Eric and the folks at Christian’s Automotive were great. Very courteous and helpful. Once the parts came in they fixed the truck fast. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for auto repair. They are fair and honest, which is a quality you don’t see much these days. Great place to get your car fixed.

My car had broken down while in warranty and the first people I took it to were being very difficult and did not really want to complete the repair, when I brought it to Christians Eric was my coordinator, he got me my repair fast and right he even fought with my insurance for me to advocate for a lower price. If you need anything done with your vehicle, I would take it here.

30 AUG 24: YOU SUCK. NO LONGER HONEST (my >15 yrs here are over) Staff Turnover is crazy. 1. They did repairs on my air conditioning. However it took me taking my car back to them at least 6 times before they figured out they needed to flush my air conditioning system to get the debris out to maintain the cool air flowing. 2. My car was there for tune-up, them to look at why front suspension would tend to squeeze when going over speed bumps! I usually dealt with Chris which was out that day although my car had been previously scheduled by Chris. I went to pick up my car and NOTHING WAS DONE. I went on vacation cooling off before calling Chris to give him a piece of my mind. I finally called him explaining what didn't happen and how everyone playing around in the office and Brian (Office/Site Mgr) NOT doing his job as a professional holding all accountable. I do have a super charger in my car and has never been an issue with them working on it but since Chris shared with Brian how incompetent he was now its an issue to work on my car. Chris sd he would do the work but had to go to CA due to wife's grandmother in hospice which I understood. Let me say it's been >3 weeks and I have not heard anything back.

Came as a walk-in to have a tire leak assessed. Eddie was patient and listened to what I wanted done. They found two minor issues leading to the leak, repaired them, and had me out the door in thirty minutes. Will be back for any future auto work - highly recommend these guys

I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee (I only say this because it isn't the newest or the greatest). That said, when I had an issue, Christian's automotive treated me and my car repair as if I were driving a high end new vehicle. They explained every single charge and why. They did NOT try to upsell me on anything I did not need. After the repair, the owner personally reached out to make sure all was working and that I was satisfied. I don't know anything about cars and I don't need to. I know Christian's automotive does and will treat me fairly and with a quick turnaround.

I have always taken my vehicles to this business for maintenance and repairs. They provide excellent quality service, Their honesty is above reproach. I trust them implicitly with the quality care of my vehicles. I Recently purchased a diesel pick up and they have been teaching me necessary, maintenance procedures that I need to do on the truck myself. They are always informative and helpful.

This place is absolutely amazing! It was recommended by a friend. I stopped in at almost 5 pm today, due to an awful clunking noise in my front end. The advisor, Eddie, went for a ride with me, heard the noise, said may be control arms or suspension. He was having a tech take a quick look, when the brake caliper bolt CAME OFF and took off the wheel weights. The techs, Jared and Mark immediately put it on the lift, found a bolt, and replaced it. They found the other bolts also loose, so tightened and torqued them as well. I am so lucky it happened there and not while on the highway. While chatting with another tech, discovered he was the owner, Ron (native fellow Santa Fean, too). These guys saved my vehicle and me and didn't think twice about it. I scheduled another inspection and will only use this shop in the future. They are honest, knowledgable and showed genuine concern for my situation. THANKS AGAIN Ron, Jared, Mark & Eddie. These folks are the greatest. They're very thorough, honest, and go above and beyond. I never have a concern about whether a service was actually performed or whether it was done right. They always do what they say they'll do, and they keep track of my vehicle and possible needs almost better than I do. The best in Albuquerque.

I could not be more happy with the service I received here at Christians. I highly recommend. Normally getting your car fixed is a hassle/headache but i am truly blow away with the customer service here. They did the diagnostics, ordered the parts and my car was in and out in 1 day and they provided a ride home and to pick up my car. Absolutely Phenomenal and will hands down be coming back here for any car needs I may have in the future.

This is absolutely the best place to take your vehicle for a small job such as an oil change or for a new engine or front end or for any mechanical issue! Integrity and honesty are the values that they live by! I have been coming here for over 10 years and I always get an honest quote, the work gets done RIGHT the FIRST TIME. They also treat their customers with respect and kindness as well as their employees. You can see they take pride every time, they fix your vehicle. Plus it’s by tractor supply in the north valley.

We were contemplating selling our truck. I brought our 2009 Toyota Tacoma to Christian's for a second opinion. A week before, I had taken the truck into a Midas repair shop in Albuquerque to be evaluated. The Midas shop identified, mostly correctly, a slew problems. Suspension shot, catalytic converter shot, steering column - needing to be shot. I was quoted about $9,000 for the repairs. I took the truck to Christian's. They diagnosed and identified the same issues and quoted me a price that was half of what Midas had quoted. The staff was helpful in discussing the pros and cons of moving forward with the repairs or selling the truck as it stood as a mechanic's special. In the end we chose to sell our truck. We shared Christian's findings and repair estimate with our buyer. Thanks to Christian's we were able to provide the buyer accurate information about the truck's condition and that helped make for a transparent and honest sale. Christian's won our trust. We just purchased a new vehicle. I will be bringing it in to Christian's for a once-over and for regular maintenance thereafter. Thank you for being honest and caring professionals.

Recently my wife and I were on our way back to Colorado from Arizona when in the middle of New Mexico we experienced truck problems. Not really knowing what we were going to do we decided to try and make it to Albuquerque. My wife tried calling shops that would be able to get our vehicle in but to no avail. Finally she reached Christians Automotive. To our surprise they said they would be more than happy to look at our truck if we could get it to Albuquerque We were able to get it there by about 3:30. We had to leave our truck and rent a vehicle, which they gave us a courtesy ride to the car rental place. Later that afternoon Chris called to let us know what they found. Chris said he was aware of what we were going through and he would bring in a mechanic an hour early and get us back on the road home. Before noon we had our truck and it was running like new. I was expecting to have to pay more for their excellent service so I thought their pricing was more than fair! My only regret is that they aren’t located in the Denver area since it is very refreshing to have a repair shop that you can trust! After we were home a few days I had an email from Chris asking if the work was satisfactory and if the truck was running well. Wow! If ever needing service while in Albuquerque area no doubt where I will go! They definitely went above and beyond and helped us out in a difficult situation.
