I chose Chuck's because they work on vehicles for the company I work at. My experience with them was very pleasant. I felt they were honest about pricing & really tried to keep the price as low as possible. Plus, i'm grateful now that i have AC back in my car!! I'd bring my car back here in the future if i need to! :)

Mom's having a rough time. There's no way with my schedule, and elderliness myself I could have taken care of her water pump and timing belts. Being able to still drive and come and go as she pleases is huge for her. Chuck's auto didn't just fix her car, you liberated her. Knowing that I can direct her to you guys and be confident that she's in good hands mechanically at a place that is honest and fair and competent takes a huge load off. And...you are such pleasant people. I don't have to tell you how any more business has turned into A_ holes you have to suffer just to give them money and receive aggravation and little else in return. I could have just said yeah the car is fine. But I'm typing this on the boat resting up for another 13 hour day tour not watching a you tube video on how to ruin weeks of weekends fighting world War 2 against Nissan.

Should be named Uncle Chuck’s Auto Center because the moment they answered my call I was treated like family. I think we might all find it rare to encounter honest professionals that are efficient, especially when dealing with the stress that cars can bring. Usually auto places are run by sheisters trying to make easy money. These guys were super upfront with exactly what was wrong with my car, transparent about price, plus they're just chill people. Not to mention super reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Very pleased,i only needed a small diagnostic . They got it done the same day,nothing ended up being wrong with my vehicle and they were honest in telling me it’s safe to drive ,and gave me an extremely generous discount*of course due to there being nothing wrong with my car*. The owner seems like a stand up guy and has earned his place in the auto industry. Its relieving knowing i have a reliable honest shop i can call!

I had a very difficult repair. Even for expert mechanics. They got it fixed within days! Then followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied! I am. Very much so. If you need an honest, reliable and affordable mechanic, look no further than Chuck's Auto Center!

It was all I wanted to do, was zoom zoom and a boom boom. It shook my rump! (shaky suspension on my 2011 old used up Soul) Chuck said he would check baby check baby, 1, 2, he put it up 12 feet and busted the rusted struts, he did, and then said not to zoom zoom and boom boom around the Land so much but he can't change my nature, just my little lady's parts sometimes. Rump shakin' repair still in progress...

Top notch person didn't lead me around in circles and was straight forward and honest. I was visiting family in town and on my way home my clutch went. He got me in that week and got me on the road sooner than I thought. I'm very pleased with the man's work and if I'm in town and anything goes wrong again he would be my first call.

" The saying goes- when you want the job done right you do it yourself!" Orr you can take your baby to a well experienced mechanic!! Easier said than done??? Noooo !! Trust me 🙏 Go to chuck's Auto Center. Not only did I show up without prior notice and Triple AAA leaving my car in his lot. He diagnosed my transmission line leak and fixed it at a reasonable price the same day!!! I cannot stress enough how hard it is to find good people/companies like this. I really appreciate everything you did for me Chuck and I will be back for preventative maintenance! 🙏. I just went back to chucks auto center ( 12-18-23) and guesss what..... Same great service with no charge.... Yeah go to chucks for everything!!!

For what he had to do to fix our car, and what he charged. I thought he was pretty fare. Do some research on what it takes to fix your vehicle, you may be surprise at what you can do yourself, but if you don't understand mechanics or you don't want to fix it yourself. Get an estimate, and see if the shop you take it to is in the fare range.

Customer service, honesty and knowledge are found in abundance at Chuck’s Auto Center. Someone told me I might have a gas tank leak so I took it to Chuck’s. Turned out not to be a leak but a rust type stain. He cleaned it up, under coated with some spray and checked some things to make sure my old 2004 car was up to par and said no charge. I’ll definitely be back when it comes time for my next service.

My brakes were not working properly and I needed them fixed and was hoping to have the car repaired and ready to go by the next day. I wasn't sure if that was possible for l dropped the car off late in the afternoon around 330pm and didn't know if they (chuck's auto) had anything available. Well, ladies and gentlemen, not only did they have most of the work done by that evening, they called to let me know it will be ready by tomorrow morning. WOW! Thanks so much for helping out!! Chuck's auto is a great place to get stuff done for your vehicle. Thanks again.
