I’ve been coming here for years and have always received great service. But today was the exception. Not only have I been getting the SAME tires and rims serviced but have confidently referred many people here. This is the second time that they have caused an issue and made me pay for it on top of lying to me about prices when I have paid for the same tires over and over and over. I was very disappointed that they tried to blame the issue on me when they are the only people I let touch my car and on top of that try to double charge me for their mistakes that they would not own up to. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing to them.

Called twice about used rim was told they didn't sell used rim was quoted price for a new rim. Was told when I arrived no used rims once again. Pull car in to see if the rim would fit. They bring out a rusty rim that looks like I can out of the trash. They said it was the same price as quoted when they said they didn't have used rims only new rims. I hate to think it's bc of my race and gender that story changed. Very disappointing.

Went to chuys to install a 3 inch lift/level after reading the positive reviews. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and warmly by one of the workers. He assured me he could take care of me that day and quoted me a more than reasonable price for the job. The lift took longer than I would’ve liked but I’m satisfied with the outcome. There was a small hiccup on the way home from chuys that was swiftly remedied when I brought it back. Overall positive experience 😁

Great price on 4 slightly used tires for my Audi!!! They looked almost brand new! I tried 6 other places and none of them had 18s except here! Very grateful!!!

El mejor lugar para hacer alineaciones y cambiar llantas y suspensión fui con mi troca Ford f450 dully y ya avía ido a muchos lados y nunca quedó bien y conocí a César y a Brayan y me dejaron impresionado estos muchachos fueron capas de dejar mi troca súper bien les agradezco mucho se los recomiendo al 100% pregunta por los ingenieros César y Brayan muchas gracias chicos The best place to do alignments and change tires and suspension, I went with my Ford f450 dully truck and I had already been to many places and it never turned out well and I met César and Brayan and they left me impressed, these guys were able to leave my truck super well. I really appreciate it, I recommend it 100% engineers César and Brayan thank you very much guys

I went there expecting to buy a tire but I didn’t need one, it was just a sensor. They took the time to see what I actually needed and I appreciate that so much. I only need to replace my spare tire. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service and saved my daughter life because her brakes were gone and she had 2 bad tires. Jesus repaired the brakes and sold her 2 new tires for a very affordable price.

Fui hace 3 meses exactamente compré 4 llantas y pagué también por alineamiento resulta que las llantas ya están inservibles pues ahora fue mi esposo ya que dicen que su trabajo es garantizado y blah, blah pues su excusa es que el carro cayó en un agujero y el alineamiento se fue, y tenemos que comprar 2 llantas nuevamente, no vayan con ellos mujeres solas se aprovechan de que uno no sabe y su cuento de que la dueña es mujer y la que responde es mujer es puro mercadeo falso, manténgase lejos de ellos, me paso por no leer los comentarios antes de llegar a ese lugar.
