I’ve been going to Christian Brothers since 2018 and they have always done great work. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Paul the manager, Holly and Avery went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and set me up with a great no-contract warranty plan called Care +. I highly recommend going to Christian Brothers for all your car needs.

Awesome experience! Brought my Mercedes GLE in for service. These guys are great. Free Uber back and forth from home, free comprehensive check of my vehicle with pictures and videos, upfront and honest about price. The Master tech is extremely knowledgeable concerning my vehicle. Definitely a five star is deserving 100%. Will be back!

Came for my state inspection. Was in and out. Staff very helpful, Holly explained their care plus program. This is the second or third CB location I’ve been to and the experience continues to be one of the best.

I was having some issues with my car. I was not certain if my car was still under warranty, but Holly was great and was able to find out that part of my repairs were covered under warranty! Holly was great at making sure I knew what they discovered. She explained everything in terms I could understand. She gave me all the information I needed to get a rental car. Holly called me when my car was ready and made picking up my car and paying for the repairs so easy. She was so good at making sure I understood their policies and future services they could provide. I will definitely take my car here for future service and repairs!

Do not recommend this business and will not be coming back. Disrespectful to customers, used fear tactic to try to get me to spend an excessive amount of money on my vehicle that didn't need to be done. Lied to me about pricing. They also wouldn't return my vehicle to me when I asked and had to be insistent on picking it up. I felt taken advantage of being a single woman. I got two other opinions - one from a trusted shop and one from a dealership - and both did not come up with nearly the amount of "immediate work" Christian Brothers tried telling me I "absolutely needed done." (Difference in about $6,000 worth of work) Be wary of coming here. Be sure to do your research and don't be afraid to get a second opinion if they are being pushy and talking down to you.

My cousin Sofia got an estimate here for her BMW for her struts for $2,767. When she told me I was shocked at the amount and told her to get a second opinion. I sent her to MASH auto repair and body shop in Garland where I take my car, and they quoted her $1,318 FOR THE SAME JOB! That’s less than half the cost for what Christian brothers would have charged. I’m shocked. I will only trust MASH auto to make sure myself and my family are not being scammed and overcharged!!

These guys continue to rock!! Holly is great to work with and provides excellent customer service and knowledgeable insight on what needs to be done. Also, the courtesy check lets you know what may need attention down the road. The complimentary beverages/snacks and courtesy shuttle are a definite bonus.

Horrible experience after many visits of a span of over 4 months I finally decided to visit the Rockwall location,where they finally fixed all my issues in one visit. I was told I had a continues oil leak after all the visits due to too my engine cradle seals opening from too much oil causing oil too still leak,only to find out my brand new oil pans that where replaced here at this location were cracked from over torqued bolts.I also had a head gasket leak that was missed after Multiple visits from this location. Unacceptable and happy I gave the Rockwall location a chance to set me straight and truly fix my car.

Put 5w30 instead of 5w20 in my truck. I am meticulous about my truck so this was not appreciated at all. A trip that usually takes a quarter tank took over half a tank of gas. I took it to another shop after and they said the oil was low after these guys had just changed the oil pan gasket and changed the oil. 4/18/2024 I got a call from CB and they got in contact with another shop in my local area who changed out my oil for me today. I appreciate the customer service. Thanks Brad @ the Leander Christian Brothers shop.

I have no intention of going back to that place! My daughter and I use to take our Buicks there. I made a appointment They took my car and I thought it was fix. Engine diagnostics paid for what they said I needed. Two months later same problem when back, I had to pay for another test! I left that place made a appointment with Gateway Buick. Took my Suv there and the problem was solved! The issue was the turbo. But yet they did a diagnosis and didn't know. I believe someone don't know what they were doing! Anywho I nor my daughter will go back to Christian brothers and I'm a Christian!

First off, I'm one of those people that will fix my car(s) myself, and prefer to do so. I have been to this location a several times, and have had them "check" my car and truck for a problem that they have had. On more than one occasion it had turned out to be nothing, or not what I had thought it was. Now if you want to take your vehicle to a place that will fix it right, with original OEM parts, then go to Christian Bros. If you want to go to a place that is going to be cheap, and just patch the problem, then go elsewhere. They are fair, "very" honest, and it is where I will continue to take my vehicles from now own. PS: (09-27-23) Just went there again to have my truck repaired. They were, as always nice and courteous to me even though I got a little upset about something (I'm old, I get upset easily sometimes lol). You guys are great, and my service advisor (sorry, don't remember her name) she was the best. But they calmed me down and took care of me and my vehicle wonderfully. They also have the best parts/labor warranty in the business.

First, I would like to say normally when you have to take your car to a shop for repairs, you always feel like your about to get used over charges and lied too. But to my utmost surprise that is definitely not the case at Christian Brothers. From the moment that we entered the lobby at the shop we were greeted with smiles and a feeling that they care about you and your needs, without even telling them what your needs are yet. Now, I can say, WOW what a very different feeling entering Christian Brothers repair shop, compared to other repair facilities. I and my husband had to take a 2017 Buick in for a noise it was making. As we was explaining what we were hearing, a very nice young lady name Jocelyn was entering all of the info we were explaining to her. Then Mr. Harrison took a ride and heard the noise and explained to us what the problem may be. Afterwards everything was printed out and explained to us by Carlos the service Manager. We then agreed to the service that needed to be repaired. We than received a friendly courtesy trip to pick up a rental car at a near by Enterprise until our repairs where completed. Upon leaving the car on a Friday afternoon it was ready for pick up on Monday evening to our surprise, not even a lengthy wait to get our car back, great job Christian Brothers. Now I can truly say our 2017 Buick rides like a new car. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff at Christian Brothers Automotive repair shop. Which was Jocelyn and Veronica, as Customer relations, very handsome Harrison as Manager Advisor, Carlos as Service Manager and gifted hands Technician Mr Lee. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for being able to truly say we have a repair shop for all of our car needs for life. Thank you all again. Your new customer for life, Mrs Lewis.

I am a new customer at Christian Brothers Automotive White Rock, and I cannot express how thankful and excited I am about the services they offer. One thing that caught my attention was their lifetime alignment package for cars, which was exactly what I needed. Without hesitation, I decided to purchase it and take advantage of its benefits right away. After buying three new tires and wheels, there was still an unattractive dent in my bumper that had been bothering me for years. Thankfully, Veronica introduced me to Jonathan who kindly listened to my previous failed attempts at fixing the dent. With his expertise and patience, he skillfully managed to unpop the dent for me! The level of customer service here is truly awesome; every time I visit this automotive shop, I feel valued and respected. Thankful doesn't even begin to cover how appreciative I am towards Christian Brothers Automotive White Rock for their outstanding service!

I took my car to this dealership because it was listed on my warranty's approved automotive shops list. I wasn't expecting much- it was warranty work. They changed the transmission, gave it an alignment, replaced the tie rods, and a few other things. I was worried at first. They called me to tell me that they could only get the transmission fixed on the warranty. I told them I would figure out the rest at a different time because I couldn't afford to pay the 1600 dollars they wanted for everything else. Two days later, Holly called me with amazing news. They got the majority of the work approved on the warranty and got me a much better price for out of pocket expenses. I am in awe at the level of work that was performed on my car. It has never ran so fantastically. Ever since I bought it, I have had an issue with my transmission that has been progressively getting worse. My poor Camaro was struggling (insert sad face emoji). I picked up my car today before work, then went straight to work. I didn't really get a chance to test it out. My car has never driven better. It is a Camaro so of course I had to test out the speed. The car is like it is brand new. It drives like a Camaro should. Fast! I couldn't be happier with the level of service, communication, and hard work from this shop! Great job, yall!

This shop is not reliable if you are looking for affordable, high quality work. I initially brought my car to this shop in April and ended up having to utilize my warranty each month since there were issues with the repair they had completed. After holding my car over the weekend to try and “diagnose” the issue, they quoted me $5,000 in repairs. I took my car to TLC Auto Shop and had the necessary work completed in less than a day for only $500.

UPDATE; 6/10/23 As much as I hate to say this, but I have to apologize to Christian Bros. I really do. They may be expensive, but I had my brakes done with them a few years back. To save on cost, I had Nubrakes Mobile (who come out to your house) to do the rears, but two weeks prior Christian Bros. did the front brakes. Well, low and behold, after all this time, Christian Bros brakes have held up quite nicely still in the green according to a Firestone tech, of all people, and going the cheaper route using Nubrakes wore out much quicker, and they are in the rear which doesn't take as much of the weight as the front. So Christian Bros. you all had some great brake pads/rotors where ever you got them from. I'm sorry. I gave a bad review before because I thought you guys were out for money. Now I'm learning the cheaper route is not always the better route. Had I used CB's for front and rears, I probably would not be in the position I'm in now, having to replace the rears after only two years. Keep up the good work guys on brakes (not sure of the other services), but inform people that cheap is not always better, we should know this, but some of us are hard headed. They always say, a hard head makes for a soft behind. I'm kicking myself right now. I've got to pay extra because I was being so cheap. Previous review: Too expensive. Dealership prices. Literally everyone I called after the fact was at least $100 cheaper than they were on a specific repair I needed. Even Firestone was cheaper, and that's saying something. I hate when I take my car there, and they come out with their heads down and then sit on the sofa talking to you like your car is on its last leg when it's not just to get you to spend more. I also hate when I say I can't get this or that done right in the moment, and they keep asking me am I sure I don't want to go ahead and take care of it today. I also noticed when a large repair bill was handed to me one of the two mechanics at the counter was grinning. You know something is up when it takes two mechanics to go over a bill with you. I guess it's really funny to hand someone a huge bill. I think they should change their name to, 'The Nickel and Dime Brothers.'
