these guys nailed it at first impression. They got me in quick, communicated with me throughout my process. I felt the communication and feedback was open and honest. I did not feel like they were being pushy. I truly appreciate that. I called and spoke to Derek several times. He was kind and polite. Answered all my questions. Did not feel like I was bugging him. When they were done with my car, they texted me. Met with Derek and Erik who were in the front lobby. Nice guys. Prices are reasonable and I loved that they broke it all down for me to approve or not. I will definitely take my car here from now on due to their awesome customer service and communication alone. Thank you guys! Keep it up!

I had a pleasant experience with this shop. They even took me home and offered to pick me up when my car was ready, for no extra charge. Staff is kind and professional. I will return for any future maintenance/repairs that I don't want to take on myself. Thanks, guys!

Maintenance on a older 4-Runner went exactly as expected. 130,000 miles and running well. Oil change, differentials, spark plugs all done in 1 afternoon. Easy check-in without appointment. Some days it's better to have that appointment set though. Seems Mondays are busy days for them. Work has always been high quality for my vehicles. Friendly and helpful staff. I pulled in after 4pm on a Friday and had the oil changed in less than an hour. Wow! Amazing service.

I lost my mechanic of over 20 years. I was not trusting a new one. I tried Christian Brothers for transmission service that felt overdue. Oh my, I am pleased! The car runs so much more smoothly. So far, I am a fan!

My experience was less than positive. They charged me 82.50 to literally shake my drive shaft and tell me my rear diff on my f350 needed to be rebuilt for 3600 bucks without even verifying what was going on. They said the pinion bearings sounded loose. I went somewhere else and it was 125 to replace a pinion bearing. I wont ever be back. reply to the owner: That is the whole story. Why would you charge someone 82.50 to shake around a part and claim you need to charge someone 3 grand to take it apart, and I quote, “While we’re in there we might as well rebuild the whole thing” for another almost 600 dollars? I took it you because I trusted you would actually look at it, properly diagnose the problem, and fix it at a reasonable cost, since that’s what you advertise. No way will I pay 3 grand for someone to diagnose a problem. Another shop found the pinion bearing from the front and never even had to go in through the back. I didnt want to use a place that had already damaged a bearing, warranty or not, I didnt want to do that, but you all wanted to try and take advantage of someone from out of state. Oh and a transmission shop, where I should have went to begin with, stated the same thing…an entire take down and rebuild of the rear diff was completely uncalled for when you can access the pinion bearing that was damaged from the front of the case. So it’s clear that you either have zero integrity or your skills are lacking in this area. Either of which should be remedied immediately. You were either taking advantage of someone from out of state or you all didnt know what you were doing. Either way, neither me nor any of my family in Oklahoma will be giving you any business at all.

I had a great first time experience here. Booking the appointment and drop off/pick up took about 5 minutes each. They were able to diagnose and fix my car ignition issue in about half a day. Major stress relief! Pricing was reasonable and fair, which is so rare in this day and age. I'll definitely return in the future!

I'm very impressed how I was treated by Eric the owner at Christian Brothers Automotive. I was not charged by the break fluid while I inquired at another auto repair and they quoted the price at $75.00. Very grateful and I found a new place to change my oil from now on!!

These guys are awesome they want to make sure that your car fixed. They will only replace parts if it will fix the issue. I truly trust them with my baby.
