Absolutely amazing attitude and friendly customer service. Great work a little expensive but sam guarantees his work. I just had a condenser replacement and he did the proper process to fix the issues at hand. Show some love to those technicians guys they are freaking awesome

This is by far the worst mechanic place in EL Paso. This guy likes to rip people off and then he will run away from the shop and let his secretary deal with the hassle. I took my car there and after negotiating $1k for parts and labor, he turned around and charged $990 for labor after realizing nothing was actually wrong with my part. He called me that my car was ready and upon getting to the shop, he had already left. When I asked of him cuz I refused to pay $990 for labor, I was told he won't be back until a week afterwards. I called him severally and he kept sending my calls to voicemails. Even when it clearly says they accept discover, master card, visa, etc. When I tried paying with my visa, they said I can only pay in cash. I had to call the police for our issue to be resolved. I think the entire time, he was trying to keep my car to himself.

This place is horrible I brought 3 different cars to this man and spent over 5000k on parts and labor and had to repeatedly bring my vehicles back do not waste your time or money here this man is alll lies and he know how to sell you a story about your vehicle problems the man of this place his name is Sam mean and not trustworthy!!!!! Believe me!!! I’m trying to save y’all from danger zone!!!!

I take all my cars to Sam. When I need work on one of my old VW's or my FJ40 land cruiser with carburetors or one of my modern turbocharger cars i take them to Sam.

If I could give this so-called mechanic a negative 10, I would. These people just take your money. Took our car for a water pump, and came back with a car that over heats. Called the place, and the manager was rude and told us he couldn't do anything about it and hung up. Oh, and he also said I should be speaking Spanish.

Took my car in March and was not able to fix the problem, every time I went to check on car was always an excuse about the problem. And he will have it ready by Monday. My car was there for 3 months and the owner still says he does not have enough time to work on it. Decided to take it to another shop, let the owner know I was taking it to another shop and he agreed and said he just need some time to put everything back the way it was, when the tow truck arrived hours later the car was a mess from the inside , the owners could not even put my car back the way it was when I first brought it in. Worst experience ever and waste of time going to this shop do not recommend at all.

We were 12 hours away from home with 12 hours left in a trip when the brakes went out on my vehicle. Sam was kind, professional and detailed in his explanation of what was wrong. Highly recommend him.
