I placed an appointment on their website. Received an email response from them saying, “Sounds good, see you tomorrow”. I showed up at my appointment time only to be told that they couldn’t honor my appointment and that they “don’t really do appointments”, even though it’s on their website. I took time out of my work day and planned my morning around dropping of my vehicle. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going back.

They have worked on all of my trucks, company and personal. Always upfront and honest about what's wrong and the prices are more than fair pricing. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Amazing honest reliable top notch quality shop. Got me taken care of next day dealer's wanted 6k for repairs and they came in at 321 dollars and my car drives like a dream 2015 dodge challenger wouldn't take my car anywhere else now

Wouldn’t help me with a warranty claim. Told me to take my car elsewhere after charging me over $500. Really upsetting that this place I took my cars over the years wouldn’t help. Time to find a new shop.

$2400 to sleeve a release bearing shaft. Fine, it’s labor intensive, I get it. Got the car back with an ABS light on and a wheel speed sensor not bolted in place. Fast forward and the caliper bolt falls out of the same wheel, causing another costly repair. Whoever put the car together had no idea what they were doing. The owner of the car shouldn’t have to QC a repair….that’s the whole point of paying a shop. Torque wrench and QC go a long way. Shop used to be better, could just be a bad tech. Either way, they’re not longer my #1.
