I'm driving from Seattle to Mexico and beyond and needed an oil change, fuel filters changed, and transmission fluid changed for my Chevy Duramax diesel truck before crossing the border. I also needed advice and help changing O-rings on 2 hydraulic cylinders on my camper. I called from 300 miles away and made an appointment for the next day and they texted me an estimate. I confirmed and showed up first thing the next day. Everyone at Cima Automotive was completely professional, the shop was busy yet spotlessly clean, all work was completed on time and for less(!!) than the estimate, and the owner and crew provided all the help and confidence I needed to change the O-rings as well. I almost never give reviews but this shop truly deserves 5 stars for their quality of work, service, and help to a traveler. It's always difficult finding a quality auto repair shop, I really feel like I won the lottery by finding Cima. Thank you Cima!!!!

Passing through town on way to Mexico, tow car front end would shake at 50 mph, they got my car in right away, after an hour had me on my way with car fixed, amazing service and very reasonable price! Very honest and friendly, would highly recommend for any vehicle repairs!

Was coming into town and my AC went out when I was about 2 hrs away. Called ahead and made an appointment to get it checked out in the morning, and the receptionist called back a few minutes later and said she could take me today. Comfortable cool waiting area, and an hour and 20 min later, all done at a very reasonable price! Much appreciated!

Family-owned Auto Business- offers all kinds of car repair services from oil change to muffler, transmission & engine etc. Good hard working staff. Very honest in their diagnostics, super clean shop, reliable and efficient. Not the cheapest but quality of work is worth every dime.

March 25, 2024: I have a 2000 VW beetle with 625k on it which sprung a severe coolant leak. The VW dealer said they couldn't get parts anymore and the coolant pipe was not repairable as it was too thin. Luis at Cima said to come in on the same day I called. He took a look at it and said he could fix it no problem. He figured about 3 hours or less, and they could start that day to get me back on the road. They kept it overnight and it wouldn't run the next day. He said he accidently damaged the crankshaft position sensor and he ordered a new one. No charge for that, and the leak was repaired in 2 hours, saving me an hours labour. All done with a smile, and he showed me exactly what he did on the car. I would highly, highly recommend this place.

2008 2500HD- CIMA was extremely honest and Communicated very well. Sucks paying for auto repairs but when you know the work is being done right it makes it less stressful. Would highly recommend CIMA——back on the road pulling my trailer!! Thanks CIMA

This shop is great! I had some squeaking coming from the rear brakes on our Camper Van that 2 trips to the dealership couldn’t solve. (The dealership charged me $540 only to have the squeaking come back!) In less than an hour Erik called me to come check out the problem. When I got there Luis showed me the problem and had me feel the worn out patterns on the rotors. I really appreciated that these guys were actually showing me the problem, rather than just telling me over the phone. When we tried to order the rotors we found out they were on back order for 45 days. Erik found some Fleet Rotors from Napa and they could be delivered the following week. I told him we had a trip to San Diego planned and we agreed to wait for the rotors the next week and cancel the trip. About 15 minutes later Erik called and said the rotors would be there in an hour and the van would be ready by 5pm, So we could go to San Diego! (Turns out it was storming in San Diego so we didn’t go, but the fact that he tried so hard to make that happen for us was awesome!) This is a family business and everyone in the shop was super friendly. Yohalan was digging our rig and was a cool guy. Erik and Luis are top-notch dudes!!! So happy to find an outstanding, professional and trustworthy mechanic shop!

Will not take my cars anywhere else. Eric at the front desk has treated me like part of the family since the day I took one of my vehicles in. Fair prices, honest people with integrity. They do not price gouge or try to sell you more than what you need. Diagnostic charge goes towards your repairs if you get the work done with them! If you’re having car troubles give Eric and his brother (The Master Mechanic) a shot! You won’t regret it. I’ve had several vehicles in their shop and they went above and beyond, even as far as to run my vehicle through emissions to make sure it passed! Great people, even better service!

By and large, a superb Master Technician heads up what is doubtless a competent, largely family staff. Upon first describing the job I had in mind to Eric, the fellow who greeted me in the office, he told me, "Let me get my brother...." This would be Luis, the Master. Luis renews his well earned reputation for SCRUPULOUS HONESTY every day, and he certainly did so with me! The Job entailed replacing the worn out 516 type cylinder heads on a 1966 Chrysler 383, which currently powers our 1968 Chrysler Newport, with freshly machined 915 heads by Baker's Auto Machine shop. (Andy Baker recommended CIMA) The job also required replacing the original 2 barrel intake manifold with a factory iron 4 barrel one, then installing an Edelbrock 1405 Performer carburetor. I mentioned the possibility of replacing the camshaft also, not yet knowing whether the 56 year old one in the engine would need it. It turned out, we didn't need to replace the cam, and I thank the Lord and St. Joseph that I found Luis, an HONEST Master Tech who decently told me that my old cam would still do its job, saving me considerable money on the labor to replace it, not to mention the cost of the part itself. My ONLY Major Complaint comes to the fact that men like Luis will invariably find their services in HIGH DEMAND, and I hope he hires a Manager to better apportion his time. We had to wait longer than he first told us, costing us a bit as the delay stretched our automotive down time, though AGAIN, HE HONESTLY CALLED ME ONE MORNING TO INFORM ME THAT HE HAD BEEN DIVERTED FROM MY JOB TO AN EMERGENCY ONE. For THAT, I thanked him, and do today. Some characters I've encountered would have taken the extra day(s) and padded their bill, but not Luis! We;; done Cima!

Cima has been our saviour more than once. No nonsense repairs, they will tell what needs to be accomplished. Provide several options to achieve the goal. And will do this while not breaking the bank. Outstanding Experience! Honest and Professional. While traveling through Tucson, I scheduled an oil change with Cima Automotive. They helped me out, got me in the same day, and then discovered a leak that could have caused me problems down the road. They then went above and beyond by ordering the necessary parts and completing the repairs the following day. The price was fair, and the work was completed on time. I can’t say enough about this place. Entire staff is so nice. Highly Recommend!

Went in to get a diagnostic test for A/C. Should say, excellent service and very informative on my A/C issue. Nice clean atmosphere and very friendly service. I recommend to anyone.
