Came in to check why my brakes whistle when I step on them. An older gentleman suggested I replaced all the front and back with new pads and rotors. He quoted me $600. I didn’t want to do it rigth there because I just had the front replaced not too long ago and wasn’t sure if my husband got the back done so I had to call the dealer to confirm. Two weeks later I came back and was quoted for $1200 for both axels by another gentleman. Kind of outrageous swing in price in just two weeks. This place is nice and clean but I feel if you don’t know much about car then they may take advantage of you. It turned out that my back breaks were fine. The front brakes were replaced by a mobile mechanic in Waxahachie and he bought super cheap pads so he can profit the $. Double bummer

Amazing people. They really helped me out with my situation. They were professional and very detailed about fixing my issue but also angels for helping me on what was already a stressful day. I will always come to them going forward. I've never cried happy tears at a car repair shop before but today I did. God bless you guys

Christian brothers consistently exceeds my expectations. They have worked both on my wife’s car and now my pickup truck. Both times, they fixed the issue quickly and the price was exactly what I was told. I wish our vehicles wouldn’t have problems. But, when they do, I know who we can trust to fix them.

I own FIM Auto In Houston. I was traveling back to Houston and my Forester was having over heating issues. Bryan and his team diagnosed it on an emergency basis. I can't thank him enough for doing that. I will stop by next trip to have service done...but schedule in advance.

I was having serpentine belt problems. I asked if they could fix it and with a sense of confidence they assured me, yes they could. They did. It has been a pain for a couple years that I thought I could fix myself but no. Christian Brothers fixed me up. Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing! My car was severely out of alignment and I needed two new tires, thankful that tires are sold right next door. Every step that was taken with my car was communicated and there was no secrets with what was happening with my car. I’m extremely happy with the team that provided the service to my car! Thank you to the man who drove my car a second time to make sure everything was perfect!!!

On July 30, I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive - Waxahachie after hearing a rattling noise in the front end. The service advisor, Adam, rode with me around the block so he could hear it and explain it to the technician. Because I didn't have an appointment, it would be a little bit before they could inspect it. Their courtesy shuttle took me home. When Adam called later, he told me that the issue was in the sway bar and struts. I had 2 options, a less expensive option that could fix it or a more expensive one that replaced everything. I chose the less expensive option. When he called to tell me my vehicle was ready, he said it fixed the noise and was happy that the less expensive option fixed the issue. This was my first time going to Christian Brothers, and I am so glad I did. From start to finish, everyone there made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. My service advisor, Adam, and my technician, Noe, did an awesome job taking care of me and my vehicle. Thank you. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again for my automotive repairs.

I have used Christian Brothers for several years at multiple locations but this particular location for the last 3 years and they are amazing! Charlie treats me like family and takes great care of my Jeep as if it was his own Jeep. Casey & Charlie both have been great with me any time I have questions or concerns. I highly recommend this location and will continue to use them for all of my vehicle maintenance.

They were VERY UGLY. I had been traveling a long distance, and my transition fluid light came on. I had no clue at the time what it was for, so I waited until after Labor day, to visit, so I could find out what was going on. I went Inside, this tall older guys, came to the desk. I showed him the pic, n asked him, what is this picture of, on my dashboard. He really didn't want to talk to me, so he said, n a I really I don't want your business kind of way, that It may be the transmission fluid light. So I ask if he can ck, to make sure, that that Is what was going on. He said n a nonchalant way, well, if you leave your vehicle here, n give me $200.00, we might be able to LOOK AT IT FOR YOU. At first, I thought he was kidding, until I looked up at him, n saw that he was TOTALLY SERIOUS!!! All I asked for, was for them to ck it out, to see if that was the Issue. I had mentioned to hom, that I was a traveling Chaplain, and I had traveled along way, n was on my way back home, but he had NO SYMPATHY AT ALL, He gave me the LOOK, n IMPRESSION, that he did NOT WANT MY BUSINESS, NOR MY MONEY, n like I was wasting his time, so I left. I pray, that NO ONE else has to experience this kind of unprofessional attitude. Looks like only certain kind of people, get treated this way, whenever they visit. I sure do hope I'm wrong, n hope, that he change his snooty attitude, because my money spends, just like everyone else's. I chose to go there, because of the name on the building, (Christian). No, more like, Devilish. I am going to make sure, that EVERYONE I know, will NEVER stop at that shop, that's right across the street, from Discount Tire. My car battery died and I had to have the alternator replaced. Everyone was very nice, especially a gentleman named Adam, he was very proactive about getting my car repaired in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely use CB again! Very great service. 😊

Had a sunroof stay open right before the storm, water everywhere. Called several places most wanted $500 or more to look at it. Call Adam up, he told me they would look at it. I dropped it off they shuttled me home and came back and picked me up. Did a great job clean I now have a mechanic thank you guys Christian brothers.

My wife was traveling from Missouri to San Antonio, Texas, a week ago. When a piece of something fell off another car and went under her vehicle destroying the transmission. Fortunately, for her The tow truck took our car to Christian brother service center. There she received excellent service and support from the employee at the store. Could add many more things. But forever grateful to Casey and the rest of the gentleman at the business. Thank you so much!

Well they are friendly but they said my car was repaired took it home then over the weekend it stopped running. Called them on Monday they picked my car up and repaired it and replaced my battery with a new one. They need to make sure they inspect the car after repairs to make sure all is well.

Great customer service! The guys really care about your vehicle and customer service. Great communication. Female friendly unlike most shops. I like that they are always ready to pick you or take you home while your car is being serviced.
