Update: This body shop Is the best of the best in L.A with great customer service and a breakdown of the work that needs to be done, My vehicle 2021 KIA SORENTO needed to be paint job/ repair, due to a collision, Christy body shop did a wonderful job, paint match as the dealers, return my car in a reasonable timely manner and Christy communicates well in regards with updates regarding your vehicle unlike other Autobody shops that keep you in the dark. After several weeks the work that was done for my car still looks great 👍no need to worry about mediocre work they know what they are doing! There is a reason why her shop is 4.9, look at the reviews with images of satisfied customers. Take your car to the professionals with an outstanding reputable service. (GOOGLE AND YELP) Overall: highly satisfied with service and I highly recommend will come back if my car needs body work and refer to the community. 5 out 5. 👍

Not only is everyone working here incredibly friendly and helpful, they do incredible work at half the price of at least the 10 other places I got a quote from. If I could give more stars I would.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have their car fixed. Cristie was the one who helped me, from the start she was so welcoming. She sat down with me and broke down all the car parts I needed and showed me the prices of the parts! She fixed my front end within 5 days. Quickest turn around time I’ve gotten. 1000% recommend you to come here!

I am a picky and critical individual. I have Christy’s Auto Body Repair working on my cherished, 1992 Land Cruiser. This is my families car and it is loved like no other. I found Christy’s when I searched “high rated” and “reasonable cost” body shops, and she was right in the top set of results. And they were right! I don’t write many reviews but I rely on them and in this case I’m so thankful I have to add my own review. I had the misfortune to have 2 more fender benders within about 18 months so I went back to Christy. She and her crew always do a great job, they do it quickly, and the prices are totally fair. She will also sometimes do mechanical work or refer you to someone who can. And she’s really nice!

THE …. I MEAN THE… AUTO BODY SHOP REPAIR best in the city of LOS ANGELES, CA. Fixed my daughter’s car within a week. Looks brand spanking new for it being a 2008! Ms. Christy was impeccable with her knowledge in auto body repair and parts. She is reasonable! Being a woman, anything having to do with cars as u all know we get duped in work n pricing. But let me tell u she is heaven sent. She and her company are detail orientated and professional will definitely be b referring clients here. Thank you so so much for such mastery work!

I never write reviews but I have to here. They quoted me multiple times less than in other body shops because they were trying to fix my problem without having me pay a lot of money and do unnecessary repairs. They cared about helping me and managed to fix my problem and save me a ton of money, thank you so much!

Muy baja la calidad de pintura que hacen en este lugar, no lo recomiendo, muy caro y poco profesional. Traje un auto para unas reparaciones de pintura y me hicieron una chambonada, solo saben cobrar, no trabajar

I was born in LA and this is probably the first time I ever experienced meeting a shop that actually cared about what was going on with my car. I came in, only to get my hood cable replaced, and they ended up welding and fixing my latch as well and fixing a part of my bumper that was dislodged, and still got charged the same quote they originally gave me just for the cable. i had some other issues with my car that i plan on taking my car back for and it’s a relief to know i don’t have to worry about my car, for once. I don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else because it was the first time in a long time i was reminded as to why I love LA so much. Christy Auto shop really care and i appreciated it so much!

When I backed up into a pole last night, my back car window was shattered and I had to find an affordable replacement right away! Luckily, I searched for a place that was open and this one came up. When all the other shops were closed at 5pm, Christy’s Auto Body Shop was open til 7pm! I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were super quick and were able to order the window, pick it up, and install it the this morning. And, it was the best price in town. I love that this is a family-owned and woman-owned business. I am happy to have met these kind, honest folks. And, if I ever need auto body service done again (hopefully not), I will be going back! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worthless, Ripoffs. you asked them to fix one thing they end up wanting to do your whole car. So I got paint spots on my car. I asked can you buff it out they said we have to do this and do that, and that's going to cost LOL 500.00!!! So I remembered a place called OEM that is located on Olympic Blvd. They took a look at the spots, they got some solution with a rag and it came right off. All for 10.00 I saved $490.00.

An actual gem. I mistakenly went to this shop a few weeks ago for a check engine light and they were super kind and still checked out my car, cleaned my spark plugs, and essentially gave me a whole diagnostic for free. I don’t do a ton of reviews, but I took my car to 3-4 places that either told me it was fine or wanted to charge a good amount just to see it, and they were the only ones who actually put in the time to really look at my car and figure out/show me what was wrong with it. I am super grateful and cannot recommend enough. A+++

This is a family run business who take pride in their craft. They have great communication, they are very knowledgeable and made an effort to accomodate my schedule. Took my Tacoma in with sun damage penetrating to the fiberglass. They polished it and found matching paint. Now it looks better than when i bought it. Great job!

I had someone break my car handle, they were able to order my part and match the paint and fix it within a reasonable amount of time. “Cheaper than the dealership” This is the second time i brought my vehicle, and for something minor compare to the first one (auto collision)they did a adequate job. Will definitely be coming back, and a good place to recommend others who need a auto body shop.

I'm just so happy with the entire experience at this business. From being offered a ride home with initial drop off, to meeting the really sweet owner Christy herself, and the gift of a washed and vacuumed interior when I picked up my vehicle. My car looks brand new and the work put into the repairs is simply Exceptional! I had a bumper that was practically held up by glue, tape and zip-ties restored to factory grade. A large dent in my rear door has disappeared and looks like the car I bought brand new years ago. As soon as I met Juan who immediately asked if he could help when I walked into the business- I knew from the vibe and the honest professional opinion from him, I was going to choose this place to repair my beaten but great car. By the way, these are the best prices you'll find and with the high level of work you'll receive - you will not regret supporting a woman owned, family run, minority owned business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I dented and scratched the lower passenger side of my front bumper on a 2020 Honda Accord. Christy quoted me at an extremely reasonable and affordable price. They were also available to do the work the next day which only took a few hours. When I got there to drop the car off I was greeted by a nice man that got my car set up and pulled into the shop and even offered me a ride down the street to my house. My accord looks brand new again. They really truly go above and beyond and offer fantastic quality work.

I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Christy was absolutely great, super communicative and happy to help with everything. She also handled all insurance related stuff and made this stressful experience much more pleasant. Her staff were also just kind and reassuring.

Les llevé mi Honda 2021 en Noviembre y lo dejaron como nuevo. Ellos dan un servicio de calidad en su máximo nivel. Cristina y su personal son increíbles. I brought them my 2021 Honda in November and they made it like new. They provide quality service at the highest level. Cristina and her staff are amazing.
