good customer service, which is helpful when things don’t go well. Couldn’t fix my emissions sensor, they did refund me my inspection fee which was very nice, but I have to go find more time to take my car to a dealership, after I had already taken it back here 3 times trying to get it resolved. Went a few months later for an oil change, expecting to wait for my car to get that done. They were down a mechanic so I was told it would be a couple hours instead of 1, so I had to leave my car and be shuttled back to my house. Waited for 3 hours and they still hadn’t called me so I called to see if I could get my car back soon since I wasn’t planning on leaving it there all day. Really impacted my day, they were very kind about it but it’s still frustrating that I can’t ever just get a quick one hour oil change done here. If you book it for a drop off, you’ll be waiting all day as well. Need quicker service, maybe they need to reduce their booking quantity.

Wonderful service and don’t try to up charge you. They do what is only needed and then if they find something else, they will let you know. I have had great service.

I took my 2014 jeep wrangler in for repair as it was throwing a check engine code. Knock sensor and cylinder 5 misfire. Got it back all good until I open the hood and noticed all the brackets on the plastic upper and lower intake were broken due to over torquing, and now I am throwing a code for cylinder 2 misfire. I let them know and they welcomed it back in to make it right. A week later after waiting to get used parts shipped they said the first part installed was broken and kept it for another day to get more used parts. Again I get the Jeep back excited the Jeep will be fixed. Take it home open the hood to inspect. The engine cover is broke and the rear supports for the engine cover have intentionally been bent to try and make the engine cover to fit. Now I am waiting the rest of this week albeit Thanksgiving week and the weekend for them to get I would assume more used parts in to try and fix the Jeep. I pray they can get it right this time. Seems to me it would be a lot easier, faster and everything above for them to go to the local Jeep dealership get the correct parts for this model and year. Bolt them back together and get it returned to me fixed fairly quickly. It has been quite the ordeal.

My experience with the staff at Christian Brothers was the ultimate in friendliness and service. I was given a ride home and was picked up and taken back to get my car when it was ready. Excellent service!!! I will never take my car anywhere else. You can't beat the best.

Very well priced for a mom on a budget. Super friendly, understanding and willing to go the extra mile. They actually got the work done two days earlier than expected!! Very easy to work with and communicated the whole time.

If there is more than 5🌟 ill give to them, ive been praying to find a trustworthy auto mechanic for weeks and answered prayer found Christian Brothers, they help me with my Vehicle and explained to me everything, the offer shuttle too. Even its been a long tiring day, they speak kindly, respectful and they smile. Thank you Christian Brothers all staffs, mechanics to the front office personal. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will not go anywhere from now on. Godbless.

On 10/10, I went in for transmission flush & fill. I told the service writer, that I would like a picture of the transmission dip stick showing the level of fluid after the fill. I advised that my vehicle has to be at operating temperature of 200 degrees prior to taking the dipstick out to get an accurate read. They sent me a photo of dipstick and all looked well and level where it should be. I was assured that the vehicle was at operating temperature when dipstick was removed. Now I only drive this vehicle on my weekends and when weather is nice. I noticed it seemed to be shifting oddly here recently. I spoke to ford service advisor and gave him the symptoms I was having. They advised it sounds like it may be low on transmission fluid. I thought well it shouldn’t be considering I just did a flush and fill a month prior. So I checked myself, at operating temperature of 200 degrees. Lo and behold, I pull out the dipstick and it shows nothing. No fluid on the dipstick. I am pissed. I put a half quart of transmission fluid in. Check it again. Now it’s showing a little fluid on the dipstick. Ended up need a full TWO quarts of fluid!!!! This is exactly why people don’t trust shops to work on their vehicles. If you can’t follow a customers simple instructions (who knows their vehicle), you probably should be in this business. Or hire competent mechanics. If I had the machine needed to flush the trans I would have done it myself and it would’ve been done the proper way. I called the shop to let them know and all I got was “oh I’m sorry”. Are you serious? My 65K vehicle’s transmission could have been ruined (who knows if there is internal damage) due to the incompetence of this shop. I would not recommend services here!

This was one of the better shops I've ever been to. I was a walk in and they were able to help me. Very polite and very thorough with their inspection and a pleasure to deal with. I definitely would recommend this company for somebody who needs any type of auto care?

They are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They will take you home and pick you up also. If you have to wait, they will make you a cup of coffee and show you where the cookies are at. And don't forget your AAA discount.

They were very professional and cheaper than what the car dealership quoted me. They listened to me and I never felt like they treated me differently for being a woman. They did a great job fixing what I needed and helping me prioritize other things I will need in the future

Very friendly staff. I am so glad I came across a post on FB for an event for single Moms. I made an appointment, took my car in, and they did a wonderful job. Couldn't come at a better time too. My son was recently hit by car and has a broken wrist. My youngest daughter's birthday yesterday and I am struggling with bills at the moment. So this has been a blessing and I can't say thank you enough! Great service, Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and the work they did was above and beyond! Highly recommend and I will be back. Went in for a tire rotation and now the wheels need to be refurbished. They agreed to fix the damage but rushed the job and it looks terrible. Literally made one of them worse. I don't know why I expected anything else...if you care about your car go somewhere else because they don't.

Wonderful group to deal with! I didn't end up having them fix my issue, but I greatly appreciate the relationship I continue to have with them & their wonderful care they take with their customers. All around, a great, respectful, hard working group that won't take advantage of you!
