Not only is there amazing mechanics with incredible knowledge and experience, but they are so transparent and open about the work being performed. Every step is approved by us before starting, and explained in detail. This is my one and only place to take all of my vehicles to, and I’ve gladly told all of my neighbors and friends to come here as well!

Customer service and advisor was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the timing for a brake job only on front brakes…dropped car off at 10:45am and did not get car back until 4:45pm 15 min before closing time. Next issue was that the job was heavily over priced for a brake service job on a 1999 Toyota Camry…price was $565 for replacement of front brakes…Toyota dealership quoted me today $413. Knowing that part, it’s time to just take car to dealership for repairs. Somehow dealerships are now cheaper than individual business mechanics.

I’ve been a Circle M customer for several years now. It all started with a smog check. I was then introduced to their maintenance club which is not only convenient but it is a tremendous value and savings over retail. For convenience they even set you up with a no charge Uber if needed when you drop off your vehicle for service. They offer a quality service quickly and affordably. Special thanks to my service advisor Cesar for his expert care and frequent communication keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I’ve even had a chance to meet the owner Chris, who’s very friendly is never too busy to say hello and thank his customers. Give Circle M a try and support a local family owned business right here in our community.

Had a smog check here. You have to make an appointment. But I came in right at my appointment and was out early. It was quick. They were nice and friendly and have a decent price. I will come here for more of my vehicles maintenance.

Nothing but positive things to say about Circle M. Took my truck to check the alignment and wheel balance. They found the truck to be in align and just charged me for a wheel balance. They worked me into the schedule at short notice. I would strongly recommend them for all your repairs and tire needs.

The process by which I received an estimate was very very good. Very nice office staff super clean shop which I appreciated. Coffee, snacks, and cold beverages were available as well. Unfortunately, we could not do business because their estimate was double that of a competitor down the street. Very puzzling since both shops were providing Napa parts. It was just a rear brake job estimate on a transit van. My five stars for this survey was based on my experience with the office staff only.

We ran into some unforeseen problems with my car and it took longer to repair than expected. In the end, my car runs nicely and the good people at Circle M went beyond what I expected to minimize any inconvenience this caused for me. Kudos to Cesar and the Team at Circle M! Lars K.
